We booked overnight here for an early morning flight from Incheon T2 and this was a brilliant choice. The shuttle worked well, the spacious room (superior twin) was great and it was good value especially compared to hotel prices in Seoul. We took our own food and drink to enjoy the excellent views from our room window (which also kept the cost reasonable). The staff were very good and the amenities luxurious. Highly recommended to make your departure/arrival very smooth and comfortable!

There is a separate shuttle bus for each of the terminals and the first one in the morning for one of them had an incredibly long line well before departure time. So if you absolutely need to catch the first shuttle, start extra early. There was also a long wait for elevators in the morning. Due to it being so close to the airport, it seems like a very popular choice for flight crew as well as passengers leaving for the airport early. It also took us a little bit of time to figure out that you had to leave the (only) key in the slot for the lights to work. It’s a simple way to reduce energy costs that I can appreciate, but it can be a little inconvenient if you need to leave the room (and take the key) with another guest still in it.

We had a superior suite with three single beds and the room was huge. There was even a seating area. For the first time during our stay in South Korea we had reading lamps by the bed. The buffet for dinner wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth. Wide selection and extremely helpful staff. One of us has an egg allergy and the staff was very helpful in selecting appropriate meals. Free shuttle bus to the airport. And a great view of the runway from the window, the departing planes didn't disturb us.

I stayed near Incheon Airport's Terminal 2, just 10 minutes away (about 6,000 won by taxi), and the room was spacious with a separate bathroom and shower, making it very convenient to use. I had a good rest, and the next morning, I took the hotel shuttle bus at 5 AM and arrived at the airport in no time. (The shuttle bus comes every 15 and 45 minutes. However, there are no buses between 5-6 PM and 12-1 pm, too.)

Shuttle bus and mini shop inside the hotel were very convenient. The hotel was clean.

It is difficult to explain, but the bathroom and the toilet do not have a proper door. There are separations but not a proper door, so the person using the toilet is essentially sitting in the same space as the person on the bed. As two friends sharing the room we found it beyond awkward.

We loved our adjoining rooms with a large living area and separate bedrooms. They exceeded our expectations and I would consider them a very good value for the area. No airplane noise. The hotel was

Be aware that Incheon airport is huge. Terminal 2 is a 15 minute drive from terminal 1. If you have an early flight leaving from T1 you will need to order a taxi at the reception since the hotel shuttle service started too late for our 6:20am flight. Also, Incheon is more than an hour away from Seoul and taxis are not cheap - something to keep in mind if you plan an excursion to Seoul during your stay.

They are adjacent to the airport so they know they'll have an international clientele so breakfast was a little bit of something for everyone. It was a nice breakfast with lots of coffee options (via mechanical barista machine). Not overly crowded but still a fair number of people moving through. I used the gym and it was clean and had just what I needed. Free weights, tread mill and a (I think) Lat pulldown machine.

Property needs to include a standard reply to people who book via booking.com which gives directions on how to meet the hotel shuttle at the airport. It runs on a fixed schedule -- why not send that out with your boiler plate acknowledgements?

Excellent value and location. Hotel is about 5m from T2 and 25m from T1 using the hotel free shuttle. Very clean and comfortable bedroom and bed. Soft bed and pillows. Overall great value for money. Room service was delivered by a robot which was super fun for my 5yo to experience. Staff is very friendly. The 24.hour e-mart has a great variety of items with a self check out. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any friends.

Room service menu is very limited so I would suggest going to the 24h convenience store first to see what other food options are available. We ordered a burger which came with fries which was ok, but nothing special; had the classic garlicky sweet korean sauce which was not what I had in mind and the meat patty was a little strange. Shower didnt get super hot and had limited pressure but it was very clean and nice. As other guests have mentioned, yes you can hear Incheon’so planes taking off/landing but its not that loud. The hotel offers free earplugs at the reception. We were so tired that it was not an issue and only really noticed when we woke up in the morning.

This hotel, located a short distance from Incheon Airport’s Terminal 2, made my stay incredibly convenient with its complimentary shuttle service. The room was regionally sized yet comfortable, featuring a cozy double bed for a restful night. My favorite touches were the raindrop shower and bidet, adding a spa-like feel to the experience, along with the soft guest slippers.

The only minor downside was the aircraft noise due to its proximity to the runway, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.
