It’s located close to the subway and airport bus stop (5 min) walk and there’s a lift available at exit 5 & 6 of the subway which is also the exits nearest to the hotel. Most path to the hotel lobby is quite flat and there’s a path at side of hotel for moving your luggages to hotel lobby. There’s no need to bring too much clothings if you are planning to wash the laundry during your stay. There’s 2 coin operated washing machines and dryers at the sister hotel (skypark2) basement 2. There are a few money changers just in front of the hotel, you can see the rate from the display without having to ask.

There is only disposable cups with no teaspoon provided for the room and there is a need to go to front desk to request for 1 if u need. The room has limited outside view as shown in the photo. During winter time, the room only serves with heater and can only cool the room temperature by opening a small window hidden by the curtains to let the heat out if too warm. Only figure that out on my last day. 😓

1) Property is strategically-located in Myeondong. 30-second walk to the central busy shopping street. 2) Strategic because not in the middle so its still quiet and peaceful but very very very convenient if you want to go shopping and dining. 3) Not to mention it is a one-minute walk from and to the airport limousine bus stop, city bus stop, and taxi waiting areas.

1) Family rooms for a family of four do not have any view since there is barely a window. They’re the bigger/biggest rooms but are placed at the back of the hotel at any floor. 2) Would’ve wanted to transfer to a three-bed room since they’re placed in the front with a great view but occupancy per room is strictly followed 3) Room color and wallpaper look old and dated. 4) Was dizzy every time I bathed as the bathtub and shower area all-in-one “floats” and moves.

Easy walk to the night market. Convenient since lots of stores, restaurants, money changer, etc in the area. Clean facility.

Aircon was too hot (stayed in December). No way to adjust aircon. We had to leave the windows open for the room to get a bit cold.. Not accommodating if there is a special event the people are celebrating (anniversary and first time in korea). When we asked about the bfast buffet the day before, a staff told us to just walk in and we will be accommodated. We went the next morning to the buffet and the staff in the buffet area asked us for a ticket/coupon. We had to go back to the lobby. They also didn’t tell us that the discounted price only applies if we book in advance.

The room size was excellent for a family of 4. The location was amazing- literally around the corner from what I think is the flagship Olive Young and the main strip of stores. It turns into a food market in the evening. Great selection of restaurants, close to Lotte and Shinsegae and easy to hop onto a train. Water refill station was on the same floor, and washing machines were available at the hotel next door. Staff helped with restaurant recommendations and booked our transport to the airport on our departure. 7 Eleven next door was very convenient, my kids loved popping into grab snacks and dessert.

Hard mattress and the room looked a little dated. Cigarette smell from the smoking room down the hallway on level 5. But these were easy to overlook as the hotel is in a great location and the staff are so helpful.

Location of this hotel is perfect to our girls trip. Street food and skin care craze!! We arrived around after mid night, we had a stroll around the area looking for food, but we ended up with getting foods from 7/11 convenience store just outside the hotel. Hotel was clean. Two train stations we mostly used is within 5-8mins walk it could be a 30mins walk too if u stop by the shops 🤭

Microwave and laundry is available only at the Skypark II hotel in the next building which I think is a hassle to walk with everything out and had to walk back to the next building just to do laundry and use the microwave.

I have been staying here on June 2024 and its really nice here so when I travel to Seoul again on December 2024 I decided to stay here again since its really nice location which is near to the Myeongdong night market and also near to the place that I can shopping lot of brand near Myeongdong, thus i can bring all the item straight to the hotel. The staff here also very friendly and for this time, since I from Malaysia, I have been greeted by Alex which is an Indonesian so he can speak malay and very helpful with every question that i ask. Overall I really love staying here. But last time I came in June there is still a cafe beside the hotel but this time the cafe is no longer there.

Our trip to Myeongdong was a memorable one. The vibrant streets were filled with incredible street food stalls offering a variety of local delights that we couldn't get enough of. From the famous tteokbokki and hotteok to fresh seafood and unique snacks, the street food experience was a major highlight for our family. We also enjoyed exploring local restaurants, which gave us a deeper appreciation of the rich Korean cuisine. Myeongdong itself is a shopper’s paradise, with countless stores offering everything from trendy fashion to Korean beauty products. We found something for everyone in the family, and the convenience of having everything within walking distance made it even better. Overall, our stay was comfortable, but it could have been even more enjoyable with more competitive pricing for the breakfast and nightly rates. However, the fantastic location and the rich cultural experience Myeongdong offered through its food and shopping made this trip very special for us.

The main issue I had was with the breakfast, which I found to be quite costly for what was offered. I believe the hotel should consider revising the price for the breakfast add-on to make it more reasonable. Additionally, the nightly rate was on the higher side. While the hotel provides good amenities, I feel that offering a more competitive nightly rate would make it a more attractive option for future stays.

Very Central and convenient location.

Staff was polite but not very helpful. They are also not so flexible and accommodating to early check in and late check out request - even for just 30 mins difference. Also helping to call a taxi to Seoul Station - they said cannot help with calling reasonable priced local taxi. They can only call expensive international taxi.

Clean, comfortable, great location, there is plenty of food choices right outside the hotel and a variety of shopping all within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and will assist you with anything to make your trip enjoyable. There is also plenty of public transportation close by, we came and it rained 2 days during the trip and the hotel provided us with umbrellas which was great.

After reading the details about the property I knew what to expect and can honestly say they meet and exceeded my expectations.

Best location in Seoul, right at the beginning of the Myeongdong shopping street. Despite the central location, our room was very quiet, we couldn’t hear any street noises! :) The staff is very polite and helpful. Cleaning everyday. We could do our laundry as well in the sister hotel right next to ours which we appreciated a lot. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was a little poor for our European taste and the room was a bit outdated.
