I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has a low rating. It fully delivers what it promises and more. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed: shampoo, soap, clean towels, a hairdryer, phone chargers, and even bottled water, juices, tea, coffee, and cookies — all complimentary! The location is great, close to Sinchon Station and with easy access to many parts of Seoul. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. After a rough experience at a previous hostel, this hotel saved my trip. I could finally rest, reset, and enjoy Seoul again. Highly recommend this place, especially if you value comfort, cleanliness, and kindness. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great! So close to Sinchon line 3 station, with a bus stop 5 mins away for the airport limousine. A lot of shops and food, great prices as a student area and very lively! Easy 24hr access with complimentary toiletries and drinks - staff very helpful and welcoming ! Room size was fantastic and we had a shower and a large bathtub! Would say the facilities are a little dated and run down in some areas but our room was clean and comfortable! Great for the price ! This is a Korean motel ) love hotel so a lot of cleaning traffic but didn't encounter or hear a lot of people so was comfortable.

Location was excellent. It's very close to sinchon station and you can walk to hongdae red road very easily via the linear park. Staff were very courteous. Generous checkout time. Good free coffee tea and biscuits supplies in the lobby.

We were fine with it being in the love hotel block but that may bother some people.

-the staff is super friendly and helpful -you reach line two by walking three minutes - the rooms are comfortable ad spacious enough

-It was not one hundred percent clean but clean enough -the bathroom has a loose tile, but that didn't bother us too kuch

Staff was great at communicating. Great place to stay for 2 travellers. So close to the underground station and lots of restaurants.

This place was not the cleanest

The hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. There are always staffs on standby. When I stayed there during the Chuseok holiday, the staffs gave me snack.
