The location of this hotel was amazing. I believe there were 2-3 intersecting train lines and coming from ICN was very convenient (either by bus or train transfer from Seoul station). We had just come from Japan and coming to this hotel was a similar experience. I loved the convenience store next door. I went down to buy an instant ramen at 1am one time and the place was full of people making late night food runs. We ended up checking in around 12:45am on the first day and the receptionist was very understanding and welcoming. I've also noticed the staff are fluent in English and Japanese as well.

Just amazing and superb. Right outside exit 4 of DDP station with elevator close by. If you take the K-Limousine Airport bus, take service 6702 and drop off at Splaisir, it’s just 2 minutes walk away! very convenient location - subway lines 2,4 and 5 go almost everywhere! 5 min walk to DDP with e-mart (24 hours) for food. Nice gimbap and pizza place down the street as well. Very clean room and washroom (bidet! yay). Feels new. Space was just nice for me! humidifier provided as well. Many channels on the TV - dramas and entertainment programmes galore! Just refer to the Tv sheet and choose :) Breakfast service was really delicious - had sujebi, egg drop soup, porridge, fish cakes, bread and jam. Lots of other banchan as well. Good variety and different everyday. Thank you to the ajumeonis for the lovely food! Staff were really friendly and nice too - you can leave your luggage with them if you check in early/ check out and have a later flight. Amazing unnies :)

The metro is just steps away from the hotel super convenient take exit 4 from DDP and you will see the hotel, and there are several convenience stores nearby. They change your towel every day, so there's no need to bring your own. staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was nice, but note that it’s korean style however, there’s also bread available if you prefer something else. you can wash your laundry downstairs and you can buy the detergent from the vending machine it cost 500krw washing machine(1000krw) and dryer cost(1000krw)

pillow was a little bit hard and remember bring ur own toothbrush and toothpaste they don’t provide.

Good location,good price,nice staff, clean rooms,good korean breakfast..Mtr station is infront of the hotel. Airportbus 6001 stops 2 minutes away from the hotel.There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel.7eleven is next door.

The aircon was too noisy.

The location is perfect right outside Exit 4 of dongdaemun history & culture park station. I'd recommend taking the elevator as the staircase has too many steps. I got the room on the 20th floor. It's very quiet and they do room cleaning service every day. Breakfast is good with a variety of food.

The hotel has only 2 elevators serving 20 floors and it's very packed in the morning when all the guests go down for breakfast on the 1st floor.

Loved how clean the whole hotel was! Although the room was a bit too small for us to have both suitcases open at the same time, there were so many other great things: incredibly clean every day, breakfast was plentiful, communal eating was fun, the staff were wonderful and always pleasant. The subway was literally outside the door and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Dongdaemun Design Plaza is 2 minutes away, making it a perfect place for a nightly stroll to admire this unique building. The airport bus is in front of Toyoko Inn I, one block away, making this an excellent place to stay at the end of a trip.

Only two elevators so the wait was sometimes very long. It was quicker to use the stairs. The only time we had no choice but wait was at check out time with our luggage. We actually had to go UP and then all the way down to the lobby as there was no way we could get into the full elevators going down from our floor.

It’s very close to the subway station and if you need to board the early flight back (there’s airport limousine just within walking distance). The facility is clean and all the necessities were available. There’s alot of shopping malls and eateries around this hotel. Definitely a sure-stay whenever i come to Seoul for holiday. This is my 2nd stay here😉☺️

The hotel is beyond my expectation. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Room rate is very reasonable!!!. The location is very convenient few steps walk able to subway station both staircases and elevator. Nearby airport bus group off and pick up point. The room is super clean, layout is organized having all necessary stuffs. The hotel provides washing machine, microwave, water machine on the 1st floor. Moreover all guests can have breakfast for free which provided at the lobby area on 1st floor. Food taste is delicious mainly it is Korean food even it is that much options but for me is fine as I super like it. I will definitely come back again.

Elevator is slow

The location of the hotel is super perfect as the Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station Exit 4 is just right in front of the hotel. The Exit 4 with lift facility is also just less than 1 mins walking distance from the hotel. In addition, it is also super convenient (less than 2 mins walking distance) for us to take the airport bus (both 6001 or 6702) to and from hotel and Incheon Airport by staying this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and room is rated as satisfactory level by me. I love and enjoy the breakfast served by the hotel every morning during my stay. Well, I will definitely stay this hotel again for my next Seoul trip.

Cleanliness, towels: white, all sizes, changed daily, water in the fridge, I liked the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, they handed over upon arrival face cleanser and cream. Nice. Air con working (it faces the bed but you can easily cool the room and switch off. Instant coffee, comb, hand soap for self serve at reception. Laundromat facilities, airport bus 2 min from entrance, metro and bus stations in front of the hotel. I travelled solo and my room was fair for me (for 2 it would be quite small). I don't know if they have bigger rooms. Dongdaemun Design Plaza just 5 min away. Good breakfast.

It's not that I didn't like, just to let people know; luggage is kept only for the day of arrival or departure. I went for three days to Busan, and I was lucky that the other hotel where I stayed in Seoul kept my luggage for free.
