Early check in, staff is very friendly and helpful

The rooms are a little dirty. Some stains around. Could have been better.

About 10min walk to Myeongdong. Located in a neighbourhood with lots of restaurants (you got to go into the side lanes), and cafes. Easy to grab a taxi. You can either wait by the roadside or the hotel can call one for you and it will come in 1-2 minutes. Good that it's away from busy Myeongdong as traffic is bad there. Triple room was the corner room right in front of the lift. Big and spacious for 3 adults and there were 2 wardrobes which is really helpful. Toilet was new and modern. No leaking of water onto the floor when you shower. Room is fairly new with convenient light and aircon switches on the wall and next to the beds. Beds were really comfortable and they gave every person 2 pillows each. Housekeeping was thorough and clean. Did not try the hotel food. Staff was polite and some could speak English really well. Most can understand and speak basic English. We loved the gym! Pls think about adding a universal set for training the upper body.

Shower area should have a grab bar. Need more wall hooks in the toilet. Vanity area had no shelves so it was difficult to keep our toiletries dry. Hotel has 16 floors and we stayed on the 7th floor. Our windows were facing another office building and their windows so we had to keep our curtains closed most of the time, as buildings were so near to each other. Lack of a large supermarket nearby although there were several minimarts nearby selling very basic stuff. We had to walk to Shinsegae for that.

We loved the location, it’s situated away from the busy streets so you can have a nice relaxing stay without the noise, but close enough that you can walk to the best parts of myeongdong wishing a few minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel was incredible for a 3 star hotel, it did feel more like a 4 star, thank you G2 Hotel

Booking.com showed the hotel to be a 4 star hotel when in fact it was a 3 star, regardless it was value for money but I feel booking.com should be more transparent with this. Absolutely nothing the hotel could do about it, I cannot fault the hotel, great stay

Room was very comfortable for myself and my 80 year old mother on our first trip to Korea. Cleaning of room was offered daily and cleaning staff very approachable and pleasant. Reception staff also helpful and pleasant. Location was perfect. Close to main busy area but far away enough not to be disturbed. Lovely bakery close by and plenty of bars and eateries in short walking distance. Very close to subways and buses. Location was ideal for my mother who uses a walking aid as close to elevators for subway entrance and exit, and nearby restaurants after a long day sightseeing. Would recommend and would visit again

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like

The hotel is conveniently located in Myeongdong, a walk less than 5 minutes from the subway stations and a walk less than 10 minutes from the main shopping streets. There are convenience stores (CU, GS25, 7Eleven) located very close by, and there are multiple good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV has mostly korean channels, with 2 or 3 channels in English (Discovery Channel, news channels). The hotel has 2 laundry & 2 dryer machines on the basement floor, which are free to use. There is a vending machine with laundry detergent in a small packet for 5,000 won.

We wanted our room made up by room service twice, so we left the hotel from early morning until after 2pm. But when we came back both times, our room was still not cleaned. We had to ask room service for new towels. My friend asked for her room to be cleaned too, and room service only made the bed. The bathroom was not cleaned, and towels were not replaced. The laundry machines were convenient, but the machines needed more thorough cleaning/maintenance.

Room was clean and comfortable There was a small table to have late night snacks that was great Spacious so we could open our luggages with not problems Wonder Bread cross the street was super, highly recommended.

although it was 5 min walk from Euljiro 3(sam)ga station but along the way, there were many restaurants and they left their garbage on the street so unpleasant to walk through it was quite a walk from Myeongdong (15 min walk) so could be exhausting walking back from Myeongdong at night

Location is central, the room is clean and the receptionist is helpful especially when we checked out. The taxi we booked to go to the Incheon Airport didn’t turn out at 3.30am and the driver didn’t picked up his phone but the receptionist quickly helped us to get another taxi so we could still take the plane home in time. Very appreciative.

Breakfast lack of choice

Very good location - about a 5-10 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping street. Has a convenience store right downstairs the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful to allow us to check in early + keep our luggages for a few days while we were in Jeju after we checked out.

Went during winter and the hotel has a central heating system that turns on automatically during the night. Can't adjust (only can turn it off) so it's either too hot or too cold. But no big deal as we can open the window for the cool wind to come in (and it has a mosquito net too so no worries about insects flying in!)

Room was big enough, bed was comfortable, toilet is with bidet and with all the toiletries you need(toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, comb, cotton buds, cotton pad, shower cap) location was not too near but not too far from places we needed to travel to, plenty of convenient shops nearby, nice rooftop garden, reliable area to do laundry in basement too. Staff were overall nice and helpful too. Tips: Take one of the cards at the lobby counter that has the address of hotel in case you need to take taxis. There are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers which take approx 1.5h and 1h for normal wash.

Like most reviews here, the corridor to rooms is pretty dim.

Customer service was great, room service was done everyday and staff made room very clean, location was great not a far walk to myeongdong district, as well as quite and alot of small resturants and cafes, close to public transport. Rooms where good size plenty of room to move around, beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Only problem is the toilets clogging, and even though the washing and dryer machines are free you have to pay $5000 won for liquid detergen which I found a bit pricey as other hotels I've stay only charged $1000 won.
