It was comfortable and we had a great view! There were a lot of places to explore, and it was easy to find food in the mall, as well as street food outside! There is a 24hours convenience store at the hotel lobby, so we don't have to painstakingly make our way out in the cold to grab snacks when we feel hungry! It is good to do last minute shopping at the shopping mall next door because there's Daiso, Olive Young and ABC Mart.

Staff could be friendlier. Not sure why, but no one could help call for cabs, and staff even stated that it's snowing, so there are no cabs. If that's the case, then why were we still able to look for cabs when we used the app? This happened to us when we went to the wrong Dongdaemun outlet, and we saw it happen again to another tourist at the hotel we're staying in. 😅 I'm not sure if there's an unspoken rule about this, but you might as well say that you're not allowed to book a cab on our behalf instead of lying.

It was great! The location was central to places we wanted to go.

It would have been nice to have more outlets near the beds. As one of the beds had no outlets close by.

Hotel is conveniently located between two stations, with bus stops also in close vicinity for ease of access to many places. It is also connected to hyundai outlet mall and have a cu convenience shop next to the reception. Triple room was spacious with 3 beds and 1.5 bathroom, inclusive of a shower and bathtub. Room has good view also. Room is cleaned daily and has good design and ample space for luggage and things.

Breakfast is not so interesting. Although it is fine with mostly korean fare, the variety of food is rather limited and not unique. Would be good to add on more variety especially for guests staying longer.

Spacious and clean room with minimalist and environmental concept. Shampoo and body wash provided, bring own toiletries. Self-check-in/out at kiosk on 14th level. 24-hr CU store and coin laundry/dryer available too. Hotel is located near to metro, numerous restaurants, cafes, underground shopping streets and shopping malls. There is a bus stop via KAL 6702 to Incheon airport just 5 min away.

We book a triple deluxe room at the hotel which is in a very centralized location to travel to anywhere . Restaurants , eateries , subway station, shopping malls are all within walking distance . The staffs whether cleaners , conceige or receptionists are all very professional and helpful especially my daughter forgotten her iPad in the room safe on check out day and we were able to retrieved it back after getting in touch with hotel

We need to bring own tooth brushes and toothpaste otherwise purchased from level 1 lobby

Convenient place . Clean . Close by to food places n shopping . They use self check in counters so check in and out was a breeze . Amazing large wash dryers so you can do all the laundry in 1 wash . Loved the service staff . They made the stay all the more meaningful .

No tooth brushes supplied so bring your own . Slippers are sanitized and reused and oversized so if you are particular get your own . I kept tripping on mine ( just too big ) .

The location is great, close to the centre, to many tourist attractions (Seoul is huge, but you can walk to some of the must-see places anyway from there). We liked the DDP centre and to walk up along the city wall. The room is exactly like on the pictures. Quite many options for breakfast. Everything's auotmated, so you don't need to talk to anyone, but the staff is available, when needed. good soundproofing system and good view from the windows.

Breakfast is quite similar every day, I would appreciate some more diversity, but maybe that's because we stayed for a long time. You will still find things to eat, and will not stay hungry. The dessert part was a little underqhelming as the croissants and pastries were not the most tasty ones, but they were OK.

Spacious room, clean facilities and nice view. It was very comfortable to stay and happy to come back. Right next to DFO was a great point and an enjoyed shopping there after I put my 1 year old child sleep. Staffs working there were kind and lovely to talk, the housekeepers were so lovely and nice to my daughter. It was convenient that we could talk in Japanese with receptionist.

It was hard for the taxi driver we used to find this hotel, we first went to another one a few minutes away from this hotel.

The room is big and spacious and has international sockets! Very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly when we arrived to check in and we were given complimentary face masks as well. Washing machine and dryer are available but for a fee.

If I really had to say, the sliding door to the master bedroom doesn’t fully close (there is quite a gap that you can peep through between the wall and door) but I wouldn’t say it’s a huge issue. Another thing is that the shower/toilet room has no sink to wash your hands and also does not have a lock - is this perhaps for childproofing?

The hotel is fairly new with a high standard. Location is very central and live. It shares the building with a shopping center and starts from 14th floor so the rooms facing the city have wonderful view. The concierge guys in the first floor are very helpful.

The reception staff although very polite, did not seem to have any authority to show flexibility or make decisions. Except from one which was extremely helpful and did everything to facilitate our extended stay.
