Nothing much but walls are very thin and not sound proof which can be inconvenient sometimes

It’s located close to the subway and airport bus stop (5 min) walk and there’s a lift available at exit 5 & 6 of the subway which is also the exits nearest to the hotel. Most path to the hotel lobby is quite flat and there’s a path at side of hotel for moving your luggages to hotel lobby. There’s no need to bring too much clothings if you are planning to wash the laundry during your stay. There’s 2 coin operated washing machines and dryers at the sister hotel (skypark2) basement 2. There are a few money changers just in front of the hotel, you can see the rate from the display without having to ask.

There is only disposable cups with no teaspoon provided for the room and there is a need to go to front desk to request for 1 if u need. The room has limited outside view as shown in the photo. During winter time, the room only serves with heater and can only cool the room temperature by opening a small window hidden by the curtains to let the heat out if too warm. Only figure that out on my last day. 😓

Fantastic location with a wide variety of delicious street food and shopping options just steps away. Conveniently situated near a train station, making it easy to travel around the city. The airport shuttle stop is only a 5-minute walk, adding to the overall convenience.

Location is best to explore Myeongdong. Bus- and Metro stations are reachable in les than 10 min. But the most important Myeongdong Market starts just in front of your door.

The beds could have been more comfortable.

Room are little bit small

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, street food, convenience stores and money changers. There is even a catholic church nearby. They provide bottled water every day and each floor has a water dispenser. Lobby and cleaning staff are very accommodating despite language barrier. Very good location and can easily get a cab. I will higly recommend this to my friends

The room temperature is being controlled centrally. Coming from a tropical country, need to freshen up and relax after a days tour but the ACs temp is between 24 to 27, which is very hot. Hope the AC control should be around 20 to 22. The lobby staff lent us an electric fan bec the AC temp. was 27 deg. We were all perspiring in the room. The bed is quiet stiff (not soft) but was able to sleep. There is a distinct smell in the lobby which I think it is from a sewage drain and it smells quiet bad. Sometimes it reaches our room which is at the 12th flr. This has to be addressed.

1) Property is strategically-located in Myeondong. 30-second walk to the central busy shopping street. 2) Strategic because not in the middle so its still quiet and peaceful but very very very convenient if you want to go shopping and dining. 3) Not to mention it is a one-minute walk from and to the airport limousine bus stop, city bus stop, and taxi waiting areas.

1) Family rooms for a family of four do not have any view since there is barely a window. They’re the bigger/biggest rooms but are placed at the back of the hotel at any floor. 2) Would’ve wanted to transfer to a three-bed room since they’re placed in the front with a great view but occupancy per room is strictly followed 3) Room color and wallpaper look old and dated. 4) Was dizzy every time I bathed as the bathtub and shower area all-in-one “floats” and moves.

A perfect location, right in the heart of everything. Several metro stations within a 5 minute walk. The hotel sits directly over a 7-11 store. 2 adults and 1 teen had enough room for all our backpacks. The breakfast buffet was delicious with loads of options but pricey (about $57 CAD for 3 of us).

Our air-conditioning was very weak. It was quite hot in the city (>35 most days) so all rooms were probably hot. The front desk was responsive and opened a ceiling vent, but it didn't make a difference. It never got cooler than about 24-25 *C in the room, making it difficult to sleep.

The location is perfect right in the heart of all the shopping and about a 3 mins walk to line 2 mrt. The staff spoke excellent English and was very friendly. They are able to give good recommendations around the area. Room was spacious enough for me to fully open up luggage on the floor ( there are luggage holders that you can request). Toilet was spacious and clean. The showers hot water was consistent too. Smoking rooms were available on my level (level 10).

I had a tough time figuring out the air conditioning and it can get quite cold at night. The curtains could not be drawn fully I had to use a bag to hold the curtains shut. They will only change your bed sheets on the 3rd day. However, you could request for them to change it daily but there was no signage for me to put on my bed to get them to change it. So the only way to do that is to call and request.

Easy walk to the night market. Convenient since lots of stores, restaurants, money changer, etc in the area. Clean facility.

Aircon was too hot (stayed in December). No way to adjust aircon. We had to leave the windows open for the room to get a bit cold.. Not accommodating if there is a special event the people are celebrating (anniversary and first time in korea). When we asked about the bfast buffet the day before, a staff told us to just walk in and we will be accommodated. We went the next morning to the buffet and the staff in the buffet area asked us for a ticket/coupon. We had to go back to the lobby. They also didn’t tell us that the discounted price only applies if we book in advance.
