I had an excellent experience at Ocean Suites Jeju Island. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very clean, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The location is ideal, close to many points of interest and offering a beautiful ocean view, which can be enjoyed from the room or the common areas. Although the hotel is a bit older, it is very well maintained, giving it a classic charm while still being comfortable. The facilities are adequate, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort, a great location, and a peaceful stay in Jeju.

There are just a couple of things that could be improved. The rooms felt a bit dark, so some enhancements to the lighting would make the space feel even more welcoming. Also, it was a bit difficult to adjust the room temperature — one night it was quite warm, and I couldn’t figure out how to change it. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer instructions on how to use the temperature control system. Overall, I still really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Jeju Island.

The hotel is near the beach front and close to the airport. It was nice to walk/jog along the coast. In the evening, there were buskers performing. It is within walking distance to many seafood restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel is easy to locate for cab drivers. There is a bakery and convenience store on the 1st floor. For our group of three, the room came with a single bed, a king-sized bed, and a separate room with a futon bed. The room was huge and clean, and coffee/tea was provided. There were basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hotel staff were able to communicate in English. There was a water dispenser in the lobby too.

The beds were very hard. Floor mats were not provided, resulting in a wet and messy bathroom.

Had visited in Spring-Summer (End May Period). Our Room was the Ocean View Room and indeed we were greeted with the Ocean View the moment we stepped into our Hotel Room and it was right by the Sea so it makes perfect picture locations. The location was wonderful. It was walking distance (Estimated 10 to 15 mins) from the the Black Pork Street, Jeju Shopping Street and Dongmun Market which is considerably alright especially since parking at Dongmun Market may be abit tedious so the walk is really alright and saves the time needed to walk to the market. 10-15mins may seem alot but it is really not that far once you know your way around and it really helps to be in walking distance from these popular places. BHC Chicken was about 5 to 10 Mins walk from the Hotel and there is a convenience store GS25 just below the hotel which I believe is 24 Hour. During the May Period, it was nice to walk by the sea just infront of the hotel especially late at night when it gets cold. The room was exactly as per pictures and was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Suites. Parking is abit narrow but generally most places in Jeju, the roads and parking are narrow so it was generally okay and very convenient to drive in and out of the Hotel. I believe we went during off-peak season in Jeju hence there were alot of parking lots in the hotel (3 levels). Location of the hotel is also quite near to the Airport and the Rent-a-car collection/return location - About 15 mins Drive? We would definitely come back here to stay in Ocean Suites. Please do remember to bring your own toothbrush as they do not provide Toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver. They will provide everyday 2 bottles of free water which really helps us.

The lighting is abit bad in the room at night. During the day time, it was not noticeable as we were greeted with the sun coming from the Ocean View but when night falls, we had only 1 lamp illuminating our room so it can get a bit straining on your eyes if you are planning to read or whatsoever. If you switched off the Lamp, the whole room would be in darkness besides the light coming from the doorway and toilet. So it would be really nice if the room had more lights.

I chose this property because it's the pick-up point for both my South + West Jeju tour and East Jeju tour. As the tour starts around 8 AM, it was easy to head down to the hotel and be picked up on time, especially since Jeju Island only has buses and taxis for transportation (if not renting a car). The hotel also has a local bakery and the GS25 convenience store within the lobby area. It is also a 10-15 minute walking distance to the Jeju Dongmun Market and lastly, it is only a 15 minute taxi ride to and from the airport, so you won't need to worry about expensive taxi fares (mine cost less than KRW 10,000).

Just the minor stuff - I could not find the remote control for the air conditioner in the room, and the wooden door covering the fridge was also hanging loose. Nevertheless, my stay went well.

We loved the location. Luxurious feel and wonderful staff. We had a beautiful, sweeping ocean view from our room We opted to buy the breakfast and it was lovely with Western and Korean options, fresh Jeju orange juice and a great ocean view Good AC in the room once we figured out the remote which was critical after a long day of sightseeing in humid climate

We loved everything about Ocean Suites, except for the bed firmness, which we felt were too firm/ hard.

When you enter the hotel reception it has that old school charm, everything a bit dated like from 70s, 80s. The room we got was great, modern, renovated, plenty space for luggage and moving around. If you want to go to excursions this is the pick up point as they start at 8,9 am it’s very convenient. Not to far from the street food market and center overall, 10min walking distance. Quiet at night and comfortable bed for sleeping, very clean as well.

This hotel provided complementary parking along with nice views of the ocean. It is in a quiet area of Jeju City but short walking distances from the night markets and several other shopping areas and restaurant. The hotel also has a gym but it is part of the hallway but has a nice ocean view while working out. There is also a convenient store and a cafe in the lobby floor of the hotel.

The building definitely felt a little old and my room felt the same way.

My sister in law recommended this hotel. Good recommendation. Hotel is right by the coast. Good to take nice long walk along the padded walkway just in front of hotel. Walking distance to the Black Pork Street, Chilsengro walking street, Dongmun Market. Room was big facing ocean, everything we need is there.

A little jaded, suggest some upgrading to match the stunning location.
