The Club lounge was lovely and other facilities were good too. However the location of the property is exceptionally good, a lot of great places are within walking distance and there's good public transportation options near the hotel too. The overall design of the hotel, the artworks is really good and the full height window in the toilet is great.

Not having a direct lift between the hotel guest floors and the ground floor was inconvenient.

Everything! The rooms are very clean, linens and towels are clean. The breakfast buffet spread has a wide variety of options. Excellent customer service. They even informed us when my daughter left her hat at the taxi. They also prepared us a packed breakfast on our last day since we had to check-out quite early. Excellent location.

The location of Le Méridien Seoul Myeongdong is amazing if you are wanting to stay in the Myeongdong district (it is literally situated at the end of the Myeongdong Street). You just need to step outside of the hotel and are within metres of hundreds of shops and restaurants. Easy access to the subway too if you want to venture further out. We definitely recommend booking your room with the Club Lounge inclusion as that allows you access to their breakfast buffet (6:30am to 10am), all day snacks + tea/coffee, evening Hors d'oeuvres (which is more like a dinner buffet) (6pm to 8pm) and (the best thing ever) bottomless / help yourself alcohol bar that is stocked up premium wines, soju and other hard liquors (6pm to 9pm). Our flight out of Seoul wasn't til late the day we checked out and as we had access to the Club Lounge, we were able to stay there and kill a few hours which was great. Staff were super helpful, friendly and attentive.

The location is perfect, the room is big and perfect for 3 paxs. Room is clean, bathroom is huge, hotel staff are very accommodating.

Breakfast has limited choice, for 5 days they offer bacon, sausage, hash brown, salad, beef or fish or chicken, hard and soft boiled egg, bakery products but all are tasty. TV program/channels are all korean shows, i have no problem watching korean shows but there is no english translation. The good thing is i can connect my netflix, atleast my mom can watch something while she stays in the room resting after our tour.

Excellent staff, very helpful, friendly and go the extra miles if needed. My son forgot his phone in the taxi, Liza contacted the Association of taxi driver for us to locate the driver who handed over the phone to the Central police station Seoul. She also contacted the central police station who were waiting for us to pick up the phone with a warm welcome. Amazing! Location is excellent near main shopping street and access to main sites walking.

Limited choice of bfast in the club lounge.

The rooms were really spacious for a city. The location was incredible, in the heart of Myeongdong. There were extra things that made the stay brilliant: the swimming pool was great for the kids to cool down after shopping, free Haagen Daz by the reception area, and if you are really stuck with no clean clothes, you can ask to use the laundry room at the adjacent Moxy. Wendy was really welcoming and helpful and the concierge team were great for organising our taxis. Overall, a great stay and I will come again when I travel to Seoul.

The 2 lifts system to get in and out. Hotel reception is 4th floor but to get taxis is B1. Then street level is B1 then up an escalator. Bit of a faff.

The hotel is located in a very busy area of Seoul, but it's peaceful and quiet. The room was unexpectedly big with a large bathroom, I enjoyed it. It was really the comfort you'd expect from such hotel. The breakfast was exceptionally good and I mean it - there were so many different top quality food choices that I could eat something new every morning of my 5 night stay. I loved it, would definitely stay again.

It took a while to find the hotel in the large building. But once you understand the elevator system, it's ok. And maybe the dining room was a bit too cold for my liking.

I like how the hotel was located right smack in the middle of Myeongdong shopping street. it was perfect. it was convenient to reach out for necessities, food, drinks etc. As we were travelling around in Korea for the next 17 days, the hotel staff was kind enough to let me have the free self laundry access in their sister hotel, Moxy on their 5th floor throughout my 5 days stay. I will definitely choose this hotel in Myeongdong for my next trip.

Except for the flat pillows and the limited number of pillows each room could have. Otherwise, service was excellent.

Location is excellent. Easy to subway.

The king bed is standard king side unlike most hotel would provide super king size . therefore it is small for shared bed . The room facility is basic although I stayed at club premium room. The size of the room is big but the bathroom is oversized thus making the bedroom area become small. The club floor food is the same for 7 days I stayed. Breakfast and evening cocktails food is same thus one gets tired of same food after 3 days.

Service from the front desk staff in particular Erin Kim. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met especially coming in early from an overnight flight and for us to have a good rest before we started our day. Location of hotel is fantastic and housekeeping standards were great as well. Free coffee and ice cream for bonvoy members was a nice touch.
