Location – is very convenient, especially if you want to stay in Myeongdong where everything is accessible. It is also easy to ride the airport limousine bus from the airport to the hotel and vice versa (bus will not stop directly at the front of the hotel but just few meters from it). When you go outside of the hotel, you will immediately see Myeongdong station Exit 10, which makes it very convenient when using the train! It is also near to Myeongdong street food, which makes it easier to look for places to eat anytime. It also has the big daiso right in front of it. Staff – all the staff I have engaged with were very nice and ready to help! Very respectful especially when I inform them every morning to have our room cleaned. Also kind when we had our luggage leave in the lobby before check-in and after check-out. Room – we got the Deluxe Twin Room and it was unexpectedly spacious!! The closet for the clothes were also spacious which could even fit 3 of our luggage in there. There is also free water everyday. They always refill water to our refrigerator even though we still have a few bottles. But most importantly, we got the room that I personally requested! Which is the Namsan tower view 💗. The bathroom was clean and had basic things except for toothbrush and toothpaste which you still need to purchase one if you'd like. Others – lobby was also spacious and had seats that we could sit at while waiting for our check-in. Plus their toilet are also well-maintained and clean. Thank you, SEJONG HOTEL!!

This is a great hotel, we stayed here from 11/4/2023-11/17/2023, located in myeongdong (exit 10). Keep in mind it’s all stairs for that exit when bringing your luggage from the subway. Great view of Namsan Tower, even more lovely when lit up at night. Staff were excellent and friendly, they spoke in English and many other languages. 711 and emart are close by the hotel if needed. Location was perfect since walking to see everything myeongdong has to offer is all close by. Many subway entrance/exits are nearby so it is easy to get by. There is a bus stop nearby which is a 10-15 min walk which is convenient as well! If you are wondering, there is an airport bus shuttle that can take you to Incheon terminal which was perfect. They accept cash & tmoney and is located walking past exit 10 until you see a airport bus shuttle sign with a worker there (the hotel will have the timetable of the bus schedule)This is a great hotel if you wanna stay in myeongdong. I highly recommend it!

There are protest signs out the hotel and protesters at night, but they don’t bother you. The AC is controlled by the hotel so we were not able to control the room temp even if we changed the settings sadly.

The location is great - it's at the heart of Myeongdong shopping area and the night markets. The train station is just a few steps away, and 2 stops will take you to the town centre. If you want to, you can take train to the hotel from Gimpo or Incheon airports. However mind you that you will have to transfer at the Seoul Station, which is rather old and difficult to find a lift for your heavy luggage! We requested a 15th floor room with views and it turned out to be great! Quite some places in Seoul seemed to have lower than normal ceilings, same did our hotel room. So the views provided better feels of the space. They provided buffet style breakfast for 22,000 wons only, with Abalone Congee and many side dishes. The staff members are polite, speaking good enough English.

It could be seen that luxurious materials were used in the last renovation, such as marble vanities. However, the dark brown to medium beige color scheme had made the hotel lobby and the rooms outdated and a bit depressed. Lightening up some of the deco colors may help. Nonetheless, the entrance of the hotel with a huge chandelier still boasts some grandness, like it's name suggests.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is amazing since it's just outside Exit 10, making it really easy to get to when first arriving at Myeongdong station. Myeongdong is super accessible from here, which is really convenient. Since it's not in the complete centre either, it's not crowded to get out of. The room itself was spacious and really comfortable. As well as that, the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the highlights for me were definitely the location and the cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Location near to myeongdong night market, airport bus stop and underground shopping. Biggest room you can find in Seoul for a family of 4. 4 single beds. Spacious enough to open up 2 big luggage at the same time. Living area with sofa and table for us to have meals. Laundry room to wash our laundry. Daily housekeeping.

Bugs in room near windows. Protest at main door but the peaceful protesters did not disturb anyone, so it wasnt much of a problem. Pillows were too soft. No toothbrush or toothpaste. Shower head can't be fixed on the holder properly.

We really like the spaciousness of the room & bathroom, and the view of the Seoul Tower. The location was great. It was near the shopping streets of Myeongdong and very close to Exit 10 of Myeongdong Station and the Airport Bus.

The protestors outside the entry of the hotel were a bit off putting, but they did not interfere or talk with us, so they didn't impact on our stay. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming for the price.

The room size is superb and the view of Seoul N tower is amazing. The location if the hotel is very good with access to airport buses and the metro in close proximity. Do note that the metro exit nearest does not have lift/ escalators. If you need it, you have to use the opposite exit 1 and cross the road. The staff including house keeping staffs are very polite. The hotel is clean and equipped with charging ports with lightning and USB C available. They also have 220V sockets so I didnt have to use my adaptor.

Lighting is a bit too dim for me and sometimes it could be quite noisy outside during the day even with windows closed. But it was fine at night.

Location was great, room spacious, personal nice and professional

A bit old, needs to be renewed, mosquitoes dead on the ceiling need to be cleaned and something needs to be done with the employee protest. They got wrongly fired and the protest has been there for a couple of years already which is quite sad. The owner needs to do something about it

Hotel was extremely close to Exit 10 of Myeongdong station, the staff were friendly and responsive when we had requests.

The initial room we were assigned had a wall with torn wallpaper and mold near a vent in the ceiling. After telling the staff, they immediately shifted us to another room which did not have such problems. There are also multiple protest signs along the outside of the hotel due to former workers reporting that they were unfairly treated and fired during Covid-19.
