Hotel provides shuttle bus to certain subway locations which are near to famous attractions.

It was already autumn and the central airconditioning for room was set to 26deg celsius, sometimes 27. It is too hot for us. Can open balcony door to let cool air in but could not do that since husband smoke at balcony. When ask to bring down temperature, the kind housekeeping lady said ,hotel could not do that since central aircon. So she offered to lend the hotel fan. Which really really helped us cool down room. Thank you so much! The very tall man at the reception had an impatient voice over phone and also sour face expression when i asked to change room. Its the hotel guest's right to ask for change of room if the first room has not been touched. That man should still be more professional when dealing with this. Perhaps he should not be working at the front desk.

Room was very big, 2 showers and separate toilet room. Very nice amenities.

AC could have been a little stronger

Location - 3 subway lines within a short walk as well as the airport limousine bus. Room was spacious, clean and quiet although it did get a little warm in the middle of the night in May when we were there (air conditioning is centrally controlled it seems). The self-service luggage locker room was a convenient service to have - it’s free for 12 hours use which is great.

The bathroom was small and cramped (to be fair I already expected this based on photos), tall people pls be warned as the ceiling height at the bath tub especially is very low. Water temperature for the shower fluctuates, I had to constantly adjust the temperature throughout.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I like the location as its slightly away from the hustle and bustle of myeongdong area but 1-2 stops and walking distance to myeongdong. It is also walking distance to gwangjang market. The size of the room is perfect. We had an issue with the bidet but it was immediately taken care of. The staff was helpful and could speak English. The room is clean and facilities are sufficient.

Very modern, comfortable rooms. You can tell there have been considerations with the facilities to enhance your stay. For example (a hot/cold water machine on each floor, a self-service locker room on GF for luggage storage, a complimentary shuttle service to key tourist areas nearby). The reception team also upgraded our room upon check-in which was a lovely gesture, and they were also very adept at speaking English.

We did find the room and the floor we stayed on to be very, very warm. They keep the heating on high during the winter months, and you are unable to adjust the AC as it's been fixed. Though this is understandable. So we kept our balcony door open during the night to cool down. Luckily the hotel sits on a slightly quieter side street so the noise levels were fine.

The location is about 15mins walk from Myeongdong and away from the crowd. I like the quietness of the area even though there are plenty of restaurants and bars just right by the door step of the hotel. Nearest subway is around 4mins walk away. We got the prestige twin room with minibar and balcony, the balcony is very large and spacious with couches and table. The minibar has Cider too that they top up everyday. Beds are very spacious and comfortable. We had lunch at the 3rd floor restaurant on one day and it was very affordable at KRW15000 only and food selection was great.

Housekeeping isn't very consistent. We stayed for 7nights and out of which, we had 4 towels one day, 2 towels the next day, 3 towels the following day etc. The housekeeper forgot to clean the balcony on 2days. Our sugar wasn't topped up for 3-4days. TV channels were a little hard to navigate as everything was in Korean. I wish that it could be more tourist friendly.

The 3 bed room was very spacious for the three of us and our 8 luggages! We were able to keep all of our luggages open and still have room to walk around. The double showers were great too!

The front desk staff were a bit rude and could have been nicer. We gave the front desk a call from our room as we needed assistance for them to help give our reservation a call at a restaurant and they just said we can't do that. We asked them again and they said you have to come downstairs, we asked if it was possible to provide them the number and information for them to call and they said, no that's impossible. It could have been the language barrier, but the delivery/tone of how they responded wasn't very nice.

Beds were incredibly comfortable, bathroom was nice and the desk / vanity table was a nice addition so we could get ready in the morning at the same time without being in each others way. The restaurants and 24h convenience store directly below the hotel were also super convenient!

The hotel is really nice, but it's a little overpriced in my opinion. We got a 55% early year discount which was very, very nice, but I do think the price we paid now was a good value for the room we got. The room and hotel were very comfortable, but I personally wouldn't pay the full price they normally ask. Also, not the hotel's fault but just to be aware, we have encountered multiple rude workers at the convenience store that's 'attached' to the hotel, simply because we didn't speak Korean and didn't understand what they were saying to us and lashed out because they got irritated. So aside from that, if you can get a good deal, this hotel is really good and definitely worth checking out!!

I loved coming back after nearly 4 years. The rooms are so spacious and location is so accessible to buses and trains.

I was surprised to hear that the shuttle service which the hotel offered was only offered on Fridays. I wish it will come back cos it really helped me to get to places more quickly. I have to walk out to take a bus or train to Myeongdong for short shopping runs. Also could not do night shopping at Dongdaemun. Bring it back please!!

Hotel staff was super helpful and nice. The location was great, especially when you consider the nearest subway is Chungmuro!

AC was not working and when we let them know they said that it is a central system and they need to call AC company and it will take time. So they suggested to open the window. The weather was good, so we did open the window but it may not be the case.
