The location and hospitality of the guest house. Infront is Daisoo, Starbucks, e-mart 24h and the metro line. Walk 3 min and you are in Myeongdong shopping street and their food stalls. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in all aspects. If you need their help with local language, they will assist you in any possible way. The guest house is a nice experience of living in korean style, with sleeping in futon and having a one bedroom accommodation. Kitchen snacks open 24/7 and they also have a small smoking area :)

Location is unbeatable, just steps away from the main part of Myeongdong plus the metro and bus stops. It was also just one block away from the Airport Limousine bus stop. Facilities were simple but clean, plus a complimentary simple breakfast and snacks were provided. The value for the price was phenomenal. Staff were also very friendly.

People staying here should be aware that the shower is directly onto the restroom floor, and that there is no formal mattress, just pads on top of hard flooring. This is not unlike other parts of Asia, but just something to note.

It is clean,quite,comfortable and most of all very close to all shops.

We love how welcoming, hospitable and helpful Ari’s House staffs. The place is indeed not big but it feels like home away from home. People are warmth and we are comfortable. My daughter wants to go back to Seoul and stay here again. Location : the place is peaceful and quiet. You can comfortably. It is near Daiso, Starbucks, train station and the Myeongdong Streetfood and stores. Breakfast: the bread is good, their jams are good too. They have free coffee cup noodles and free snacks! Oh. The room is pleasant. The bathroom is clean and not smelly.

There is a choice of biscuits and jams and butter, coffee, milk, tea, home-made sort of tea with herbs (very tasty) and ramen all day long. Every guest prepares his own breakfast and washes used dishes and utensils. Situated at the very center, two minutes' walk from the stop to and from the airport. Friendly, helpful and smiling personnel. We felt heartily welcomed.

We are not used of sitting on the floor. Although the futons were very comfortable and we slept very well, we would have appreciated the addition of a pair of stools in our room (we did not ask for them though).

Great location very close to Myeongdong shopping streets and the metro station. This is a very clean, quiet and cosy place. Perfect for solo travellers. Breakfast was available every morning. Snacks available all day. Great shower. The owner is friendly and very helpful. There is a very big Daiso nearby, which I loved. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around.

I'm getting a bit old and stiff for the traditional beds on the floor but it was ok for a few days. The style of beds are clearly shown on the website, so that's fair enough.

I was in Seoul for the 1st time, but thanks to Ari House I felt really welcomed there. The owners helped me with every little request I had, and provided me with all the things that I needed. They also gave me advices on what places to visit, and treated me with korean snacks ^.^ The room was clean and cosy, I also liked sleeping on the mattress on the heated floor - it was surprisingly comfortable, so much that it was hard to get up in the morning ^^; Besides, the guesthouse's location is very convenient - you can get to subway station in just 2 minutes, and there are major Seoul attractions in a walking distance. All in all, I enjoyed my stay a lot, and I am really grateful to the owners for the hospitality they've shown me. I will definetely choose this place again next time! *(^o^)*

I loved everything and wish I could have stayed longer

Central location, very near the airport limo bus stop, train station exit and myeongdong. It is also very accessible to other tourist areas. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. The room floor was warm. Free instant noodles and breakfast included, breakfast was 8-12, which was a rather long period, a good thing. Travellers were mindful to be quiet after about 10pm.

The toilet floor was really cold (there are slippers). Just be mindful that there aren’t any lifts to your room.
