We had four rooms this time and watching planes land and take off was a real highlight for us, but if you would like a quiet room, recommend booking a mountain-view room. the free luggage storage made arrival and departure a breeze; the in-room bath was pure heaven, especially after the long flight; The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent. It would be even better if they added a lunch service; The staff was very professional, friendly, Don’t hesitate to ask her anything! We should asked the lady prior exploring ourselves. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ora Incheon. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious with a great bathroom. I did miss the typical Korean bidet toilets – but everything else was super comfortable. The free shuttle to the airport is very convenient, and by taxi it’s just a 10-minute ride. I especially loved the stunning airport view – watching planes take off and land was such a peaceful and fascinating experience. Breakfast is only available on weekends, but during the week they offer a sandwich to go. There’s also soft ice cream available, I liked it. :) Overall, a lovely stay. I’d definitely come back

Clean and spacious, with lovely bathroom with shower and bath tub. Good value for money. Hairdryer. Good wi-fi. Adjustable room heating. Friendly staff, easy self check-in with staff assistance. Free, regular shuttle bus upon booking in advance. So far the best hotel I've stayed at near Incheon Airport.

Mattress was okay but hard. There was no shower gel (bottle was empty), only shampoo and conditioner. Not supposed to flush toilet paper (sign in the bathroom). But these were minor issues.

Hotel staff was able to get our group rooms right next to each other. The parking was absolutely amazing (including long-term)! The staff was extremely inviting. One of the staff members spoke English, which made some of our questions about long-term parking easier to clarify. The airport shuttle was small but convenient.

The location is inconvenient for getting food outside of the hotel. The hotel is just remote enough that once you are there you are basically stuck unless you have your own vehicle.

Superb spacious room. Good choice of freshly cooked food in the evening. Shuttle back to airport ran as booked.

Breakfast buffet only available at weekends. Was great then, only a simple free sandwich in the week. At a major international airport, shame the TV had no option for English speakers. Very remote location. Not a lot nearby to get a drink or snack. Maybe in a few years will get more built up in the area.

It was very close to the terminal, which made it very convenient. I appreciated the shuttle to the terminal. The staff was very nice and helpful. They were very attentive and kind. I was also grateful for the shuttle from the hotel to the terminal.

For 140,000 won a night, you would think that something beyond basics of hot water, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash would be provided. Body lotion, razor, qtips, etc would be nice to have. These were on sale in a vending machine in the lobby but I don’t think providing these is a stretch. Food was way overpriced and there are no other options in the vicinity.

I loved the new and modern rooms. Especially the huge tub and shower in the bathroom. Also the room itself was a very good size. I appreciated how helpful the staff was (one girl in particular but didn’t get her name) she helped us order some food for delivery and permitted me a late late check out since I was with my infant daughter and our flight out of ICN was leaving in the evening.

Although I chose it for how close it is to ICN it was noisy at night due to the airplanes landing and taking off. Also, the shuttle service is pretty meager (limited availability and must book a day prior). Another thing I didn’t like was the lack of food options. The hotel restaurant/room service is closed on Saturday and Sunday so you’re basically left to fend for yourself which is difficult since there isn’t anything (convenience store or restaurant) within walking distance. So it was frustrating to find this out upon checking in exhausted and hungry and seeing advertisements for the hotel menu offered but then none of it being available. Lastly, their beverages sold at the front desk are overpriced.

Very clean and friendly staff , the free breakfast and transit to the airport were a great bonus :)

Location, big shower and rooms, good A/C, comfy beds, airport shuttle.

No sound proofing. You can hear people showering, talking from other rooms. The sound of airplanes coming and leaving did not bother us since the room was facing other side. Also the wear and tear is very visible in the rooms, which is sad because hotel is really nice.

Good location for Aviation geek!
