Very clean, well equipped, smells nice, and the owner is very responsive. They have a shuttle to & from the airport which is very convenient, although it only starts at 5am so if you have an earlier flight to catch you would have to take a taxi which costs less than 10,000 KRW.

The location is conveniently located nearby the airport and there's even frequent Free shuttle bus to bring us back and forth the airport and hotel. There are also many eateries and convenience stall at the ground floor of the building. Very convenient for us. Also one additional thumbs up to the staff was, we actually ordered a potty to be delivered over to the hotel prior to reaching to Incheon, and the staff helped us to receive and place in our room nicely.

Probably the showering area which is a little small for us to bathe our kids. But other than that, everything was very satisfying.

Convenient location, excellent advance communication on how to arrive at the property by free airport bus and on how access the room by keypad. Check-in is remote, and advance communication about it was clear. The 12th floor room itself had excellent firm queen beds, a great view of the airport line, all amenities. It included a microwave, medium size fridge, electric tea kettle, good AC, good outlet for charging phones, etc, hair dryer, good shower and shampoo, etc., a bottle of water per person, slippers, and a washing machine (!) There are restaurants and a 7-11 on the ground floor. It is in the World Gate Building, a landmark near the airport, with taxis out front. We booked an Uber and it appeared in minutes.

The location was super convenient to the Incheon Airport, and even at close to midnight it was easy to get to there via the free airport shuttle. However the instructions were a little confusing for when we got off the shuttle. This wording would be better: After getting off the bus, walk in the direction the bus was going, go across 2 large crosswalks and the building is right there.

It was great that the WiFi password was provided ahead of time along with our room number and passcode, however the WiFi didn't work and we waited for almost 2 hours after sending a request for assistance before we got a response and resolution.

Surprised by how spacious the room was! We had 2x king single beds, very clean. You can take free shuttle bus to/from the airport (max 10 minutes), convenient shops and yummy restaurants all downstairs, how handy! I might say, the shower pressure was sooo great, and the washing machine, fridge and kitchenette was a real bonus! I will be back for sure!

Central air conditioning unit- therefore, when it's turned off (looks like its overnight) , you need to use separate unit inside the room which is not as strong and need to empty the water collection bottle. Also, some might feel the shower booth is bit small.... I'm your average sized person and I felt it was a little tight to move around, but had no problem shower.

We were very happy with the directions that were easy to understand, and so our arrival was unhindered and checked in, although unmanned was relatively straightforward. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the unit itself was very clean. It was great to see a washing machine in the bathroom, which, if we had needed to use, we would have. The location and local facilities were great, and there were plenty of shops for standard items that the average travelers.

The lack of train service. It was not the fault of the hotel, but it was a bit annoying in that we were almost stuck on Incheon island as we didn't have our own transport.

Room was as pictured and clean. The view was lovely, you could see all the planes taking off and flying right over/past the building (plus it wasn't very loud at all). There were cups and two coffee packets set out to go along with the kettle, the coffee was good for a mix. Dental kit and towels are laid out ready for you too- closest to a full sized towel I'd had my entire 3 weeks in Korea.

The 'entrance' can be hard to see. Naver maps takes you to the front of the building, so you walk through a hallway and the elevators (the 'entrance' since there's no desk) are tucked in the back of the building. It looks like you're coming up to the back exit, but to the left is the elevators. Pillows were horrid, like a big brick; I used a rolled up towel.

I had a wonderful stay at Incheon Airport Line Guesthouse! This hotel is perfect for travelers looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on convenience and comfort. The biggest advantage is its location—it’s just a short walk from terminal 1 and 2 bus stops and taxis readily available nearby. Getting around the was incredibly easy, which made my trip stress-free. The room was simple but clean, spacious, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and despite being close to public transportation, the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

Spacious room, great huge beds and good pillows, great quality of sleep, very quiet, all necessary amenities, water provided, absolutely lovely and great, wonderful host kept messaging and making sure I was comfortable - AWESOME AWESOME PLACE EXCEPT ONE THING: trying to find this place and the assigned room is a nightmare. Maybe the host should come out to meet people or something. Or at least put a sign near the building that the guest house is there.

The host provided the most exhaustive information with tons of pictures explaining how to get there but it still took forever to find the building and then the room. The World Gate building is kind of behind Hayatt Hotel (I could find this building only with the help of the Hayatt staff). Inside the World Gate Building building there is no sign of a guest house, nobody in the building heard of a guest house and the instructions about 7 Elleven are useless because it has been demolished. Luckily, met foreigners who stay in the same guest house and they helped me find my room.

Host was very helpful with instructions on how to get there and open the door. The room was close to the airport and the Paradise City complex, Chroma club and Cimer Spa. Huge room with two comfortable double beds. Kitchenette with microwave, Large Fridgefreezer, Washing machine if needed. Only stayed one night so I could go to the club and the spa before flying later the next day. So was very convenient!

Couldn't get the wi-fi to connect. Couldn't get any TV channels on the TV, just apps (maybe needs instructions). Don't turn the shower on too fast as the drain will not take the water away quickly and you will wet the rest of the bathroom floor.
