The rooms are spacious and very clean. Great facilities such as indoor pool and gym. Personnel is kind and helpful.

It was not clear that the water was complimentary so I bought too much water and did not use all the bottles that they kept leaving in my room.

Good location, near to the airport, and you can have an idea why Jeju airport is the busiest airport in the world. Jeju is a big island, so to stroll around it's better to rent a car. Also near to the Dongmun market and the underground mall. By the way, Dongmun was for me the best local Korean market we have been it. The hotel have great facilities, and options for breakfast in a bakery shop located inside. Great ocean view from the room.

Cleaning needs to improve.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The gym facilities were outstanding, offering a wide range of machines and equipment to cater to all fitness levels. The views of the ocean from both the room and the restaurant were simply breathtaking, adding an extra layer of luxury to my stay. Additionally, I was impressed by the size and elegance of the lobby, which provided a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I did notice a minor issue with the sink in the washroom getting stuck. Additionally, some of the appliances in the room seemed a bit dated for a five-star hotel. A renovation could further elevate the luxury experience. Nevertheless, the excellent service and attention to detail made my stay enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing the improvements in the future!

I absolutely love the design of the hotel, in the style of a luxury cruise ship. It gives the hotel a unique character and makes for a refreshing change from the generic design of many other hotels. We had an extremely warm and personalized welcome from Joe, the guest relations manager who spoke excellent English and helped us out several times with various requests during our stay. The family room was very nice, and our kids really appreciated the bedroom that was specially designed with kids in mind. The sea views were wonderful, and on a couple of mornings from our balcony we enjoyed the sight of the famous women divers starting out their days' work. Despite what some reviewers have said, that the hotel is located "out of the way", we actually found the location to be very good. A pleasant 5-10 walk along the boulevard takes you to an area with lots of cafes and restaurants, and Black Pork Street is also nearby where you can sample the famous Jeju black pork. Around 15-20 minutes walk takes you further into Jeju city with the markets and other restaurants and stores. The hotel is also less than 10 minutes drive from the airport so it's a very convenient place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. For sure, there are locations on other sides of the island that are more touristy and have more attractions nearby, but if you rent a car you're always within an hour or so from any corner of the island.

One of the reasons we booked the hotel is because it has an indoor swimming pool and my young kids were very keen to go swimming. However the pool was set up only for "serious" lane swimming which my children found off-putting and they didn't want to use the pool. So bear this in mind if you have young children who like to go to pools just to splash around and have fun.

Room size was very good, bathroom was big and well equipped. Shower was very big and comfortable, toilet had a separate space. Sport and spa center was great. The hotel's interiors are great, resembling cruise ships. We had a room at the last floor (9th), we liked it very much. We had 2x coffee and 2x tea refilled every day. We had a parking spot in the underground levels, included.

If I have to find a small thing I would improve, that's the power outlets. I would have preferred a couple more accessible power plugs near to the bed. You had to move the night table to access to it. Other than that, I really can't think of anything.

Very nice room- pretty view and comfortable. Staff was kind in regard to my limited Korean. Night view was interesting with the lights of all the fishing boats.

Small thing... Having been very sick once from bad shellfish, I am very careful. They may be ok when they are still closed, but you don't know until you get them open, which requires additional tools that were not provided with my room service pasta meal. About half the clams were tightly closed, so I just set them aside. The pasta and sauce were delicious, so I thought this was a minor concern and not worth complaining about at the time. It

I felt like the hotel was almost an all-inclusive resort! The breakfast was awesome every morning with delicious and fresh meals including the Asian and Western foods. I thought they were serving dinner in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I booked this hotel through the booking.com. I purchased breakfast for all of my family members but the receipt did not indicate it. As I told the staff about the issue, the hotel clarified friendly!!!

The korean room overlooking the oceanfront was everything that we wished for; the room had quaint korean style decor, furniture and comfortable futon beds. The bathroom was spacious, and the balcony had a little garden with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel is located near the city center and airport but away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. It has a good breakfast spread, courteous and helpful staff and a very spacious parking lot for visitors with rental cars. Highly recommended for anyone looking for local culture experience along with all modern amenities.

Great location fun interior design (felt like a ship) great staff and very convenient store attached to the hotel! The computer in the room is also extremely convenient!

Came into our room and found a used bandage on the side table. Also our mini bar did not have all the items listed on the menu available. Further, the wait for food in the lounge was rather long. Honestly (except for the bandage that was fairly disappointing) these would not be big issues but the hotel is listed as five stars. For five stars you must provide service at a high level and I’m not sure I got that at the Ramada perhaps closer to 4 stars.

a bit old - some stains on the walls. breakfast a bit expensive. need to warn you - expect many insects around: they come from the street, and many thanks to the hotel for providing repellents - they were really useful: apart from mosquitos, two huge flying cockroaches visited us before we went to bed. but this can happen anywhere with such climate
