Location is exceptional, so near the Myeongdong night market and underground shopping and station. Staff are very helpful

They don’t clean the room and change bedsheets, we were there for 5days bedsheets weren’t changed. Also no bidet in the toilet.

The location was fantastic. It was right at the start of one of the Night Market main streets. The room was relatively large with a big bathroom. The hotel shares space with another hotel. Some parts were being renovated so there was some construction noise and long waits for crowded elevators, no telephone in the room to call for assistance, no amenities, cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet due to old plumbing in the area, deep bathtub entry/exit was difficult and the shower curtain placement created pooled water, no hand bars for support or safety. Room was alternately hot then cold, then hot. Toilet paper was not replaced daily. Coffee cups not replaced daily.

Clean and nice, heating works in winter. European sockets. Comfy beds, soft towels. Good city view. Welcoming drink included :)

FYI, if you have a lot of luggage, take a taxi from the airport or at least central station. The underground only has stairs.

This hotel is the perfect hotel for tourists travelling to Seoul for the first time. Room and bathroom are spacious. Aircon is working well. Temperature is just nice for me. Beds are comfortable. We had a twin room and a triple room. The hotel has kindly helped usto have them on the same floor. The triple room is big enough for 4 adults because besides 2 twin beds, the double bed is like a queen-sized bed. There is no hotel lobby and it is kind of weird the reception is like an office on the 17th floor but the staff is very friendly and helpful. They replaced a faulty kettle without fuss. My mum accidentally broke a cup. We wanted to pay for it but they said it was ok and replaced it straightaway. The hotel is within a few steps from Myeongdong Station exit 7 which has an escalator, a great plus for travellers who are elderly or have mobility issues. There are street food just outside the hotel and paedestrian's shopping streets all around the hotel. 12-storey Daiso diagonally acorss the street. It is even close to an English-sepaking church (just across the street near exit 3) where we attended the Sunday service! Location is also very close to pick up points for day tours. Will definitely book this hotel again if I ever visit Seoul again.

check in located at 17th floor as informed by the hotel manager. No TV in the room as stated earlier and room cleaning once every 2 days. you can get additional toiletries from the front desk and they will provide. this is how they keep the price competitive for a hotel in the heart of Myeongdong. We love the location right next to Subway and our stay is very pleasant. A 24 hours restaurants right opposite the street facing NamSan.

I am not sure why others review for this hotel is poor. Our stay was enjoyable and good housekeeping. We experience friendly host, accessible to city area and great view. There a bar table, freezer and plenty of plug in the room.

Room heater is not powerful enough. Room temperature average to 18 degree celsius with heater on during winter. No TV. Not a big deal because we dont understand the TV language

The location is fantastic. Myeongdong mrt station and Myeongdong street are just next to hotel. Room is spacious. 4 of us staying in a room wt 2 queen size beds. We still havd enough space moving around. Heater is provided during winter. It is warm enough.

The hotel operation is abit complicated. It is same building as another hotel group. Its front desk is at lvl 17, a small room instead of hotel lobby. Anyway, it is not a big concern. Room size (I notice it is bigger than room managed by another hotel group, maybe due to furnitures are more ergonomic) and cleanliness are more important.

super convenient, use exit 7 for elevator. room is spacious enough for 2 luggage compared to many hotels in seoul, can open luggage fully. Will consider to stay again if come seoul

slight confusion on the lift to take to get to check in counter. they did put banner to explain the difference between Migliore & Mohenic hotel. heater only switch on upon request, bathroom is super cold, need layer myself in order to sleep. slight noise fr traffic below.

The hotel is at the heart of action in Myeongdong! Literally just outside of Myeongdong Station Exit 6 (where the underground shopping is located) and the night market and Myeongdong street welcome you as you step out of the hotel. Our room was spacious for a family of four. Two queen size beds, had a breakfast bar with the view of Namsan tower and coffee/water replenished everyday. Nancy was so kind to let us check in earlier than 3pm because we were really tired after 24hrs flight time/layover. If we come back to Seoul, we would definitely stay here again! The property room was quite dated and no formal front desk but we’re not fussed with this. The room was quite warm and stuffy on Day 1 (centralised cooling) but was fixed the next day after I brought it to their attention.

Location, location and location. It is close to Myeongdong shopping street within a minute walk. Travelling to other suburbs are easy either by bus or train. The host is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. I can fit 3 luggage in the room and still has room to move around. View to the city is great and close to restaurant and shopping centres.

No unfavorable comments I can see.
