1. The location of the hotel is perfect. 2. Friendliness & responsiveness of the host 3. Complete kitchenette that have all the necessary, ie toaster, microwave oven, induction cooker, cooking utensils, cutlery..etc 5. Washer & dryer (however we need to pay for usage) 6. Simple breakfast, i mean literally simple -> 2 types of cereals, 2 types of juices + bread & butter/jam and ready to drink coffee & tea 7. Moveable table which is free to use in the room. Handy when travelling with kids where we need to place water, milk powder..etc 8. Internet TV that have Netflix, Youtube...etc

1. The window is useless and has no view. 2. The aircond of the room really need to service immediately. Full of thick dust which has affected the airflow. We have to open the window the whole night for chill air flow into the room (luckily it was cold season). 3. The shower hot water is not stable. 4. The stairs to the hotel! You need to climb few steps of stairs before reaching to elevator!

The location was in the thick of Myeongdong. 5 mins from the station. They have a small communal kitchen connected to the entry foyer. Free cereal toast and other things, all day. And also a washer dryer.., free to use, but you pay for detergent (1000w when we visited) The room was a bit on the small side for 3 people but really for the purposes of our visit, it was absolutely fine. We loved the little traditional breakout room next to our room & the opportunity to talk to other travellers over a cup of coffee, not really what you find in big hotel chains. Owner was lovely and polite, but only around in the mornings. Was surprisingly quiet! We enjoyed our stay and would return here.

Love the location right in the middle of the market and shops, good for shopping spree trips.There is no physical reception its all online. The only difficulty we had was the going up and down with luggages the lift stops 1 floor so you have to carry your luggages down.but all in all it was a good stay.

I can hear the noise from outside but its due to the location of the hostel. Taxi or car hires cant go inside the inner street for pick up and drop off you have to walk few meters to reach the hostel so be prepare to handle your luggages.

Excellent location right at the food street. 5min walk to airport limousine Self check in n out Delicious breakfast replenished - toast, butter,jam, coffee, tea, cereal, milk, juice. Light cooking also available Washer n snacks available for purchase too Towels changed daily

One flight of steps up to the lift n one flight down to hostel. But it's a small flight. Not a major issue considering the many plus points artravel offers

Great location in the heart of Myeongdong, yet in one of the side lanes so the noise level was acceptable. Room was cosy and comfortable for one guest, but may be too small for 2 or more guests. The toiletries provided were good, especially the shampoo and conditioner.

Room could be better cleaned, as there was dust in some spots. The design of the building was such that the property was on a half-floor, hence a bit challenging to carry luggage up or down. Other than that, accessibility was still fine on other days.

Location itself. Ambiance of our room, doesn’t have unusual scent like old smells. Even the room is small it looks good and new. Operator or front desk even the other staff are very friendly and responsive.

Need to take few steps before reaching the elevator but if the staff are available they are very helpful. Some linens have stained but i didn’t have any skin allergy reaction so its only a stain not a totally dirt.

Great location! Nearby many restaurants, shops, line 2 and 4 of metro, shopping mall, Minisoo etc. Fast contact via booking with owners. Small but nice common area/hall with shared kitchen and some armchairs. Cute interior design. Nice add-on - bath room with big bath. Room small but with everything needed (even slippers for room and for bathroom). Comfortable beds and space under beds to put luggage there. Good cosmetics in the bathroom.

Due to location it was quite noisy from outside, even with closed windows (music from shops from 9am till 11pm). Also it was not soundproof from inside noises, like people sitting in common area. Even though I chose a room with window - the window faced a wall (like 10cm to next building). Quite poor ventilation so it was quite wet in the room as well as in the hall. Every 2 days there was someone coming in to change towels and check common space but they could also throw out rubbish, especially that you shouldn't put anything in the toilet (toilet paper also).

Litterally in the centre of myeongdong so very close to everything. Furthermore, it had everything you needed; also small living area where you could have a free breakfast which is nice

Walls are a bit thin, I heard my neighbors coming back home, but I stayed in a hostel before this and therefore had earplugs with me so it was fine

Great location within the heart of Myeongdong shopping district. There are Korean food stalls right opposite the property. Fresh towels provided daily.

Instructions weren’t very clear so need to enquire with staff through chat. Drainage is quite slow so the shower floor will flood even when just having a quick wash.
