Really lovely location along the seafront with lots going on in the area and close to shops and restaurants. For me the location was perfect for the starting point of the excursion I had booked which left from a very nearby hotel. Lovely big room with plenty of space. My favourite thing was the view from my room’s balcony from where I could watch the bustling harbour and see the mountains (I chose Mountain View room but could still see the sea). Big bathroom with high shower water pressure. Fridge and tea and coffee provided with a kettle. Very convenient and comfortable room. The pool (FYI: unheated but that was fine for me) and jacuzzi were great fun, if the opening hours were limited (afternoon only).

The room was clean, just maybe a bit knocked about and could do with a touch up in places. But it was still lovely and clean and very comfortable. For me the location was great and just what I wanted but some people may find it less convenient for some of the principle bus routes and connections so worth considering your planned visits if that is important to you.

This is our favorite hotel in Jeju. This is not the first time we've stayed here. The location is very convenient. The waterfront is beautiful. The staff is wonderful. Especially the engineering department. Thank you to Mr. Kang for the delicious dinner and your help. They are always there to assist with any issues. We've been friends for three years. We're looking forward to visiting you. We tried the 1-kilogram steak at the restaurant, and we really enjoyed the fire-grilled presentation. If you're visiting Jeju, this is the place to stay. And only with a car. There are no problems with the rent.

The elevator broke down a couple of times, but there are three elevators in the hotel. Therefore, it did not cause any inconvenience.

Excellent location, convenient stores and restaurants nearby, room was clean. There was hair under the plug in the sink, but was cleared the next day (not a complaint, Good value for money for the room size + balcony + ocean view, and clean towel. For the room rates, I am okay with no toothbrush etc provided, or no mini-bar or minimal tea bags/coffee sachets. Room cleaning was adequate with change of towels, beds made and bin emptied, this is a 4-star hotel and I did not expect them to rearrange my toiletries or fold my dirty clothes (try MO). I had issue with the partial ocean view the first night and the staff resolved this quickly with a change of room the next day, no fuss no arguments. Hotel staff were efficient and professional, maybe one or two did not smile, but the tone was always polite and soft.

The closet layout did not include drawers, not sure how to serve a room designed for 3. The room on the second night has electrical points right above the left side of the double bed where you sleep. Room wall was thin, can hear people closing/ slamming doors, water pipes sound in the bathroom as well.

Nice location on the first line of the beach; takes a bit of a walk or commute to get to sights and the airport, but the area is nice; The room is renovated, relatively spacious, clean, and nicely furnished; Very good breakfasts with Korean dishes, seafood, fruits, etc. Quite expensive but worth it. Book at least a day in advance for a cheaper price ($15 Canadian on the eve, $20 on the same day, we are not sure if earlier booking results in an even lower price). Washing and drying machines available at a reasonable price ($5)

We booked an Korean ondol room which was something interesting and new to us. The view from the room balcony faced the sea which was lovely and soothing. The location was walking distance to the Black Pork street, a lot of convenience stores nearby and was considerably near the Jeju airport, so it was a really good location. The thing we loved most was a working coin laundry which allowed us to wash our clothes!

Convenient location to go to Dongmun market, restaurants and meeting points for day tours. The room was comfortable and suitable for my needs.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Acoustics were not great as I could hear guests in the room next door (detailed sounds like toilet flushing, opening the safe etc) and movements in the corridor. The self closing room doors also slammed shut so was startled awake a few times during my stay when other guests on the floor entered and exited their rooms.

Enjoyed every bit of our stay here, even though it was for a short 3 nights. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was also conveniently located near a supermarket, the bay, and 10-15 min walk away from the shopping district and dong mun night market. We had asked to deposit our luggages at the lobby in the morning since we arrived early but could only check in in the late afternoon and the staff had helped to swiftly arrange for that. Even though they did not respond to this request via booking.com, they managed to attend to this request upon our arrival at the hotel in the morning. Kudos to them.

I manage to check in before the official time of 1500 and the staff was friendly. Booked 2 Ondol rooms for my family of 7 persons (4 adults with 3 teens) for 4 nights. The room with 4 pax will be a little squeezy. Love the balcony space as you can sit & enjoy a hot cup of coffee during winter. There are 2 washers & 2 dryers on level 2 just beside the gym that cost $2-3k won, detergent at $500 won. Location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the supermarket (Martro / eMart), Black Pork St, Dongnum Traditional Market, Chilseonglo Shopping street, BHC, Kyochon, Issac Toast, Olive Young outlet etc.

We came fully aware of sleeping on the "floor" as we booked the Ondol Rooms but the "mattress" could be thicker. The elderly will find it challenging and end up with backache the next day. The TV / Tv box in our rooms are basically not working. The Management could consider to place instructions in English / Chinese to guide people how to use the TV box.

The hotel is within walking distance to Black Pork street and Dongmun Market. There is a supermarket (MARTRO) and a convenience store (7-11) nearby. Our room had a view of the ocean and we had a wonderful time sitting at the balcony enjoying the view and drinking tangerine makgeolli. For those who are driving, there is street parking available and the hotel has a basement carpark. The basement carpark has direct lift access to the hotel rooms and is sheltered from the wind.

Our receptionist was excellent and able to converse in English, Korean and Mandarin Chinese however this was not the case for most frontline staff. The basement carpark has limited spaces and whilst there is a car lift to the basement 2 level, it needs to be operated by one of the staff. The car may only be collected after 7am which may affect plans to go to Hallasan mountain early.

The location is fantastic. I had a room with the sea view. The waterfront is a great place for walks. it is near a pier dotted with numerous seafood restaurants. Very near the main shopping area (Chilsung shopping area, Jugang underground shopping and Dongmun traditional market) and the Black pork street. I would recommend using this hotel as base camp for the visit of Jeju. The restaurant in the hotel (Seoga & cook) and the cafe (Aslan cafe) are both quite good. Check-out staff was very helpful.

Check-in staff should have been more helpful and friendlier. Facilities are slightly old.
