We booked an Korean ondol room which was something interesting and new to us. The view from the room balcony faced the sea which was lovely and soothing. The location was walking distance to the Black Pork street, a lot of convenience stores nearby and was considerably near the Jeju airport, so it was a really good location. The thing we loved most was a working coin laundry which allowed us to wash our clothes!

I manage to check in before the official time of 1500 and the staff was friendly. Booked 2 Ondol rooms for my family of 7 persons (4 adults with 3 teens) for 4 nights. The room with 4 pax will be a little squeezy. Love the balcony space as you can sit & enjoy a hot cup of coffee during winter. There are 2 washers & 2 dryers on level 2 just beside the gym that cost $2-3k won, detergent at $500 won. Location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the supermarket (Martro / eMart), Black Pork St, Dongnum Traditional Market, Chilseonglo Shopping street, BHC, Kyochon, Issac Toast, Olive Young outlet etc.

We came fully aware of sleeping on the "floor" as we booked the Ondol Rooms but the "mattress" could be thicker. The elderly will find it challenging and end up with backache the next day. The TV / Tv box in our rooms are basically not working. The Management could consider to place instructions in English / Chinese to guide people how to use the TV box.

The hotel is within walking distance to Black Pork street and Dongmun Market. There is a supermarket (MARTRO) and a convenience store (7-11) nearby. Our room had a view of the ocean and we had a wonderful time sitting at the balcony enjoying the view and drinking tangerine makgeolli. For those who are driving, there is street parking available and the hotel has a basement carpark. The basement carpark has direct lift access to the hotel rooms and is sheltered from the wind.

Our receptionist was excellent and able to converse in English, Korean and Mandarin Chinese however this was not the case for most frontline staff. The basement carpark has limited spaces and whilst there is a car lift to the basement 2 level, it needs to be operated by one of the staff. The car may only be collected after 7am which may affect plans to go to Hallasan mountain early.

The location is fantastic. I had a room with the sea view. The waterfront is a great place for walks. it is near a pier dotted with numerous seafood restaurants. Very near the main shopping area (Chilsung shopping area, Jugang underground shopping and Dongmun traditional market) and the Black pork street. I would recommend using this hotel as base camp for the visit of Jeju. The restaurant in the hotel (Seoga & cook) and the cafe (Aslan cafe) are both quite good. Check-out staff was very helpful.

Check-in staff should have been more helpful and friendlier. Facilities are slightly old.

location very close to the Harbour and restaurants. Has coin operated laundry which is cheap 2000 won for washing and 3000 won for drying.

Bath towels are very worn out and had holes in it

Hotel is a comfortable size, with a balcony and good sea view. E Mart and Dongmun market are within walking distance, so are the convenience shops and the black pork alley. The hotel is cosy and beds are ok. There is a good cafe beside the hotel for morning take aways. Staff are helpful and friendly, value for money.

Heater is hard to regulate, it turns off by itself and sometimes gets too hot.

- Nice location with ocean view, no sand beach but nice walking road and sporty activity around on the square. - Good room service: very helpful and fast in action. English communication is good for basic conversation. - Very close to Taepdong shopping street and traditional Dongmun market - Big parking floor with helpful support staff, he always reserves some good places for big cars if you travel with long autos. Good connection to all other main roads to touristic points. - McDonald is in front if you need some supper when all other shops close in late evenings.

- No swimming pool in June, only in July and after.

The hotel location is great. Just 10mins walk to Dongmum market. 5 mins walk to Black Pork Street. A lot of restaurants and convenient stores just right in front or beside the hotel building.

Hotel should help guests to arrange taxi to airport especially for those who need to take early morning flight. The hotel reception just said no taxi driver because it’s too early even calling and asked us to settle by ourselves 😑

Coffee provided but not sugar nor milk/creamer. They are some who enjoy coffee with milk! Shower cap is not provided and ladies with long hair cannot live without it!

Great location near black pork street and Dongmun market. Car parking available (tight spaces but they help guide you in or will park for you). Friendly, helpful staff. Good shower.

Room a bit tired in places (couple of cupboard doors hinges broken, shower door didn't close fully and leaked a bit as a result). Very minor, but there's a light switch in a strange place directly behind your pillow which is easy to turn off or on accidently.
