Room temperature was to hot and hard to keep. Sleeping was difficult due the hot temperature in the room. Everything else was great.

the property is in a very ideal location, just outside exit 9 of Myeongdong station, and across the road is airport bus 6015 station. it is also in Myeongdong walking street and opposite is 12 levels Daiso. I like the location and property is clean. there is cold/hot water dispenser at every level which comes with ice dispenser.

the property has no lounge for bigger group to have meal or chilling. The exit 9 from Myeondong station is with 2 long flight of stairs, if taking big luguage, pls do not attempt to take Arex, but take airport bus which the station is just across the road of this hotel.

Oct 25 - Nov 1 2022 Couple The hotel room is a bit small but ok for 2 of us. It is clean and comfortable. There is a coin laundry in the basement. Myeongdong Subway Station is right outside the hotel (Exit 9) and airport bus stop is about 30 m away. However if u use the subway and u have heavy and big luggages pls note Exit 9 and 10 are just stairs. U can use Exit 7/8 where there are escalators. They are about 80M away. Myeongdong shopping/eating area is just behind the hotel and u can walk up to Namsam Tower or the Namsam cable car station which is opposite the hotel. U collect yr breakfast in the morning at lobby and bring up to yr room. There is a convenience store right at the hotel (outside the lobby) and Twosome Cafe is just outside to the right. If u need tourist info suggest u go to the 2 tourism info centers in Myeongdong area. The bigger info centre is next to Korean Exchange Bank nearer to Eulji-ro Could not show status on room as I took a video instead of picture and could not upload

The hotel is VAT refundable but since we paid via Booking.Com we could not claim. U have to pay at the hotel in order to claim the VAT refund.

Location is excellent. Stonethrow away from Myeongdong shopping area. Very near Namsan Tower and walkable to Myeongdong Cathedral. Comfort is above passable, and size of our Quadruple room is good for four of us, 2 shower area,1 toilet. But AC is facing our head so its so cold when we sleep.Buffet breakfast is available.Laundry and microwave at the basement. Staff are nice and helpful.i like the 24hrs front desk. Myeongdong Subway and Airpprt Limo bus station is infront. We appreciare the Free water at the hallway. 711 is inside the hotel.

Few food selection for breakfast compare to Skypark Central Myeongdong. No early check in.

Front desk rude when we request an extra blanket he told us to turn off the AC or pay for a blanket. The laundry facilities very expensive 5,000 w for each one washer and dryer

I spent three nights here with my son while sightseeing in Seoul and selected this hotel because it is convenient to the metro, shopping and dining, and was a designated pickup point for our DMZ tour. It also seemed to be a good value for the price. Because the tour start was 7:00 am, we wanted to be as close as possible. The hotel is located right next to the Myeongdong metro station exit 9, and at the edge of the shopping district with tons of stores, restaurants, and street food. It was easy to get to the Seoul Tower and Yongsan (National Defense Museum) by metro. Later, we walked back from the Gyeongbok palace through the Bukchon neighborhood and Insadong in about 30 minutes. The room was small with two twin beds, but perfectly comfortable and the wi-fi was free and fast. Breakfast is available at the Ramyun restaurant connected to the hotel - it's a buffet for about $10 and includes eggs, sausage, bacon, breads, cereal, and some Korean options. There is a convenience store connected to the hotel as well.

The shower head in our room is on a removable wand but when set in the holder, it points right at your face and the holder is not adjustable. The shower curtain is not sufficient for the space and thus, if the water is on full and you move around, the water will hit the back wall and spray into the bathroom. Our solution was to just turn the water on only halfway. There is no fitness center. Even when turned down, the heater in the room makes it really warm, which I liked because it was freezing out, but you may not. There was no view from our room.

- We stayed in the Triple Room - it was clean and good for three persons space-wise - Bathroom is modern and clean - there is a main bathroom (bath + toilet + basin) and a secondary one (with a shower only) - Friendly staff - Location: close to Myeongdong, convenient for shopping + there is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel

- The lighting of the room is not very bright, a bit difficult to do make-up in the room

Location: Very close to Myeongdong street market, Seoul attractions. Has Hotel Staff : The front desk staff were generally helpful and accommodating especially Sol Yuna and Nguyen Ngoc Trinh. The housekeeping staff were courteous. They clean the room thoroughly, fresh and clean beddings , towels everyday. Facility: The hotel has laundry facilities. Free wifi was an excellent thing to have.

No toothpaste and toothbrush provided considering the price. I wish they have English language on the laundry washer and dryer. I wish they have the coat sanitizer working.

The property is walking distance to several restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas. It is right across the biggest Daiso building we ever saw and seconds-walk away from Myeongdong shopping street. The room cleaning is good and the corridors and elevator cars smell pleasant. They had a sign in the reception that says they don’t have, and manage ifever, bed bugs, which is one of travelers’ big concerns. There is a ramyun restaurant on the ground floor, and a Twosome Place coffee shop right beside. There is a water dispenser on our floor which is convenient for both cold and hot water needs.

The rooms are a bit small, but enough for resting, and you have to bring your own personal amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. There is however a 7-11 and a vending machine that offers those on the ground floor. There is a separate smoking room in our floor but the smell goes in the corridors everytime a smoker goes jn and out that room, though just minimal.

Out of the three places we stayed during our 10-day trip in Seoul, this was the best one. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent - close to many restaurants, metro stations, and sightseeing spots. Myeongdong may be known as a touristy area, but in my opinion, it’s the best place to stay when visiting Seoul. It’s super convenient and lively.

- The window couldn’t be opened. I’m not sure if that’s common in Korea, but we would have liked some fresh air in the room. - The Wi-Fi didn’t work on our last day at the hotel. Still, overall, it was a great experience!
