As you may have read in previous reviews, this hotel is for longer term stays. They won't clean your room unless you request and pay 30,0000 won, which we find reasonable. We stayed there for more than a week and there were no issues at all. The room was good-sized and everything was there (TV, bathroom with bidet, soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and a mini fridge). The room also has enough storage/closet room for us. Every week you can switch your old towels for new ones on the 1st floor. We didn't check out the kitchen area so can't say much about that. The hotel is steps from subway line 2/5 Euljiro 4. We enjoyed staying there and would be back! The staff was friendly and helpful and they allowed us to store our suitcases on check-out day for free.

Near Euljiro 4(ga) Station. You can easily take the Underpass (take Underpass Exit 7/8 guess -on your left-) and you will be direktly at the Hotel. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy Luggage, you may take the direct Exit at Euljiro 4(ga) and walk through the street. I think it's comfortable to walk through the Underpass, we used it almost every day. The DDP (@Dongdaemun History & Cultur Park) is near by and on you way you will find 3-4 conbini stores guess^^ 2-3x 7eleven and one CU guess. Myeongdong, Insadong and Namdaemun Market are also near by and you can take a nice walk to there. The Staff is very friendly and kind and will help you if you have any questions.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice.

The staff does not keep track of the amount of shampoo and shower gel, no cleaning, no coffee, tea, water.

Absolutely amazing. Located really close to three subways that can get you all around Seoul in minutes. The location is fantastic itself very close to Dongdaemun Design Plaza, 10 minute walk. There isn't daily housekeeping but depending on your stay length you get vouchers to have your room cleaned. Personally I didn't mind as it meant less disturbance. To get new towels or toilet tissue or bottles of water you can just ask for them from reception. The staff at reception are friendly and very helpful 24/7. The room was very clean and spacious. Laundry and Kitchen on B1 floor very well equipped and tidy. The Café on F1 was lovely and the staff there also very kind and helpful.

Nice hotel! Walking distance to a few markets that are worth visiting. Quiet and clean. Seems brand new.

It was a very small window in the room… from the pictures it looks bigger.

it is very central and the room has everything you need. they also have a washing machine and a dryer which is a massive plus. also a gym, coworking soace and a kitchen in the basement which is amazing value for price!! would definitely come again.

the room was just moderately clean. empty bottles and popcorn next to the bed.

Just as the other visitors have mentioned, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. It was what we needed for a good night sleep. Also the kettle (only 0.8L and very clean) and hair dryer and TV (with what appears like all the tv app options) are new and works well. It has the basics shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Heated seat is wonderful.

There are a few things the hotel can do to make the hotel even better - room temperature set point (defaulted at 35C - it can be adjusted at the thermastat or tv remote), rusting body wash wall dispenser, add some teas/coffee to the set up and more than 2 paper cups ( between water and bathroom) and smile more at the front desk (mostly you get ignored when walking by or in the hotel)

I think it’s so good, I’m totally fine with the ‘towel rule’, or safe clean rule. comfortable, freely.

check in after 4pm not good. breakfast is not acceptable. ( have to pay extra) price at weekend doubled for no reason, not valuable at all.

The beds were super comfortable. If I ever get the chance I‘d definitely will go to this hotel again:). The staff was really nice and always helped someone out.

They were very helpful with providing documents needed for my ARC, and any other things I needed help with.
