The hotel is walking distance from Jeju Bus Terminal and only few stops away from Jeju City Hall. They also allowed me to leave my luggage at the reception for a while after checkout so I could still do other things before my flight in the evening.

Sometimes, I smell cigarette smoke when I enter the room. Turning the exhaust in the bathroom on helps reduce the smell.

Charlie hotel was great! We came a few hours before check in and the kind man at the front desk allowed us to check in early. We also left our luggage after check out so we could use the time before our departing flights to sightsee without carrying bags around. The room was spacious for two people and had everything you could need. Not too noisy, super clean room and bathroom. Towels and toiletries provided. Looks just like the pictures. Good location about 30-40 min from the airport - there are several bus stops close to the hotel, jeju city bus terminal is a 9 min walk away which connects you to all the sightseeing spots in Jeju. We were getting around jeju by bus and had no issues getting to the places we wanted to see. Taxis had no problem finding our hotel. Convenience stores nearby as well. For all of these perks, we only paid about 50 dollars for 2 nights and 2 people total so very affordable. Highly highly recommend!!

Only thing was that the bed was a bit firm, which was a bit uncomfortable for one of us, but that could just be a personal preference.

Late check-in was made possible, spacious room with a big window.

After check-in, the first room held an intense smell of cigarette smoke. When I asked to switch to a non-smoking room, this was granted to me, so fine in the end but would encourage the hotel to ask for smoking preference upfront or offer a non-smoking-room per default as this smoothens the check-in expereince.

A wonderful hotel! We had an excellent stay, and extended three times! The rooms are clean and quiet, and ours was far more spacious than in the photos. No odors in the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there are several restaurants, cafes, and stores directly outside the hotel. It is also within a 5 minute walk of the cherry blossom road, and just a short drive from the airport by taxi. We highly recommend, and look forward to staying again!

Very clean and comfortable rooms with bathrooms, welcoming and english speaking host. Situated in the city center of Jeju city.

The location was great, near airport and the bus stops. Convinience stores near. Friendly staff. Big room. And the price was perfect. You can't expect too much with that price.

The smell was inconvenient, but it helped when you opened the window. The bug curtains must have been broken, bcs some mosquitoes came in. The bathroom was not so clean, but it was okay anyway.

The staff was exceptionally kind and nice, they take really good care of the visitors. The check-in was smooth. The rooms were very clean and cozy, it completely exceeded my expectations. Loved the fact that we got a bathtub! Judgeing by the benefits that we have got, the price for the stay wasn't expensive.

I loved everything. I have no complaints.
