The Renaissance Hotel is a good budget hotel in an area where there are restaurants on the main road and a 24 hour convenience store on the corner. Although the room is small, it is clean and adequate. The toilet is standard (not bidet) and it is a toilet/shower combined bathroom typical in Korea - i.e. the shower is not separate. The restaurant in the hotel is not open. Not sure if that is permanent. Big TV screen for a small room! And the small fridge surprisingly fits a few things in it. Staff are welcoming and helpful, but not visible 24/7.

The air conditioning went off from 12noon to 3pm. Not sure if this was because we were booked originally for 1 night only, and then re-booked the room for a 2nd night. However, we were given a fan, but wasn't strong enough for the hot weather.

We were upgraded to a bigger room, so we had plenty of space. There was a double bed and two single beds. Middle of the room was a table and two chairs. From the TV you can sign up your Netflix account and watch it. The room was nice, the beddings were great and comfortable. Downstairs you can get free coffee and there is a microwave as well. There is a bus stop close by, but the bus stop to the airport is about 10-15 min walk. There are also few CU and GS25 nearby.

Early check in wasn’t possible so you have to wait until the check in time. They stop the AC around 12 to 15 so in that time you really cannot stay in the room because it’s too hot in there. Otherwise the hotel was comfortable.

Great room with lots of space to move around or put our luggage. We had 2 beds (double and single), a table with chair where we could eat something from the seven eleven's if we wanted (which is located just around the corner), other two small desks (one with a mirror) and a TV. The bathroom is the typical korean one, with an open shower and was provided with all the necessary things (shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, towels). Everything was quite clean and the staff was helpful and kind.

A very nice place to stay that is an easy walk from the Jeju bus terminal. The woman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The room/bed was comfortable and clean, a good shower, and there was a GIANT television. Several convenience store located close by. The airport is just a ten minute bus ride after a five minute walk (it took us 22 minutes from door to terminal). The traditional market is an easy 30 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean, spacious and had all the necessities. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Free parking is available in front of the building. If you’re travelling by bus, the express bus terminal is a 10-min-walk away! There‘s a cvs and supermarket near by and you can get to Dongmun market within 10 min by bus (bus stop 2 min from the place) or 20 min by walking.

The facilities in the hotel are new and clean. With discount, it’s definitely worth it.

It’s pretty far from important bus stops and main attractions. Might be okay in any season but walking in the summer was hard. The AC in the room has central switch and turns off automatically around 12 pm, when the cleaning comes. Again, can be uncomfortable just during the summer.

Very spacious ( you should correct as written 4sqm in booking page:) , very clean, close to bus station , amazing to sleep in heating bed, very helpful staff. We enjoyed so much during our 4 days stay, we will absolutely choose again here in our next trip

The hotel located near to street that full of cherry blossom trees and close to supermarket. The room are clean and they will clean it everyday. Room is spacious and have fridge to keep food and drinks.

The aircon not really work, most of the time will become heater, may be due to we stay at cold season. The road to hotel abit narrow and nit easy to drive in with car.

Very good location, about 10 minutes walk to the bus terminal. There is a budget local fast food restaurant close to the bus terminal, Yong. The food quality is very good and we ate there many times. There is also a supermarket nearby. We had a very enjoyable stay there.

Location is great, convenience store and restaurants are very close. Price is reasonable. Close to airport. Free parking.
