Very helpful to have the 6001 airport limousine bus stop at the front door. we were anxious about our arrival at the airport, not being able to read or understand Korean, and found it easy to find the bus tickets, schedules and bus location at the airport. There were also announcements made in English and on screen at each stop along the way.

The room is spacious enough to open 2 or 3 M-sized suitcases. We stayed in the 20th floor and the view was beautiful. Big windows allow sunlight to fill the whole room in the day. Airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There are a few 24/7 convenient stores around.

Soundproofing can be better. I heard someone snoring from another room. And the sounds in the hallway were disturbing. The location may not be the best for those who like night life experience. It gets quite tranquil at night in this area. You must walk for 10-20min to reach the busier area (DDP). The public transport stations are a little bit far too.

Staff were great and let us store our luggage two days earlier than our check in date. The location is good, just a 10 min walk from Gwangjang market and fast food chains like Lotteria, Burger King and McDonalds. Also a short walk to the nearest subway station and a bus into Myeongdong that you can get on just round the corner. The toilet and shower facilities were great. Air con worked best and the bed was comfortable.

Airport bus - right outside the hotel. Self-laundry - not available. Pillows - soft Bed - hard (this is really good for back support). Kettle - dusty; had to clean it thoroughly before using. Iron - request and collect from reception desk. Receptionist - speaks English very well. Location - 10 mins walk to the subway, 5 mins walk to bus stop in front of Ramada (you can take bus 100/104 down to go to Gwangjang Market, and going further down will bring you to Daehak-ro where there's some lovely cafes/sushi bars).

Beds were comfortable and room was nice and clean. Had a view of N tower which was nice

Rooms are a bit small for 2people especially when you have lots of luggage. But it's okay.

Airport bus stops in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Very central to all sightseeing sights.

The room has a centralized heater which can get really warm. You have to open the window to let the cool air in.

great hotel, dongdaemun is a great district cause less touristy and has a great local vibe. the hotel has a stop of the airport shuttle just in front of it so its a great location. overall nice hotel nice room and great price they give water everyday, cleaning staff is so nice :)

The bed was super comfortable and the blackout curtains were splendid touch. The staff were so accommodating and tried their best to help me with an early check-in. Really appreciate that coming from a red eye flight. The airport bus 6001, stops directly in front of the hotel! There are also plenty of convenience stores around with a bank across the street for global withdrawals. Another thing was that they had universal charging ports which is rare!

The table in the room was very small. Bathroom space for stuff is very small too. There was only a sink where there's little space to hold your things. The shower even though separated from the toilet with a divider, was not separated with a wet and dry area as the divider was not all the way to the floor, there was a large gap where water flows to to the toilet ensuring the whole bathroom was wet with water when you shower.

excellent service. very clean. comfortable bed. daily housekeeping. Airport limousine just outside the door. luggage storage. The staff was amazing, and sometimes that can make all the difference. I had stayed there earlier in the month and was so pleased that I returned for my last three days.

The facilities are clean. Great location. Its a short walking distance to the subway station and lots of interesting places around for food and shopping. The airport bus shuttle stops in front of the hotel and it’s very convenient.

The rooms I think are not sound proof as we can hear the voices from the other room but the rooms are clean and tidy. Also, the staff are helpful but they have to smile more and be friendly.
