The hotel is just stone throw away from the food market and shopping districts. It is near to many restaurants and bus stop is just walking distance from the hotel. Also the hotel. Is walking distance to attraction nearby. Location wise really is superb! Room is good and well kept. The big bathtub is a plus point to the room. Soaking in the warm hot water after a cold day of walk is simply soothing. Hanging out on the rooftop with a bright full moon and enjoying the quiet night view is just amazing.

Small complain are, we realized some rubbish under the TV cabinet and took it out. It's bottles and containers which is big enough not to be missed by the cleaner. Under the TV cabinet is dusty too.

Overall I am satisfied with what I get with the price I paid. I think it's perfect for people who wants to have a holiday with outdoor activities, if you want to have a staycation, then better look somewhere else. The location is in the heart of old Jeju City, which is very close to Dongmun market and black pork street. It also means that it is easy to reach with public transportations, many restaurants, and relatively easy to get what you need in the area. The room is well isolated, I didn't hear any noise even though its location is near by the main street. TV is also available and I could even watch netflix.

The receptionist has a limited availability time (only from 07:30-23:00). Generally, it's not a problem for me as the check out is also very simple. But in case someone comes either very late or very early, it might be a different story.

1) Location location location - short walking distance to Dongmun Market, Black Pork Street, Chilsungro Shopping Town and the subway. Saved us a lot of energy and time - no need to find parking spot in this busy part of old town. 2) Many options when it comes to F&B - an eclectic fusion restaurant Vagabond right next to the hotel, an excellent abalone porridge restaurant behind the hotel, BBQ pork restaurants, pork soup noodle (early in the morning) inside the Dongmun market itself and many more. 3) Parking spot available behind the hotel - they will guide you to the parking and yes I was driving in Jeju - free of charge and they use number plate recognition system. 4) The room easily fit 5-6 person (limited availability yet a welcoming option for family of 5 like mine) because I didn't want two separate rooms for my kids and us. Spacious with tatami style double beds, dining table and chairs (perfect!), make up table. 5) They have a cafe downstairs that opens early in the morning and doubles up as a bar at night.

1) the road leading to the hotel can be quite congested due to the high traffic. 2) a bit far from the more modern Jeju city south of the airport ... The hotel is located on the east side which is older part of Jeju-si. 3) Lacking shopping options compared to the bigger Jeju-si.

The hotel is situated very conveniently close to Dongmun Market on the right and the Black Pork Street on the left looking out from the hotel entrance. Entrance to one of many Jungang Underground Shopping Centre's entrance is less than 5 minutes walk away. Most of the well-known sports shoes and apparel brands like Adidas, Nike, New Balance, Umbro, Under Armour, etc as well as local sports goods retailers like abc Mart have their retail stores within a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room, a Deluxe Double Room WIth Bath, is very spacious and and has this retro feel that transports one back into time . I particularly loved the corridors though some guests found it eerie. What greatly enhanced our guests experience at Jade Hotel was the selfless attitude and excellent customer service provided by 2 of the hotel's female staff, in particular the female staff that wears glasses. She was incredible, despite being bogged down by her heavy workload doubling as Front Office and Cafe service staff, she guided us on how to call a cab using KakaoTaxi app n gave us directions to the Sports shoes shopping street. On 14.7.2024 morning, the other female staff helped me to call up the restaurant my wife and I had dinner the night before to check if I had dropped the padlock keys to my sling bag there and also together with the female staff with glasses tried to find a shop that could unlock / remove the padlock. Then it dawned on the female staff with glasses that the hotel has a cutter that could cut through the padlock and solved my problem. I am very grateful to them but do apologise fpr not getting their names as we were rushing to go out. Because of the excellent customer service by the 2 female staff, we will definitely stay at Jade Hotel again if we return to Jeju City.

There is actually nothing not to like about Jade Hotel except the toilet bowl is too near to the wash basin cabinet. Hence when one sits down to relieve himself / herself, the left knee is rubbing against the cabinet which is very uncomfortable. Many a time, my wife and my legs knocked against the toilet bowl or wash basin cabinet due to the narrow space between them.

We were a party of 3 staying one night in this accommodation. Its very well located in the centre of town, and we could park our car 3min walk away in a city parking. From the accommodation, its minutes walk to reach the local market and the black pork street with all Jeju food delicacies ; also few convenience stores around. The room was comfortable and well decorated with a unique style, just like the hotel entrance and reception. Although the hotel includes a bar on the ground floor, the rooms remained quiet and were ideal to rest.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Less than 5 mins walk to Black Pork Street and Dongmun Market (in opposite directions). Hotel appeared to be recently refurbished and looked very new. The room we had for 4 persons was excellent - spacious and functional. Street was very quiet at night.

The parking could be a little confusing as it is located behind the hotel. You will need to make a loop to reach it and there is no way that you can get there when you arrived. But no worries. the staff will guide you there with your GPS. The only thing is that the street in front of the hotel and the parking are very tight. So cautious driving is needed.

The hotel had stylish furniture and a spacious room, complete with a dining table, kettle, and fridge, with the microwave located in the corridor. The bed was comfortable, and they also provided extra bedding for my kid, which was much appreciated. The room was tidied every day, and there was free parking available.

The shower design was not ideal, as the entire floor would get wet after each use.

Very very good location right in front of Dongmun market. The room was a very big size and relatively clean if you don't inspect the corner too closely. Had a very big tub with all the amenities you'd need. Hotel reception is shared with the cafe, but there will be someone welcoming you and it is possible to leave luggages before check-in.

There was a wooden decoration structure behind our bed and it was quite dusty.

I travelled with 2 of my sisters. The room was perfect for the three of us! The rooftop of this hotel is beautiful and could definitely be romantic for a couple while also being perfect for friends and family. The connected café and bar was also really nice. My sisters and I had a rental car as well and the staff were really helpful with parking and directions. Check in and out was also super easy! The location is also amazing as it's really in walking distance to shops, the beach, restaurants and markets.

Location is perfect, 5 minutes to Dongmun market and black pork street, and there are lots of food and shopping options in the area. Staff is very helpful and will speak English using translator, I had no issue in communication. Room is not big, but spacious enough for 2 adults with 2 luggage. Bathroom is big. Free Parking is available, just ask the stuff first.
