Clean and spacious room. Clean towels and water every day was appreciated. We were able to do laundry (a lot of it!), which was great. Would be nice if they sold laundry detergent though. We enjoyed our stay.

We had little (but friendly) contact with the front desk staff and by chance we ran into one on the street asking where we could do laundry. He told us there was a free washer in the 6th floor. It would be nice if upon check-in they could let you know about the facilities offered or at least have a sign at the front desk.

The room size was good for me. One single person, but I had two beds. One to sleep and one to keep my bags spread when needed. The room also had a desk for working on laptop. Wifi was OK. The lobby had a kitchen area incl microwave and I could cook my breakfast early in the morning or dinner late at night when desired. Not applicable for me, but the hotel had books in Korean language for reading, and games such as cards, chess, checkers, etc for the guests... They even gifted a full large tube of toothpaste upon check-in (kept in the room).

The staff was not always present at the reception. The person had guided me well upon check-in, so it was not necessary to communicate, but on the last day, when I left my baggage near the reception while going out, I noticed that there was NOBODY there. So just a feeling of comfort seeing a care taker for your baggage was missing. Also most of the sites to be seen are on the other side of the island, so the next time, I might stay in Seogwipo where most of the treks and trails are located...

- I appreciated the bed had a mattress topper, as Korean beds are generally very firm so the topper provided a bit more comfort. The room was clean and spacious enough for one traveller. - There was almost no noise from other rooms or the corridor which is a real rarity for other similarly priced hotels. - If you’re looking to travel around Jeju then being so close to the bus terminal helps a lot. - It’s also within a 25 minute walk to Dongmun Traditional Market, Jeju Black Pork Street, and some great Korean restaurants, like 디디다 and 천하제일오라방.

The only downsides were: - The air con and fridge seem to rattle and make a lot of noise so either take out the fridge plug or bring earplugs. - My room’s WiFi didn’t work. I live in Korea so I’ve got endless data, but I think others would find it difficult.

Great stay as base to explore Jeju island as it is located near airport (1 bus stop going to airport), 5 min walks to Jeju city intercity bus terminal and there are quite some food options if you go looking around. Room was spacious i think i was upgraded from a double room to a triple room (1 double bed and 1 single bed), drinking water was replenished every day, TV aircon works perfect, spacious toilet & bath room + spacious common room on Ground floor with water dispenser and microwave.

Staff was friendly but i don't know why seems to be shy to talk to visitors, so not much help as source for information for asking what's interesting or places to eat in the near surrounding, gave very short most of the time when asked about directions. From old downtown locations like Dongmun market, need to take city bus roughly 30 min and also it would take 30 min with bus to go new downtown locations like Shinsegae duty free store, for pick up location of day trip tours that i took. Nothing to complain really, considering the place as very good value and close location to airport and intercity bus terminal i would not hesitate to stay here again next time visiting Jeju city.

Very nice owner/staff. We accidentally booked for the wrong day but he was so nice to change it for us free of charge and even gave us a bigger room. The room was well equipped with AC, towels, soap, and a fridge. The hotel lobby has enough space to sit down, and a laptop that you can use to plan your next steps. All in all, it was everything we needed for our stay!

Thank you Kae-Jang for your excellent help in finding us the right eatery after our late check in Your knowledge of the English language is fantastic. Trevier is the eatery near by for 14 beers on tap & fried chicken. The hosts are amazing also, we had a great start to our Jeju experience. Location great for us since we needed to pick up our car in the morning and the price of the accommodation and value for money was outstanding. We are booked again for our departure day.

Stayed in Jeju R Hotel for two weeks and we could stay another two :) The owner and staff were so kind and helpful and even upgraded our room to bigger one for free! Every day we got fresh towels and water directly to our room, also the trash from the room and bathroom were taken away every day. In the middle of our stay the room was fully cleaned and the sheets were changed for fresh. AC and WiFi was working nice. The window had mosquito net and thick curtains. We could comfortable sleep with opened window. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a small fridge, kettle, hair dryer and TV in the room. In the bathroom we got shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste for a whole stay. When we wanted to prepare food we could use the shared kitchen - it was always clean and well equiped. If we wanted to dry our diving equipment or washed clothes we could use laundry dryer outside the building and dry our things in the sun :) There were also free parking spots outside the building so we could park our rented car (there was also free public parking 2 minutes by walk from the hotel). The hotel was close to main street with 7-eleven, banks, bakery etc. We will miss this nice place! Thank you for hospitality!

Everything. :) The lovely window view of Udo Island. The sea view kitchenette in our room. Super spacious room. Friendly hostess who made tasty hearty breakfast and helped us with laundry that smelled amazing. Perfect location for morning stroll around the area (a few cute cafes nearby with amazing seaview) and just 5-min drive to the harbour to Udo.

The room was clean and nice. The staff is rather shy but helpful. There was a little problem with our room but he changed it without a problem so we slept like a babies! The location is perfect if you explore Jeju by bus, it’s located few minutes from bus station. 7/11 1 minute walk from the guesthouse

We got every day bottle of water and clean towels. It was very nice 🙂 Bathroom was spaceous. There was table with chair and big mirror and the fridge.

Window was not possible to use. We had high humidity on the room due to drying wet clothes. Room was small.
