Location was very convenient, just a short walk to Black Pork Street, Dongmun Traditional Market. We also opted for the sea view and it was so worth it! A lot of restaurants were close by as well.

Our bathroom sink was clogged at one point but once we told the staff about it, they were able to fix it quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and has a fantastic view of the sea. Especially enjoyed the location. it’s conveniently close to the seaside and the surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view during sunset, absolutely stunning and unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a scenic and relaxing place to stay.

However, one issue we faced was with the air conditioning. It kept turning off automatically during the night, which made the room quite warm and uncomfortable for us. I hope the hotel can look into this for future guests.

The hotel's location was good, situated near a shopping street with many food outlets and a large convenience store just a short walk away or across the road. The room was cozy with an unobstructed view of the sea. Parking at the hotel was hassle-free. One evening, when we returned late and found the car park full, the staff stationed at the hotel’s car park assisted us using a multi-story car lift parking system. The following morning, after we collected our car key from the front desk, the staff had already brought the vehicle down to the ground floor and conveniently parked it right in front of the entrance. Exceptional service, and all at no extra charge.

Room was comfortable and big and had a nice view on the sea. It was a pure bliss to sleep on the big bed as it was extremely comfortable. We rented a car and used the parking facility of the hotel which was very convenient. We did not use the swimming pool. Staff did not seem very welcoming and nice, this is something we noticed across different hotels in Korea…maybe it is a cultural thing or language barrier…who knows…We tried out breakfast one day, however it was a disappointing experience as the majority of options were for Korean customers and limited choice for continental breakfast options. This is the reason why we decided to have breakfast outside for the rest of our stay.

It was a big room; you could fit a lot of people in that room. I loved that it had a nice closet and drawers. Nice TV and a big bathroom. It was nice ocean view. although it was a low floor and I also got a view of i think it was the air conditioning units Location was close to restaurants and shops.

The hotel was a little dated, the bathroom was dated, and it should be renovated. The towels that where provided were clean but old and at one point I was given a towel that the ends were frail. I also dined at the hotel's restaurant, and they were charging my sister almost 20 dollars for a beer. It could have been a mistake by the waitress but maybe not. If i didn't meticulously looked at my bill, it would have turned out to be an expensive beer !

I think I was really lucky when I stayed at the Hotel Regent Marine Blue. I had a taxi at the airport, but the bus does leave you close by. It's a little bit far from downtown Jeju, but that makes it all the safer and more special. I would recommend taking time to walk around the hotel because you can find great food, stores, and people within a three-block radius. I was impressed with the view and the change in linens. I had a terrible girl accident, but the housekeepers were kind enough to replace my sheets and treat me with dignity. I think it's the perfect place to come by yourself and enjoy Jeju. There are brochures everywhere, there is a tiny store downstairs, and the breakfast was great every single day. I went in September, during Chuseok, and I had no issues getting around or getting help from staff. Very kind and hospitable.

I do think the hotel caters to Chinese clientele rather than English or Korean which was pretty funny to me. I didn't understand the market, but another person who was dining alone told me about the other clientele and why the hotel is so Chinese-client focused. It's not something that I didn't like, but it is something to note if you are a foreigner.

Location was excellent. Martro supermarket and E-mart are located within walking distance. Many restaurants and eateries too. The hotel room layout is very comfortable. The size of room is perfect for 2 persons with sufficent space to move around even with opened luggage. Even the amenities area in the toilet are spacious. The best & most comfortable hotel during my trip in Jeju. Hotel staff are able to converse well in English. Hotel also give coupons for free draft beer for takeouts from bbq Chicken&beer located at L1. Will definitely want to return again.

We took a 3 people premiere room. The staff has always been helpful and polite, including the people manning the underground parking. The facilities are excellent. They have a secondary parking lot for when the underground one is full. The mattresses and cushion and firm enough and comfy, the rooms at the higher floor are very quiet. Shower pressure is great, and the bidets are new and powerful. Very clean, and very attentive everyday after cleaning. Location is right in front of the seaside, it's similar to a lot more property in the area. Very easy to reach if you rent a car (recommended as this one has underground parking). At walking distance one of the best bakery in Jeju City, ABC coffee

Size of the room is a bit on the small end, but it obviously depends on what you pay for.

Staff were helpful. Room was pleasant and quiet.

The breakfast. If you arrived between 8-9 some of the food wasn’t topped up when it had gone - juice, cakes. I especially didn’t like it if you had to eat up or downstairs and had to carry your breakfast to your table. I’m not particularly steady on my feet and was frightened of falling and then you also had to keep going up/down to refill your plate/ cup. The coffee machines had a very limited choice and there was only cold milk to add to the drink.
