The cleanliness and location near food and convenience store was great. The room design was very functional too and I love the concept of room with futons and double bed as this is my preferred choice of sleeping arrangement with young kids since I won't have to worry about them rolling off the bed. The futons were well kept aside for when the kids are awake and give them much space to play / walk around. Service staff was very helpful and had prompt follow up. I asked for a crib which was not available on the day I checked in but was available on the second day onwards and they sent it along without reminder. It was also very well priced.

The futons turned out way thinner than what I expected and hardly had any cushioning from the floor. The kids slept fine though but I had a backache while nursing my toddler at bedtime.

Exactly what I needed. Room was spacious, modern and functional. Really enjoyed the spa and was grateful for reduced rate as a guest. Wish I'd known at booking so I could have maximised my use of it.

The bathroom could have been cleaner- a lot of dirty water marks on the sink and the shower metal work. The shower temperature was also difficult to control.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast was really great. So far the best regarding Western options. Sorry, sometimes I just need a break from Asian food, especially after 3 weeks of travelling. The location is good as well, close to several bus stops.

Only the shower hose could need an upgrade, a tall person almost can’t get under the shower since it didn’t have a rain shower from the ceiling.

Lovely stay in Jeju, great value with good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Wide selection for the delicious buffet breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on our last night was also good. Great location with excellent bus connections nearby and choice of very good restaurants. Convenience store next to the lobby was useful.

We got lucky and got a 3 person room: 1 queen bed and 1 person bed. Plenty of space at your disposal. The bathroom was well equipped and big as well. The hotel offered you bathrobes and slippers which were really useful. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Even if the hotel is not located in an area of interest, the neighborhood was really nice.

I guess the hotel has a certain air of old. the carpet on the halls looked used and here and then you could see stains. the furniture as well looked obsolete even if it was well maintained. overall just small things

The front desk staff were all v helpful n pleasant with food recommendation and even extra pillow requests late at night. Liked that the room had proper room slippers and a step up to the sleeping area. Parking was free, right beside the lobby n adequate too. 10min drive to popular night market only.

Great for a short stay if you want to be close to the airport - about 15min away to rental car companies, traffic considered. The room was a decent size, bed and shower were comfortable. Basic amenities are provided. If you’re driving, it’s easy to park at the hotel and you don’t need a valet. If visiting in Spring, this is walking distance from Cherry Blossom road for a relaxing walk.

The location is 10 minutes walk to the Jeju City Bus terminal. It is convenient for guests who rely on public transport to move around. There is a CU store at the hotel lobby, very convenient for buying snacks and topping up the T-money card. The room is of good size and everything is clean and quite new. Bedsheet and towels are replaced daily.

Excellent hotel, close location near a bus stop for the whole area and next to the hotel there is a convenience store. Another advantage is that it is a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. The room itself was a spacious room including a kit for the shower such as Cotton swab, cotton wool, a comb which we did not see in other hotels At the first opportunity we will return to the hotel on the next trip

Great location, close to the airport, and easy to get in/out of with multiple bus options for all the important locations on the island. The place was very clean and comfy, nothing was missing for us. There is a convenience store right below the hotel, which is accessible from the lobby (great bonus). The staff was very friendly, and volunteered to help us order food deliveries to our room twice. In addition, we forgot a phone in the room. They reached out to us immediately, but we were already at the airport, so they shipped it to Seoul for us (and it arrived in 36 hours).

The mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but it didn't prevent us from having a good night sleep.
