The hotel is located in a local seafood market area, also very near to the gwangjang market and dongdaemun. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room is also very functional, so overall it’s a good experience for me and my family. Will definitely return to stay there when travel to Korea again.

Great location, close to the metro and several restaurants. The laundry machine in the room was a great addition, just ask at the reception (the staff is super friendly and helpful!) and they will provide detergent.

I'm usually not the one to complain about hotel beds, but these were seriously the hardest I've ever slept on. Also, as other reviews around this time (end of 2023) have mentioned, there's construction going on right next to the hotel that's causing noise, sometimes until very late in the evening.

I had a very positive experience. The location was quite convenient, being close to easy access to public transportation including the "Airport Limousine" bus. The room was nice had all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness was excellent, the room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels every day. Overall, it was a very good experience for me.

There was a washing machine in the room, but it didn't have a dryer, and there was no place to hang clothes to dry. The room is suitable for one person, but it would be quite cramped for two people with suitcases

Good location with walkability to some areas and 3 subway lines nearby. Staff were very nice - I commented that the pen he gave me to sign the paperwork was very nice and he gifted me a new one.

Bed was uncomfortable - slept in it for 4 nights, and has taken at least 1 week in my own bed + a massage to feel normal again. And I’m a mid-30 year old woman without existing back issues.

For Tourists this is a really good spot to stay in central Seoul because it is located close to the most important subway lines for touristic attractions. It's not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need and it is very clean.

The pictures are a little outdated. Unlike in the pictures the stove is covered due to safety reasons, so you can't use it... The microwave is located outside the room in the hallway for the whole floor to use which is quite normal for korean hotels. There is no kitchen or sliverware other than two cups and the waterheater. ... If you need to dry your laudery you have to ask for a drying rack at the front desk.

Great location,helpful staff ,comfy bed. The street noise was no problem at all. The wet room style bathroom was something to get used to,but the shower head was good and the water temp and pressure was also very good. Would go back again. Also the bus limousine to Incheon is 5 minutes walk from the property.

I had a wonderful stay for 9 days! The room was perfectly clean and I got room service every single day. The room looked much better than in the pictures from the website. I had a huge fridge and freezer, a sink, kettler, and there’s a microwave in the corridor. I used washing machine, worked great, and you get a drying rack and detergent for free. There’s enough space for luggage, a big closet with hangers, and a lot of drawers and cabinets to put your stuff. Location is perfect, I went to the central street on foot every day, and there’s a couple of metro and bus stations nearby so it’s really well connected. Staff was so friendly and helpful!

Mosquitoes. Also after around 15 minutes the hot water from the shower would just disappear so you have to wait a couple of minutes for water to warm up.

The price-value ratio of the hotel is very good. The staff speak good English and were very helpful and friendly. The room has everything you need. Even a washing machine and you get free detergent and a drying rack if needed. The rooms are cleaned daily (which is not common in Korea) and generally the hotel is very clean. The location was perfect: very central but authentic neighborhoods without too many tourists, but great restaurants and cafés and close to the nightlife areas. Very good location to subway and buses in all directions. Short distance to the airport bus. Good wifi.

I personally don't always like showers with curtains. A way of hanging clothes outside the wardrobe would be good (a hook or similar).

A very clean hotel with extremely nice reception workers who are there to help you as much as they can. We had cleaning service every day with fresh towels, bottles of water, and making the bed. The room has an AC, a washing machine (with washing powder available at the reception), a big fridge, and a kettle which are always a plus. One can always borrow an iron at the reception too. The bed was comfortable and had good pillows.

The shower is a bit of an experience as the shower curtain is not long enough to reach the floor, and the splashes are then all over the floor. However, it was so hot when we were in Seoul that all that water will dry within an hour :)

Most of the stuff is kind and helpfull specially the one who help us with the check out , and the one was in the evening of 5 jan shift Those so cute and kind and helpful also speaking english very good .

The location is near the dried sea market & no resturant or cafe is near to us 😅 so we should get to the bus or taxi And we request the refill everyday for the coffee and water.
