Despite the hotel building looks small from external, this hotel is excellent and very value for money :- 1) the king bed is superb nice to sleep. 2) daily cleaning is superb goof work by housekeeper. 3) the shower compartment is superb larger (nearly double size than most of the hotels). 4) the shower/toilet room is superb modern and very clean and nice. 5) nearby is fantastic as they are eating street with many shops/restaurants/night eating street open till 11pm with full crowd. 6) accessible by train/bus from main train station to this hotel.

WE LOVE THAT IT IS A NEW HOTEL N SO NEAR TO SUBWAY N IN MYEONGDONG DISTRICT. THERE IS A FAMOUS BAGEL SHOP JUST DOWNSTAIR SO U SHOULD TRY IT. SO MANY FOOD, SHOPPING CAN BE DONE HERE. N IT IS SO EASY TO USE THE SUBWAY TO GO HONGDAE, SINSA, EVERYWHERE ELSE U WANT TO GO. THE HOTEL IS EVEN ABLE TO PROVIDE A LIMOUSINE SERVICE TO AIRPORT AT 9500 WON AT THE DOOR STEP. ON GOOGLE MAP IS CALL HOTEL VERT. BUT IF U USING NAVAR MAP. PLS JUST USE HOTEL VER. ELSE U ARE NOT ABLE TO FIND THE LOCATION. THERE IS A SMALL KITCHEN THAT WE CAN ACTUALLY DO SIMPLE COOKING IF WE WANT TO. SO IS LIKE A MINI APARTMENT. BUT THE SPACE IS THE BEST. WE HAVE TRIPLE BED N IS SO NICE TO SLEEP INTO. WE WOKE UP LATE EVERYDAY !.

THE HOTEL WATER IS A BIT HARD TO CONTROL. THERE IS A LIGHT SENSOR SO EACH TIME SOMEONE GOES TO THE TOILET, THE LIGHT TURN ON.

Location was convenient and safe for visitors. Very clean. We stayed at the floor with water dispenser so it was super convenient for someone like us who needs drinking water most of the time. (Hot water)

A staff member unexpectedly unlocked and opened our room door by mistake. Both of us (two female guests) were inside at the time and were completely shocked by the intrusion. Thankfully, nothing inappropriate happened, but we were very uncomfortable and unsettled by the experience — especially considering that we could have been undressed or in the middle of getting ready. We are unsure how such a mistake could occur, particularly with occupied rooms that are clearly not yet checked out. We hope you can look into this matter seriously and take steps to ensure greater care is taken to protect guests’ privacy and safety in future.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and dryer which is great for long stays. The location is great as well. very convenient (good public transport around) however strangely you cannot find it on Naver map.

The bed sheets are kinda dirty and there was a few strands of hair on the bed sheets and also a can (we didn't pick up) under the bed.

Location was perfect. Right at the centre of Myeongdong. Getting there from airport is very easy. Room was a good size for the 3 of us. Not big but ok. Toilet was really spacious though and the fridge! I’ve never seen any hotels provided a full size fridge before. The staffs were helpful and even allowed us to check in early.

Wish there are hanging hook bars for jackets. The closet is too small for that

The hotel is strategically located near main road and the airport limousine bus-stop, and yet away from the busy noisy myeongdong street (though still of walking distance, 2 mins). The room is cosy and things are well maintained. There is also a cold/hot water dispenser at the level we stayed. At the lobby, there are some umbrellas available for use on rainy days, just need to be considerate to return them after use. The staff i met are both professional and friendly, easy to communicate and get through the process. We had problems with handling the TV remote, a staff even came up to our room (about 10+pm) and help with the setting and explain to us how to use it clearly. Even the cleaning lady was friendly and asked us if we need anything though we do not require the room to be clean up, help us throw away some rubbish. The fridge consists of a freezer compartment (not often seen), should have bought some ice-cream and store for our snacking. Oh apparently the triple room can be connected to the adjacent twin/king size room, as explained by the staff, not common to have connecting rooms for hotels in korea.

Sound proofing? Could hear the next door occupants, kinda clearly both in the early morning (5+am) and also late at night (1+am), yes no kidding. The level 1 bagal cafe had closed, coming up with a gamjatang restaurant, pathway and one of the lift was lined with cardboard for construction purpose. No full length mirror in room. There is a small coffee table in the room, but there is no study desk etc, if someone would want a proper light+study desk to do some work while staying.

The room was huge, well lit and quiet. The in house coin laundry was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very professional and spoke very good English. Location was excellent, the airport limousine picks up just the next street as does multiple tour operators.

The space was good for 3-member family. The separate kitchen sink and table top were useful for concurrent usage by multiple users, especially during washing up.

The toilet has some sewage smell, especially when the fan was not turned on.

Front office/ online CSR booked a room for my small family (me, husband and 2 yr old) and after messaging them, they allowed me to include my 2 yr old for the deluxe king room. The bed was bigger than a king size since it was two twin beds put side by side. They also granted my request for a connecting room with my extended family whom booked a month before us. Location was superb since it was across Lotte Department store and right in front of an Olive young branch (and also 5 minutes from the flagship store). My favorite part would probably be having the bagel store “about Bagel” on the 1st floor so breakfast was easy and a great way to start the day. It is a 2-5 minute walk to the airport bus and station. Heater worked great and there was a good supply of hot water for showering. It was clean and my room had a great view from the 10th floor. Houskeeping went in daily to change towels and tissue if needed. Kitchen was complete except for a microwave.

The cabinet was only a “half cabinet” so unpacking was a challenge.

The location is superb, with a doorstep away from the airport bustop. It’s also in the heart of Myeongdong shopping district with 2 subway stations just a short walk away (Myeongdong and Euljiro). There’s also coin laundromat (with detergent provided) within the hotel premises, which is very convenient. Room also has inbuilt mini kitchenette with an induction stove and basic tableware.

No complains generally as hotel ticks all the boxes for a no-frills hotel. But wish the water dispenser could be placed in every floor for convenience of guests instead of only in 2 floors.
