Transit hotel located within the airport, greatly appreciated as a clean, modern, comfortable place to sleep during a long layover. Rooms are small and windowless—it’s not intended as a vacation hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Be sure to make an advance reservation—it was full, and people without reservations were out of luck, and be sure to reserve in the correct terminal, because there are too. You will only have your carry-on baggage with you; checked luggage goes through to your final destination.

No complaints, just expect it to be what it is, an in-airport transit hotel. Be sure to reserve in the correct terminal, too.

Helpful staff, comfortable beds, shower to refreshen, everything needed for a short stay while waiting for the next plane, all without having to go through customs and immigration. There are shorter options available on their site as well, not just overnight, but it's a bit more complicated and it was way easier the way Booking.com handled everything for us for our overnight stay, and for the exact same price too.

A bit pricy compared to similar options, but the convenience of being inside the airport is worth it for international transfers. For those also visiting the country during the transfer, it's quite complicated but perfectly doable.

Very convenient location. It took us a while to figure out where to go after getting off our plane from Japan. Once we went through the security etc., the directions to gate 252 etc. were clear enough. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was comfortable. It was a great relief to get a room since we had a 12 hour layover between flights.

Everything was fine, but we wish there had been a mini-fridge to store some food. Also, the Matina restaurant supposedly opened at 7am but there was a line of 60-70 people even before 7am, and I noticed people seemed to be inside, already eating. The restaurant is ridiculously expensive at $45/adult, and the Transit Hotel coupon doesn't help very much. Much better would be a coupon for the food court, where we got reasonable and delicious meals.

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a previous stay which had more noise affecting, due to room location and other activity (construction?) going on (not at hotel, just airport in general). This stay was very quiet. Room description was accurate and amenities were present.

Minor booking differences between platform and hotel. Hotel directly has options for 6h 12h or day, booking through third party only offering the day rate. Would have preferred to see the 6 or 12 hour offering but that may have been an issue with third party platform options. Not an issue but rather a note - the hotel was sold out both visits, so recommend making your reservation in advance rather than hoping they have last minute availability.

Wonderful location in Terminal 2 of ICN with easy check-in after a long flight. No need to deal with customs or immigration, although I did have to go through security as I passed into Terminal 2 from.my arrival gate. Pedestrian bridges connect the Transit Hotel to the food court and the Korean Air lounge.

Just a heads-up that the rooms have no windows. Not too big a deal for what the room provided and that I could easily leave the room/hotel and explore the terminal, including the Korea Traditional Culture Center.

Bed comfortable , close to restaurants , short walk to smoking lounge, check in representative told us our flight was delayed and told us our time we had. Great to rest and shower , even got a coupon for buffet style meal just outside hotel doors other fast food was just across our walkway.

The room has everything you need for an overnight stay at the airport. The bed is comfortable and the room is larger than I expected. Check in was very easy and it was great that I was able to stay until after 11 am. After checking in I was able to walk around the airport to find some food and pass some time.

There was a clanging noise that sounded like it was coming from the heating system throughout the night that kept waking me up. It was not that loud but everything else was so quiet I could not ignore it.

Very easy to find and check into. Staff were helpful with good information, and the room, while small, is perfect for an overnight stay. Facilities were clean and everything I needed was there.

Maybe a better selection of food and drink available in the hotel, but you have the airport to look around and find something up to 9pm.

Bed is large and comfortable, can fit my my husband, me and toddler easily. Shower water pressure is fantastic. Really appreciate having a place to stay during a long transit. Convenient location. Love the food court across. Staff was responsive in modifying check in/check out times to align with my flight details when I messaged them in advance.

There are options for 6 hours and 12 hours prices in their pamphlet but booking.com only had one option.

The perfect way to spend an extended stopover in the amazing Incheon Airport after a red eye from KL. We have been to South Korea several times but this time just transiting through to make it home for the holidays. We were not prepared for cold weather having come from Malaysia so the transit hotel was the next best thing. It allowed us to sleep and rest in their comfy beds and still enjoy some duty free shopping and a meal before our next flight. The room and bathroom so clean.
