Location is convenient, room is clean, facilities are sufficient. Staff are friendly (when they are available). We kept luggage there while cycling round-island. There is a convenience store 2 mintues away so it is easy to buy breakfast. Starbucks is about 10 minutes walk.

I got locked out of my room for half an hour and I could not find any staff at the counter. There is a telephone placed on the counter with a number to call, but nobody ever pick up the phone. I combed through every floor, found a cleaning lady, following her for 5 minutes to beg her to find reception staff for me. Then she agreed to call a seperate number and told me someone will meet me at reception. For 4 out of 5 times there is nobody at the reception.There is an office behind the counter, but the door is always closed so there is no way to know if there is anybody in there. Perhaps provide a telephone number with someone actually behind the line? Or put a bell at the counter so people can ring for the staff in the office? (That is, if there is anyone in there.)

Staff was super friendly and got up earlier than her shift started to help us with taxi for our early flight. Across the hotel is a beautiful reconstruction of government buildings from the Joseon period. There is an underground shoppingmall with great restaurants nearby and also many wonderful cafés around the hotel. 8 minutes away from the traditional food market.

It’s closed to the airport (10 minutes), big room, nice staff

The pressure of the water in the shower is weak. The air conditioner is not so good but they gave us a fan that solved the problem

The hotel is near the bus station and the Dongmum market (~800 m), also not far from the BBQ street (~1 km).

The TV shows even contain the adult-only ones, which are not good for children, hopefully we didn't take with us.

Room light is too dark and shower water is too weak. I think it may due to the top room.

Big room with floor space large enough to open 2 large luggage bags. Low table good for take away.

Different floor levels in room may not be safe for toddler movement.

Staff was very kind and helpful, good location, room was nice and clean with a very big bathroom.

It super close to the airport... amazing location!

It was great for a short stay. We only went to shower and sleep, and for that purpose it was perfect. It was near the location where we got picked up for get your guide adventures.

The place itslef smelled a little "moldy" and "oldish", probably due to the moisture and the carpet that was everywhere. We "aired out" the room, afterwards that was fine.
