Great and strategic location, within walking distance to Myeongdong Street

Best location and not hard on the budget. The airport limo stop Bus No. 6015 from Incheon to Ibis is infront of the hotel which makes it very convenient for us. The convenience stores are a few steps away from the hotel. The Myeongdong street food stores, clothing, skin care, shoe stores etc are on the street next to the hotel. Across from it is the Lotte Dept Store, Lotte Young Store and few blocks away is the Shinshigae Dept Store. The nearest subway station is less than 5 mins away. The bus stop is also just a few steps away from the hotel. Even Namdaemun market was walking distance from the hotel. It saves you also money for transportation as there are a lot of places to go to near the hotel. Staff are helpful and fluent in English.

The breakfast buffet choices were repetitious.

It was clean there was a airport bus stop right outside, 2 minutes away from a shopping street that had amazing street food

The bed was so hard it took forever to fall asleep

Location was great after locating it as the hotel was obscured with the entrance facing a side street.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location - its just there at Myeongdong shopping streets + airport bus that's just a few steps away so save $ without having to book for private car nor the hassle of lugging heavy luggages around train stations

The location is outstanding. I've tried four different hotels in the area and this one is the best. Metro stations are nearby to take you anywhere around Seoul. You can walk out of the hotel and into the heart of Myeongdong with its vibrant night life, street food, shopping, and entertainment. With all the fantastic street food don't miss the Michelin soup shop named Myeongdong Kyoja for lunch, and an evening on "chicken street" enjoying Korean fried chicken and beer / soju from any one of 7-8 locations side-by-side. Staff was fantastic, rooms quiet and clean, and breakfast had a number of lovely options with the dining room on the 19th floor overlooking Seoul and the Tower. We loved staying here.

The only complaints I have is that our door was very difficult to open. We had to push and pull and push a couple of times to get in the room. And the bathroom is very small. You almost fall into the shower when walking into the bathroom.

The Ibis Ambassador Myeongdong in Seoul is a fantastic choice for staying in the Myeongdong area for shopping and a good base for exploring Seoul in general. Alongside the major department stores and shops immediately outside the hotel there are also a wide selection of restaurants just round the corner from the hotel. And the Myeongdong night Market is very close by also. For Travelling around Soeul the Uiluro 1 metro station is very close to the Hotel. The Breakfast buffet of the Hotel is very good if needed, and so are the rooms, given the location of the hotel it's very quiet and peaceful at night if you have a room on the higher floors, and if you stay in a queen sized room it's very sizable. The hotel staff are very warm and approachable if you have any queries. Thank you very much, It was a wonderful stay, and I would very much like to recommend this hotel for staying in Myeongdong and indeed staying in Seoul. Great location, nice spacious room, nice view

- the location was excellent. - the ease to getting the buses and trains were excellent - staff was super friendly and were very knowledgeable in helping us with our queries. - cleaning staff were great and cleaned the room very well and also were very helpful - taking the Airport bus 6015 was very convenient. 100% should be the way for ppl to get to this hotel. In short, we would definitely stay here again for sure. Staff being super friendly and helpful was really super positive experience.

Location is superb. It's right beside the Airport Limousine 6015 bus stop and besides the buzzling street between Lotte Mall and Myeongdong Shopping District. Room has one international socket while the rest are local sockets. The toilet seat has a warmer which is great for cold weather. There's one mini chiller for drinks and banana milk. One new bottle of drinking water per person per day whether you have drunk it or not.

The pillow is a bit too flat and not firm. The reception is on the highest floor of the hotel so it's not so intuitive to check out with luggage and exit the building as compared to other hotels. The main entrance looks very similar to the entrance of another apartment except for the bright IBIS sign.
