The location was amazing, with access to the subway right in front of the hotel & the airport limousine bus stop across the street. There were lots of different cafe's in the area where we could go for breakfast. The hotel staff was very friendly and it was possible to store our luggage at the hotel. The rooms had a smart-tv so we could use netflix and youtube, which was really nice!

The room was quite small, the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the bathroom door was broken. We stayed here for 2 weeks and for us it was really inconvenient that there wasn't any washer/dryer in the building.

Location was great as it was only a short 10-15min walk to Myeongdong and was across the road from a Compose Coffee which was great for quick drink trips. The airport bus also stops only a short distance away which made it easy to get to.

The bathrooms were a bit weird, there was no main door to the bathroom and was set up with a toilet stall, shower stall and an open bathtub room. Probably better for couples but my friend and I had to be careful not to catch an accidental view.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, comfortable beds, good sound proofing room. All that you need for a good rest are available here. Price is reasonable too!

Room cleaning service is only available for 3 or more nights of stay. Our room was cleaned only on the 3rd day. Room lights were dim and toilet design suits couple only due to the almost-see through glass panel.

The location was amazing, best location you can ever get and it’s so convenient to literally everywhere -gwangjang market, bukchon hanok, myeongdong, namdaemun, dongdaemun, seoul station, airport busstop right outside the hotel to incheon airport

Somehow didn’t had room service for my 4 nights of stay despite notifying the hotel staff, I also found a suspicious mark outside my room near the doorbell

Excellent location from metro and bus stop access stand point. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. Especially for an Indian who prefers having Indian food; the hotel is located nearby excellent 👌 Indian restaurant name Namaste. 7 eleven stores are all located within 2 mins walks. Klook pick up locations are very near by as well.

No view as the hotel is located in core of Seoul city.

Location was great and accessibility to the train station. Didn't expect to not see a reception at night but I think that the hotel works like that. But anything you request from the reception during the day is always served.

Only downside is that there is no support after 11pm till morning. Room service is once every 3 days.

The staffs are very helpful. They helped me to bring my luggage and ordered taxi when I checked out also they helped me to find easy way to Namsan. The hotel location are very strategic. Just 1 minute to Chungmuro st by walk, only 1 station to Myeongdong st, 1 minute to get off from bus station to Namsan Seoul Tower. You can also get Airport Limousine near hotel.

Most of the room was fantastic the types of pillows weren't for me but my partner found them great. Bathroom was very spacious. Aircon cooling quality was great and staff was fantastic.

The aircon is positioned so that it directly blows on your face when you sleep which can feel needed unless you are used to 24-26 degree nights.

The location was excellent, conveniently close to popular tourist attractions like Seoul Tower and the palaces. The room was spacious, and the bathroom spa added a luxurious touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and during my winter stay, the floor heating was absolutely amazing.
