I got the Corner Twin Room, which was spacious compared to the rest of the rooms at Sotetsu. It was right on Myeongdong Walking Street and was quite. The room layout, as a corner room made it feel more spacious by the way. There were some places to hide luggage and the corner windows also helped with the spaciousness. They really designed the rooms in a smart way to help increase the space.

More hangers would have been great - also the control pad for the room lights was very sensitive to control. But this is a small complaint. All was really good.

The hotel was in a spectacular location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

The tub/shower was very very high and difficult to step into. The knobs to operate the shower were difficult and resulted in a few times getting hit with extremely hot water. The breakfast vouchers were for off property. That was a pain.

no tea and coffee in the room, need to go to reception, but only two elevators always occupied. room is pretty small, but it's everywhere in Seoul.

First off, I really like the location, it is strategically located in Myeongdong, near convenience stores shopping and night market. Really close to Euljiro station and other bus stops. Very accessible to points of interest for our stay. The room is good. The bed is comfortable. Complete facilities and the universal plug is a bonus. Bathroom is great but alittle cramped. The lobby is spacious and lounge is clean and appealing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The heater is working properly

The room is a little small especially if you have big pieces of luggage. The bathroom is a little small too. The water heater in the shower is tricky to use since sometimes is becomes hot even if you tilted it to cold.

Customer service Well we don't have enough words to describe amazing service, amazing staff starting with the hotel manager who gives personal service to customers The manager comes out of the room taking care of the customers and asks if he can be of help And that is definitely unusual The cleaning staff is amazing. The hotel rooms and common areas are sparkling clean Each day a selection of face and body creams were provided, a toothbrush and even a bath sponge 3. The breakfasts Well, the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is an arrangement if a selection of high-quality and restaurants and cafes are located a few minutes from the hotel You receive a coupon that can be used at any time of the day And that is a big advantage We stayed 8 nights and checked all the places and below are our impressions patisserie with a selection of the highest quality French pastries. a special Koran toast restaurant and it is very special and it was nice to taste it And of course the Koran restaurants which turned out to be a real treasure We chose to eat our dinners here Indeed, it turns out that it was an excellent choice, the food is excellent, fresh and special Finally, five times out of eight days we chose the Koran restaurants And in conclusion we are so happy that we chose this hotel And we really found our home in the city of Seoul We will return to the hotel again and we will gladly do so Thank you very much to the hotel staff for a pleasant, comfortable stay and an unforgettable time There is a very high level

The hotel is literally in the Myeongdong shopping street. Near to everything. Subway, bus stop, convenience store, fast food chain, restaurant, pharmacy and more. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Facilities are exceptional. Unlimited free brewed coffee everyday. A lot of free amenities for their guests, from hair brush, bath salt, water bottles, skin care, night wear and utensils. They also have a microwave that can be use by the guests. Rooms are very clean and smells really nice as well.

The room is a bit small but it’s way better to other 3 star hotels.

Staff were very welcoming. Checking in was easy. We had a twin room and for right in the middle of Myeongdong it was a great size. Had to live out of a suitcase as there is no where to store clothes but that was not an issue. So unbelievably central in Myeongdong, everything is right on your doorstep but not noisy at all. Easy accessible from the airport via bus or train. Hotel and room spotless. Check out easy. Press a button in your room and leave your key there.

Nothing

The location is great, just few minutes walking distance from the bus stops and metro line. It is exaclty on one of the busiest pedestrian streets where every night there is food market. Most of the main attractions (N tower, palaces) are on walking distance and there are plenty of shops nearby. In the hotel there is money exchange machine with options exchange or withdrawal. Also coffe machine and city maps, weight scale, laundry room, etc. The room and the bathroom were very clean - the towers are changed daily and during our stay (4 days only) the clenaing ladies even hoovered the room. All the staff is very friendy and helpful.

I expected the room bigger. On the opposite, the bathroom was huge and very comfortable and clean. The frige is tiny (only space for few bottles of water). Sometimes there was noise and smell from the street food market but on the other hand there was very convenient AC so if the window is closed there is no problem.

Had a good and pleasant stay here. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with tidy rooms and a convenient smart TV with apps available. The location is excellent, right in the center of Myeong-dong, though it can be a bit tricky to find at first. Despite being along a busy street, there was no noise disturbance thanks to the high floors. It is on the pricier side, but very convenient since it’s close to Myeongdong Station, where many day tours depart. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay in Seoul.

A bit expensive

It's a great location, just on the street of Myeong-dong night market. If I have to say, I will prefer it's a little away from such close/busy locaiton, 1min walk to the main street will be best. But I shouldn't have complained about the location, it's great. The staff is very friendly. They helped us order a taxi to the airport early in the morning (4:55 a.m.).

For people traveling with a small kid, it's not that friendly; many things are on the ground or accessible for 1 year one-year-old, including a fire extinguisher, outlets.
