Overall, the hotel is excellent! From staff to location all excellent! The hotel is in the middle of myeongdong and beside Olive Young. I think the hotel is new and have a homey atmosphere. We stayed in the family room. The beds and pillows are comfortable, toiletries provided, there is even a water dispenser in the room! The room size is a bit small but it did not really affect us. Would be nicer if there is at least 1 chair in the room. The staff were also nice and helpful and the part time receptionist are Kpop handsome! The owner is also very accommodating and helpful. There is also a long table in front of the reception where you can enjoy coffee, tea, juice amenities all day long. You can grab a take away food and ramen to eat there. They make up the room everyday and provide you with fresh towels daily which I really like. You can also have your laundry done by them at an affordable prize. They can also make a booking for your taxi. Thank you very much for our wonderful stay.

The facilities were great it was nice to have a coffee/tea station and common area, the room was super clean and had good facilities/amenities, the bed was comfortable, staff were really friendly and helpful if I had any questions or requests for recommendations, luggage storage was possible for early arrival, water filter for hot and cold water available in each room which was great, location was perfect

Was a little confused about how to work the heating but the room was small so was okay

I recently spent four days in Seoul and stayed at this hotel, and from start to finish, everything was exceptional. The staff, particularly the gentleman who worked weekday mornings, went above and beyond to assist me, guiding me on how to navigate the city and use local transportation. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location was also fantastic—convenient and central. Overall, I would rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We loved it here! Super clean and modern rooms with great in room amenities such as water machines, fridge, microwave, fancy toiletries. The location can't be beat and the hospitality of the front desk staff is unmatched. Rooms are a little tight on space but we were fine with four pieces of luggage. Huge windows with an awesome view of Myeongdong. We felt so welcomed here; I was traveling with my 70 year old mom and 8 year old daughter and felt it was very family friendly for all of us. Thank you!

The staff were excellent and friendly, making sure that our requests were responded to. The location was at the centre and going around Seoul was very easy. I will come back and stay there again.

The airconditioning facilities didn't work as we were advised that the central cooling system has been turned off. Unfortunately, that week, it was warm in Seoul and we needed the A/C. John made sure that our request was acknowledged and responded to.

Everything was very clean and comfortable and the staff very nice and helpful. The shower has space to store your belongings, the glass that separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom is very much appreciated. The free coffee and tea from the reception and the water refiller are also really nice. The location is also nice for first time travelers. I enjoyed it so much that I booked it for my return too.

I had a triple room for a single person and the size of the room was just enough for me, I think it would feel a bit crowded with three people. There was a hanger only for one towel ideal for the hands but not ideal for a shower towel.

Safe, clean and very convenient! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is where we exactly want it as it is so close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and others. I want to gate-keep this hotel but it deserves to be recognised by others. We will truly stay here next time! 🩷

There should be a chair inside just for us to sit while we get ready.

The Hotel looks pretty new und with higher quality standart than expected. It's perfect located in the middle of Myeongdong. Especially when you book a DMZ Tour or similar, you don't have to walk long to the Meetingpoint.

It's a little bit hidden, but that's not really a problem. The Room's ar quite small, but this is actually normal in Korean Hotels.

Room is bit small. If I did not bring my child , it would be fine. But kids need bit of space i think. Regardless, my daughter loved hotel It could be little bit noisy depends on time of a day.
