The location is excellent! The room is clean.

Our room is on 5th floor, and we need to first go to 3rd floor by elevator, then go to another block via a small bridge, and then walk up to 5th, which is quite inconvenient indeed. We asked the hotel to help us book a taxi to the airport when leaving. He did help us do that. But actually there are many taxis going around. There should be no need for us to make booking which is at a much higher price. He should have told us about that.

The location is excellent, across the road from Dongmun Market and a short walk from the Black Pork restaurants street and shopping streets. One of the hotel staff, Park Cheyeon was very friendly and helpful. She speaks English well and helped make our stay in Jeju so much more pleasant. Renting a car is necessary if you want to explore the island. The hotel has its own parking area in the back which accommodates up to six cars.

There was only one pillow per bed. A second pillow would have been more comfortable.

The staff speaks English and was welcoming. The room was big, comfortable and the equipment was ok. The location near Dongmun market was ideal for street food and there are bus stations nearby.

The fridge was not cold and it is a pity the curtains don't block the light enough, especially with lighting ads from neighboring buildings.

Hotel with a very good location : near to the market, not far from the airport and a lot of buses are available in the street next to the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is nice, quiet. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The owners and staff are very friendly. I recommend this hotel

Location was perfect, opposite to Dongmun Market, less than 5 mins walk to Black Pork Street. Staff was nice and helpful. It was very value for money.

Room looked a bit old. Faucet and shower took long time for hot water sometimes.

This place has a very interesting thing: it's preserved in time, so you get a 70s/80s like Korean retro vibe. It's interesting because you can tell the owners are preserving it and it's good. It's very clean and the staff was helpful. There's a bathtub and there are big towels (a rare thing in Korea) and it's great. If you're more of a modern-type of rooms/hotels kind of person this is not your place. The location is very convenient considering the places you can go to from Jeju city.

Noise isolation doesn't work very well. If you're more of a modern-type of rooms/hotels kind of person this is not your place. Jeju city is ok, but I wouldn't stay there for long. There was no view really from our room and they REALLY need a ramp for people using wheelchairs and for suitcases with wheels/rollers.

The hotel is old but well maintained. The room was very clean and everything was working. Additionally I'd like to highlight the wifi that was secured. Many hotels use open wifo that is threat for your security. The location is great too. 2 mins wakling to the market and 10 to the sea (not beach). Considering the price that was the cheapest in the area I think the value is perfect

There was no toothpaste, but the woman at reception gave me after I asked. Also she told that many hotels refuse from single use items now. So thats not a real issue.

Macdonald, not cross the road turn right is black pork premium eating outlets bldg.airport take 10seats mpv taxi just 20,000won.outside hotel is bus stop. City tour bus stop there. Enjoy Night Markets and day markets

Nice view outside the window. Very friendly staff, always greet when I go in and out of the hotel. Very comfortable hotel. Very clean. The room automatically gets cleaned everyday and toiletries, coffee, tea and water gets refilled. When the light was not working in the bathroom, the staff immediately took action. Very near bus stop. Jeju Dongmun Market just across the hotel. Near Jungang Underground Shopping Center. Near aiport so I took taxi and it was not expensive.

Floor, I just didn't like the color. Freezer seemed not working as the ice cream I bought melted so I couldn't enjoy it. Only provided shampoo, no conditioner and no body wash.

Pretty basic, and no gym or pool or breakfast or anything but I knew that up front. This is simply a comfortable, simple place to stay while you go and explore Jeju. Good for transport links. Close to airport. Plenty of eating facilities around etc

Easier ports for charging items, but desk was very kind and lend adaptors to use.
