The residence rooms were comfortable and the in room amenities was truly great. Washing machine, full set of utensils, Nespresso machine and microwave were very useful. The Japanese style toilets with buddy was a plus point for this hotel. The location which was a 5 mins walk to Dongdaemun History & Culture Station makes this a desirable location to stay when at Seoul. Also there is a restaurant called Kebabway nearby, run by Mr. Saad which makes the loveliest kebabs and fries we have ever had. Great for people looking for halal food at this area . I would gladly stay here on my next visit to Seoul.

Rooms were clean, though a bit small. 2 adults and 2 prisch kids fit comfortably enough on 3 single beds (we pushed two tog). Sockets for SG plugs are available, lol. Gym was well-equipped and maintained for holiday workout purposes (treadmills, think I saw an elliptical and stationary bike), decent range of free weights, weight machines and kettlebells.

Remember to bring a swim cap/cap if you want to swim! Otherwise you'll have to buy one from the hotel.

The location is perfect, it’s close to a lot of restaurants and to the metro station. The staff was very friendly, especially at the breakfast. The breakfast buffet was solid, but could be improved for a five star hotel. The kids play area was awesome! I think the hotel is perfect for families… The staff was always very nice to our little son, even when he made a mess at the breakfast. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The A/C could be a bit quieter and the sofa and the furniture looked a bit used and not quite five star. One of the toilets smelled a bit for some days. Overall for our family vacation, I think the hotel was optimal.

The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were just the right thing after a long day of walking, especially up and down the stairs in the subways. The great location in Dongdaemun. Easy to get to anywhere with bus/train or Uber. The bed was super comfy. Amenities were replenished every day. I stayed in a king suite with a washer/dryer, which was super convenient . I had dinner a couple of times in the hotel restaurant, with a gorgeous view of Seoul in front of me as I enjoyed my meals. Great little Nespresso capsule machine for coffee.

No milk for my coffee, but I got a carton of milk from one of the many convenience stores that are literally everywhere ( there's about 4 within a couple minutes' walking distance from the hotel), so no big deal.

Love this hotel have a family room, service is great and housekeeper is so nice and friendly. Room is clean. Love the smart room control. Concierge is helpful. Walkable distance to DDP and shopping areas, so great for family who wants to visit the Diki Diki Playground inside DDP.

Room is just big enough to open 2 big suitcases - but I guess it's the same like any other typical hotel in Seoul. Have to book in advance for Kids Zone/Club and make sure you have to wear swimming caps and goggles to swim either in the indoor or swimming pool - also have to make reservations for this on the weekend as they limit capacity. Further from the Airport - we paid 120,000 Won to get to the airport during peak hour (almost 2 hours) but this is typical in Seoul and we have expected it.

Very good breakfast, very large selection of food. Perfect hotel service, very polite and helpful, you could easily communicate in English. Mr. 서준용 (Kevin) was exceptionally helpful to me, when I needed to find out about several places and street addresses, he explained everything to me in detail, when I needed help setting up the KakaoT application, he showed me everything in detail and helped me set it up. I could come to him with any problem and he was always able to give me advice. A great man, Thank you very much. Very neat rooms, cleaned every day, were in perfect condition. Very good location of the hotel close to the metro station and you can go out to nearby street food.

Upon check-in we were excited to upgrade our residence to a level higher, and we were also greeted at the residence with a gift cake for my birthday. Communication with all the staff was excellent, the room was cleaned daily and very well. The room itself (residence) was a great size and also liked the instructions for the appliances (washing machine, hob etc). The breakfasts were amazing, there was a buffet with local specialties as well as the more usual European breakfasts. The location of the hotel is convenient for visiting many attractions (near 3 stops of different branches of subway and buses). Very close to the hotel there are convenience stores, as well as shopping centers with popular stores, pharmacies.

Location was quite good with lots of eateries around the corner, but still at a relatively calm area. airport limousine to go to airport right outside the building which was very convenient! we got a suite for 3 adults, which was very spacious and clean. lots of utensils and useful amenities (e.g. water boiler, automatic water dispenser). one of the rarer hotels that provide room service - the food was a little on the expensive side but it was still quite good. overall a very comfortable stay.

minor disadvantages - pricey. ranked as a 5* but more like a 4* hotel, nothing bad just not what you'd expect of a 5* hotel. the bathroom was very spacious but can only be used by one person at a time - would be better if the shower/sink and toilet area was separated or provide more tinted glass for the shower and toilet.

This hotel is located downtown so it's really convenient for tourists to get around in the city. The view and breakfast are also fantastic, for you can see Seoul Tower through the windows of the 20th-floor lobby, and a variety of foods are offered in the morning, and they taste good as well. The room is always clean and tidy, so I believe housekeepers are very professional and efficient in their work.

The room is a bit narrow for 2 persons and 2-3 pieces of luggage. Besides, I've been to this hotel for 2-3 times. Whenever I checked in, though the receptionists were different, they always wear a poker face.

stayed in the premier one bedroom residence, Absolutely wonderful room, having a kitchen, eating area, separate sitting area, large round bath, Room very comfortable, Fitness centre fantastic lots of facilties, The breakfast huge range, all staff very friendly, The location being so close to heaps of eating places, The shopping district is awesome, no need to go to any of the other tourist markets, My family has stayed in alot of hotels around the world and this one ranks as one of the best, thankyou for your hospitality
