This was my second time staying here but this time with two friends. We got a room with two beds and a sofa bed. It was surprisingly not as tight as we expected it would be. Granted, we had to take turns opening our luggage on the floor or putting our luggage on our respective beds but this was not really an issue for us. Breakfast was standard fare but did the trick to set us up for the morning -- eggs, sausages, bacon, breads and spreads, plus some fresh fruit, yogurt, and a coffee machine. Location is 10/10 as it is on the quieter side of the main shopping street, had a convenience store right across, and a money changer on the corner. As a bonus: there is a cafe next door that opens early and serves really delicious salt bread.

The location is very convenient since it is close to Myeongdong Station, the underground shopping area, close to the shopping streets, and restaurants. There is a 7/11 just across the hotel so it's easy to buy snacks and necessities without walking too far. Also, it is not smack in the middle of a busy shopping street so it is not too noisy if you opt to rest or chill at the hotel. We hired a car service to go to the hotel and since it is near the main road, our car service didn't have any trouble getting to the hotel. It is within walking distance of the Myeongdong Cathedral and a short walk to the bus station/meeting point (if you bought tour tickets for Nami Island and Everland from Klook). The hotel is futuristic. Once you get inside, you'll be greeted by two robots and two mechanical dinosaurs. You can check in using the machine but if you need assistance, you can call the staff using the phone on the counter. Check-out is also a breeze, just surrender the key cards in the machine.

It's not something that bothers me but I hope they offer more breakfast options. They have the same menu every day. During our stay, the coffee machine broke down but luckily the staff was very resourceful and brought a coffee maker.

Great location, quiet at night, and they let me leave my large luggage with them for over a week while I was traveling elsewhere which was immensely helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This hotel is conveniently located. We enjoy walking to many shops and restaurants around our hotel. But the room is very small, and one of the driers in the basement was broken. We got the refund, but drying our clothes again takes so much of our time.

We do not like the size of our room. We also do not like the fact we can only get two twin size beds. The breakfast place is disappointing; I would not recommend having the breakfast in the hotel.

Staff was amazing! Service in fluent English and Japanese for our needs. Our room was surprisingly large and everything was comfortable as expected. Bed was comfy, rooms were warm in the winter (maybe even sightly too warm, but this can be solved by opening the window), shower and bath were clean with hot water and great water pressure.

There was an unpleasant odor in most hallways, especially B1 floor with the laundry facilities and smoking area. This did not extend to the guest rooms however. Breakfast was passable but I wished for a little bit more variety and cleanliness in the dining area.

Fantastic location close to the shopping street in Myeongdong, the airport bus stop was also close as well as two train staions. There was great food options along the street and a 7 eleven across the road. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern, with netflix on the tv. We had a fantastic view of the Seoul Tower.

The breakfast could be changed up or expanded a bit as the options are limited. The breakfast space is also quite small so we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes on two of the days to be able to enter and eat, not a huge issue but slightly annoying. Although its to be expected as they included the room size in the booking details, we did struggle to find floor space to open our suitcases as the bed is right in the middle, we managed though.

The location, right on the street a few steps to Myeongdong restaurants, shops and night market. A short walk, too, or a block or so away from the Airport Limousine bus #6015 stop to and from Incheon International Airport.

Small room, we were in a Twin room, high floor with a view of Namsan Tower (The view of the tower was nice which made up for the tiny space & lack of clothes storage space). I could hear the noise from the shower/water pipes of neighboring rooms. It’s okay if you sleep like a log but bothersome if you’re a light sleeper as the noise seemed to come and go late at night and into the wee hours of the morning. No outside noise though, which was good.

The hotel is located at the end of one of the main streets that goes through the area, but opposite the busy, bustling night market/street food carts area. So walking to and from our hotel was calm and quiet. There is a 7-11 directly across the hotel entrance. Many eateries and shops in the area. Nearly straight 15 minutes' walk to Namdaemun Market area for great shopping. The hotel was very close to the meetup place for our Nami Island/Alpaca World/Rail Bike Tour. And although we got lost in the dark early morning walk, and many other times, everyone we asked (via Google Translate!) helped us get to where we needed to be.

Loved the wetroom and mini bath, clean room, super friendly breakfast staff and food options good, comfortable size room for Seoul, very easy walking distance from exit 10 Myeongdong station and quick walk down the street to Myeongdong main streets but with the benefit of staying in a quieter area. 7/11 across the road. Was on the top floor (8) and had a lovely view of Seoul Tower and didn't have any issues getting the elevator quickly. Easy and quick check in and check out via the self service computers. 12pm check out which was amazing and luggage stored after check out without problem.

Breakfast can get busy between 9am-10am but signs in the elevator very clearly advise of this so it's not a shock. Staff work very hard to get people in and out efficiently. The air con was sometimes a little loud during the night.

My son and I picked this hotel for its location- which is very convenient! It was clean ( daily room cleaning ) and comfortable - two twin beds with large tv. There seemed to be a big breakfast but we didn’t eat there - preferred the cafe next door or saving more room for better local food for lunch or dinner. Important to note, though, do not stay here if you are expecting help with navigating Seoul , dinner reservations, etc. The counter is staffed by robots. The only time we saw anyone at the front desk was when we needed to store luggage .
