Poor Wifi. Really Need to be improve

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—just a short walk to Gwangjang Market and the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), with a bus stop right outside and a train station nearby, making it super convenient to get around. The staff was polite and courteous, and check-in was smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a window overlooking the street rather than facing a concrete wall—which we really appreciated. The bathroom was also spotless and featured a separate shower, which is a must for us. It was also quiet; the thick walls helped us get a restful night’s sleep, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The only downsides were the lack of shelves in the fridge and no microwave, which would have been helpful. But overall, a solid stay and great value for the location. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The front counter staff at nighttime were very helpful and friendly. I was so hungry and did know where to go eat because I am new to that area. I forgot her name but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and showed me exactly where I can go safely and have myself a satisfying dinner.

I was unfortunate to get the 2nd floor and noise from the streets were definitely bothersome especially with the jet-lag/day & night time difference. I would say getting a good night (deep) sleep would be one of the most important thing coming to a new hotel. I certainly wish that the front desk could have given me much higher floor so that I did have to be waken up by the street noise.

The location was great. There was a bus stop right in front and it was a 5-7 minute walk from two train stations. Didn't travel more than 40 minutes to get to further out spots. Very close to Myeondong especially which is only a 10min journey away by bus and this is one of the biggest attractions. The room was also a good size compared to a lot of rooms in Seoul. We could have two big suitcases open at once and move around easily within our rooms.

The location is perfect. Near DDP, Gwangjang market, with nearby restaurants and coffee shops, near subway station, with bus stop and airport bus stop, at the same time the street is not too busy and you can have a quiet time for rest. The room is very spacious and clean with all the essentials. The staffs are nice and they offer free luggage storage so you won’t have to worry on where you will store your Large luggages even after you have checked out from the hotel and if you plan to go out of Seoul for days. I would definitely stay in this hotel afain when I come back.

Good location. About 5-8 minutes walk to 2 different subway stations, easy travels to popular places like Hongdae, Seongsu & Myeongdong. Easy walk to Dongdaemon shopping places like Dundun. The airport bus stop is just next door. Room size is good for the 2 of us. Both luggage can be fully opened and still have ample room to move around. It provides basic necessities to stay comfortable. The room was tidied up and towels were replaced everyday.

Anything to mention would be that bathroom is a little small but no deal breaker.

The room was really spacious, more so than we expected. The bed was comfy. The shower cubicle was roomy and the shower was quite powerful. Check in was quick and easy, and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is closed to an airport bus stop and an underground station, so it was easy to get around the city.

The wifi we were told to connect to was terrible. We had some difficulty connecting to the router in the room, but the staff helped and then everything was fine. I think they should promote the room-specific connection from the start.

The rooms were very spacious and price was very very reasonable for what you pay for. There's a really good coffee shop in the hotel lobby that serves good coffee with an interesting concept. Checkin and checkout were no hassle at all. The airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel and there were a lot of cafes and convenience stores around the area.

There's not a lot of things to do around the area, so if you're a tourist, you might want to stay in other areas in Seoul. The subway station is also a bit of a walk, even though there's an exit nearby, it still takes about 10-15 mins walk to ride the actual train. But if you're looking for a comfortable and relatively cheaper place to stay, this would be a good hotel to book.

The hotel was located only a few minutes walking distance from 3 metro lines but some attractions were even accessible on foot. The room was very spacios, to be honest I did not expect it would be this big. It had a little 'mud room' with a cupboard at the entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom and a big living room/bedroom area. The bed was comfy and big. There was a desk, a TV, a table and chairs in the living area. The bathroom had a decent size. I loved that the toiletries were in dispensers and did love that all of them were Dove products. I was able to leave my luggage at the reception after checking out which is a plus as I had the whole day in Seoul before I went to the airport.

Unfortunately we had some language barrier at the reception at the beginning as not every staff member spoke English.

I am so happy that they have triple rooms. The room was a reasonable size for 3 people so we were comfortable. It was nice to have a little table were we could sit and eat a little something while planning our daily adventures. I appreciated that they provided an electric kettle and refrigerator. The lobby staff were nice. The location was very convenient, near a good eating street and the airport limo bus stop.

There had been a kitchenette in the room that was not removed and took up a lot of floor space. Instead the counter was boxed out by covering the lower cabinet with plywood so you could not use it.
