Helpful staff, comfortable beds, shower to refreshen, everything needed for a short stay while waiting for the next plane, all without having to go through customs and immigration. There are shorter options available on their site as well, not just overnight, but it's a bit more complicated and it was way easier the way Booking.com handled everything for us for our overnight stay, and for the exact same price too.

A bit pricy compared to similar options, but the convenience of being inside the airport is worth it for international transfers. For those also visiting the country during the transfer, it's quite complicated but perfectly doable.

Very convenient location. It took us a while to figure out where to go after getting off our plane from Japan. Once we went through the security etc., the directions to gate 252 etc. were clear enough. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was comfortable. It was a great relief to get a room since we had a 12 hour layover between flights.

Everything was fine, but we wish there had been a mini-fridge to store some food. Also, the Matina restaurant supposedly opened at 7am but there was a line of 60-70 people even before 7am, and I noticed people seemed to be inside, already eating. The restaurant is ridiculously expensive at $45/adult, and the Transit Hotel coupon doesn't help very much. Much better would be a coupon for the food court, where we got reasonable and delicious meals.

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a previous stay which had more noise affecting, due to room location and other activity (construction?) going on (not at hotel, just airport in general). This stay was very quiet. Room description was accurate and amenities were present.

Minor booking differences between platform and hotel. Hotel directly has options for 6h 12h or day, booking through third party only offering the day rate. Would have preferred to see the 6 or 12 hour offering but that may have been an issue with third party platform options. Not an issue but rather a note - the hotel was sold out both visits, so recommend making your reservation in advance rather than hoping they have last minute availability.

The room has everything you need for an overnight stay at the airport. The bed is comfortable and the room is larger than I expected. Check in was very easy and it was great that I was able to stay until after 11 am. After checking in I was able to walk around the airport to find some food and pass some time.

There was a clanging noise that sounded like it was coming from the heating system throughout the night that kept waking me up. It was not that loud but everything else was so quiet I could not ignore it.

The perfect way to spend an extended stopover in the amazing Incheon Airport after a red eye from KL. We have been to South Korea several times but this time just transiting through to make it home for the holidays. We were not prepared for cold weather having come from Malaysia so the transit hotel was the next best thing. It allowed us to sleep and rest in their comfy beds and still enjoy some duty free shopping and a meal before our next flight. The room and bathroom so clean.

We were fortunate enough to get a last minute room in terminal 2. After a long flight, this was a welcomed respite. The location was perfect and it was really easy to find. The bed and pillow was surprisingly comfortable. There was also a fan/air purifier in the room that provided the perfect amount of white noise that I personally appreciate. But without it, the place was VERY quiet. The room was small but it didn't matter because we were there to sleep. Hot shower and clean bathroom, it truly exceeded expectations.

This is not a reflection on the hotel however, we landed around 9:00 PM and the airport was dead and nothing was open to get something to eat. There was a food court nearby that showed it was open until 10 pm but when we walked in they were closing up. In all fairness, it was New Year's Day so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it or not.

Easy to find (by Gate 252) and very comfortable for the night after a long day and prior flight. Definitely would recommend if ever doing an overnight transit in Incheon Airport. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even body lotion provided as well as a comb and cotton wool buds. There are hairdryer, towels, two bottles of Jeju water and slippers as well as air purifier and TV. Good powerful waterfall style shower. The booking is 12 hours from when you check in but they would shortened it if your boarding time is earlier than that to make sure you don’t miss your flight! Also note that when you transit you will have to go through Incheon security again so don’t buy any liquid over 100ml at your previous airport where you fly to Incheon!

The shower could be a bit cleaner - found someone else’s hair there. Walls are a bit thin and can hear the next room switching of their lights.

The convenience of having the hotel in the airport. The king size bed was very comfortable and the shower was large along with the bathroom.

The hotel does need to provide plugs for different chargers other than Korean. I had to rent one from them at the front desk and the plugs kept wanting to fall out of the wall. Not good when you’re traveling for 15 hours on a plane with no charged electronics or phone.

This hotel is for people who need to overnight in the airport. For these people, it is extremely convenient. We flew in at 9 p.m. and left at 8 a.m. the next morning. We checked our bags to our final destination, so we did not need to pass through customs or passport control. The only problem is that the room was very small. My son and I hardly had space to open our suitcases. Otherwise the room was comfortable and quiet.

Perfect for getting off flight from Oz in evening and reboarding the next morning the onward journey to London Very clean room on ground floor - bit like a bunker but didn’t mind as was there to rest.

No kettle (or hot water outlet) for cuppa. Travellers generally appreciate a hot drink. Didn’t like being restricted to 12 hours room rule - would have thought at less busy times this could be flexible and the lowest room fee itself was 180000KRW
