Great location, walking distance from many things, close to Metro lines to venture further and a convenience store on the ground floor for essentials. Good size apartment with everything you need

They didnt provided much in terms of supplies. 2 coffee capsules and 2 toilet rolls for a 6 night stay. We also used the same towels for that period. Bit of a round the world process to try contact the front office as the AI bot had very little intelligence

The location is excellent. Short walk from Chungmuro station (that has orange and blue metro line) and also short walk from Euljiro 3-ga (that has green and orange metro lines). I could reach most places in 30-40mins eg Hongdae and Gangnam. Also by using Naver maps, sometimes bus is a better transport mode and there are lots of bus option from Chungmuro station. Myeongdong is about 15 mins walk away. Good to get your shopping done and drop it back at the accomodation after. You can also walk to the areas such as Jongno and Namdeamun market in about 30 mins. Overall a good central location and quiet. Conveniences stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Checkin information is sent via emails and good keyless entry/door security system. There is a Wow machine in the lobby where you can change currency into Korean won. There is a full sized fridge and a washing machine that is handy for those who have longer stays. I stayed 12 days here and would stay again.

This is not a typical hotel accomodation. I one I stayed in was a studio apartment and Rooms are only cleaned on request (you have to pay for this service) and things like coffee capsules are not refilled (but can be purchased). This was not a big deal but just a note. Also they take garbage and recycling very seriously here so be prepared to take out your own trash and sort accordingly. There is also a security guard who will come and make sure its is done right. The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking making it hard to sleep. I could hear the noise of the elevator go up and down from my room which did wake me up.

Nice interior with possibilty to cook and wash your clothes.

Very thin walls. If you have loud neighbors, as we did, you need earplugs. Not staff to help you. Its only entry by code. Cleaning the room will cost extra. You need to sort your garbage accordingly. A Person is hovering the garbage drop off who will check if you are doing it right.

Within short walking distance to two subway stations and bus stop for airport coach. Apartment is well equipped with sufficient cookware for breakfast and simple meals. Washer and foldable clothes drying rack, etc. are provided. No English manuals for washer and other electrical appliances, had spent some time to figure out how they worked, with the help of google translate.

Tried to contact the property twice via Chatbot page before check-in, mainly for details of amenities since such is not available on Booking.com. No response at all! Later found out that info is available on the property's homepage. But for courtesy sake, some response from the property would've been appreciated. Throughout my stay no contact from the property. Not a complaint but personal touch is lacking here. Only 2 coffee pods and 2 bottled water are provided despite my 8 nights' stay. Mattress has a plastic sheet underneath the normal bed sheet, not comfortable. Power plug near the Microwave not working.

The location was really nice, it was a little hard to find at first since I saw it wasn't just one place it's a building where they rent. But we found it soon enough. The room was a bit small and kinda tight for me and my mom but the beds were a lovely size. Also I LOVED the heated floors

It's conveniently located at a 10-15 minute walk from Myeongdong, close by the subway station and one of the stops of the airport shuttle bus 6015.

Apartment construction makes it so ventilation is almost non existing. I had to use the AC all the time to have some air circulation.

The accommodation location is great, close to several metro stations with different metro lines. Please bear in mind, that the building name is Namsan Central View (the entrance to Urbanstay is on your right). The photos look exactly as the apartments are, i.e. stylishly furnished and well designed and laid out but not spacious.

As no front desk to help and they do not match the supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc.) and cleaning to the length of stay, we were there seven days with two towels, almost no toilet paper at the end and no cleaning.

The unit was beautiful, seems newly renovated and has the needed amemities, including kitchen and laundry. The building was near Chingmuro station which was convenient. This station also had elevators and escalators so not a problem with luggages. It was also good that there was a room to store luggages in case of late check-in or early checkout while flight departure is at a later time.

There is nothing which was not to like. The garbage segregation was strict which was good. However, if possible, the accommodation can already provide the required color coding plastic bags since we had a hard time looking for them

We had such a great experience staying here. The location is absolutely perfect — just a 5-minute walk to two metro stations: Chungmuro Station (Blue Line) on the left and Euljiro 3(sam)-ga Station (Blue & Orange Line) on the right. It’s also only about a 16-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping street, which made exploring Seoul super convenient. The property was super clean, and we loved that the windows could be opened for some fresh air. They really thought of everything — from shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner to laundry and dishwasher detergent. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils we needed, plus a washing machine which came in handy. They also provided a build in big refrigerator, hanging rack a lot of cupboard to keep your cloths, shoes and personal items! Also provided Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. :) Another plus: they provided 2 bath towels, 2 face towels, and a floor mat — which not every place does! In my past experiences, some properties only provide small towels, so this was definitely appreciated.

We had a lovely 8-night stay and really enjoyed the place! Before booking, we noticed a few reviews mentioning that they did not provide enough toilet paper, so we were prepared. But when we checked in, we found that one of the rolls was already used, and there was only one fresh one in the cupboard. For longer stays like ours, it would be super helpful if a few extra rolls could be provided — maybe one for every couple of days? That said, we reached out to the property and they responded quickly and kindly by sending over more toilet paper, which we truly appreciated. Great service overall! As this property is more like a serviced apartment, just keep in mind that guests are expected to separate and dispose of their own garbage — so it’s good to be aware and ready before booking.

First time here and we loved it already.. the instructions were so clear for check in and the host was very responsive to all our questions.. the room is a good size considering it was at a very central location - its in between 2 stations with 3 lines so getting anywhere was easy.. a G25 at the lobby and there are eateries nearby - very good location as a base for Seoul

We were satisfied with almost everything just that we did have to figure out a lot of stuff like the aircon controls where the iron was and how to turn on the cooking stove.. It would be nice to have it on the stay guide which they had in the room - besides that it was really a pleasant stay
