This hostel is placed in a great area, between Namsan Tower and Myeongdong, close to bus stops and metro station. Rooms are big enough, beds really comfortable. The staff is helpful so you can ask them whatever you need. You need to have a reservation prior to arrival so make sure you book this specific place as there are few other locations in Seoul/Incheon with the exact same name :D

Very well located and has everything a backpacker might need. Towel, body wash & shampoo, hair dryer, generic self-serve toast-egg-ham-cereal breakfast, plus you can buy things like instant noodles and cola in the lobby. The capsules have a decent amount of space to have some of my things in with me. You can borrow an electric heating pad to keep you warm, but the place was nice and warm in general. The staff was very nice and you can keep your luggage in the lobby before/after check-out.

The whole place could use a deep clean. In all fairness, the capsule itself was okay but besides my bed, the rest of the place just felt a bit sticky. Also, I stayed in a room in which the metal lockers are inside the room (most others are on the corridor). So I was woken up by people banging locker doors regularly. Also, there was no space for big luggage in the rooms so be prepared to keep your luggage in the lobby (obviously, not very handy). Overall though, for the price I would recommend.

The location is great, good value for money and a very easy check-in and check-out system. The capsules were comfortable and spacious and the included breakfast is very generous.

The men's bathroom/shower space is quite cramped and there was only 2/3 showers working so sometimes had to wait, I understand things break though so if the third one is working it would've been fine. The room was also quite smelly, there are signs asking people to leave their shoes in the locker and it's not the staffs fault that people bring their stench but more perhaps could've been done to counter it as I didn't notice any air freshener or anything to help. These are minor though, place is great and would recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Cube Hotel. The bunk was comfortable and affordable. It was very easy to check in. Just walk in, and pick up the note with your name from the board by the entrance. Padlock for my locker didn't work properly at first, but I just made sure to call the reception desk and they replaced it easily, so I appreciate that. I also appreciate that the staff kept my towel since I forgot it after leaving (I bring my own towel from home when traveling), and I received it freshly washed and dried when returning a couple of days later (since I was staying an additional day a week after, as I was traveling back and forth from Daegu). I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. One of the biggest pros is that the accommodation is very close to Myeongdong market, so you have no problem walking down the street and checking out the market yourself. It's very close to the station as well, so you are easily able to use the subway system too.

Bathroom and showers were a bit small. It was difficult to balance your clothes and hang them up in the small changing area on the other side of the shower curtains. It works, but it was quite the the challenge. If there was a table or some kind of surface to store your clothes on, that would help a lot. Not sure if such a fixture would fit there though.

Great location in Seoul to walk around, only about 200 metres from the train station. Cool neighbourhood. Fun little cubes to sleep in with plenty of space to sit up and not feel claustrophobic. This is a great location to experience Seoul from, with touristy areas just to the north (Myongdong), a nice little mountain to walk up just to the south (Namsan), and a series of traditional markets to the northeast.

Like many places in Korea I imagine, they have suffered a lot from the covid lockdowns of the last couple years. International staff needed to be laid off and the few visitors have been local. The one guy running the place has had his hands extremely full, so please give him some understanding. Nevertheless, you should visit this place international people! Also, it's a hostel, so don't expect luxury accommodations.

Convenient location closed to Myeongdong subway station and the Myeongdong shopping district. There is a Seven-Eleven just opposite to the hostel. Friendly staff always with smiley face.

The hostel is located on the third floor of the building (ground floor is first floor in Korea). It could be harsh if you have heavy luggages. The changing area within the shower room was a bit small and was only separated by a curtain. My slipper and the floor on the changing area were all wet after I took a shower.

The location is one of the best for staying in Seoul. It's quite well-connected to subways and buses, and the Myeongdong subway station is just a 2-minute walk from the place. It is one of the few subway stations with various shopping stores. On the opposite side of it, there's a huge market place with lots of street food stalls as well. Complementary breakfast is a big plus - especially if you go out early in the morning for sightseeing. And most importantly, the hotel staff are extremely helpful regarding everything and always behave very nicely. Overall, it was quite a peaceful place to stay.

A few washrooms have broken equipment. When fixed, it would be totally great!

I loved the place. The manager was really sweet and could understand english. The check in and check out process was very easy. The guests here were all foreigners and it was quite good to mix up with each other. The restrooms were really good and overall all the facilities were top notch. I recommend this place for all international tourists who want to explore all tourist sites and it was really close to the subway station to commute across the city.

The guesthouse is perfectly located. In the center of Myeongdong but not on the main street which makes it quiet. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice (cereals, toast, cheese, milk, eggs...) Small detail but I appreciated the fact that the light of the capsule was located next to its entrance. It is easier to light it off when you go out.

The rooms are too small. 4 beds have only around 50cmx1m of available space for their suitcases. It is not really convenient. Since I had a hiking backpack, I put it in the capsule but then I had less space in my bed.

I used twice time. I could have a nice time this time roo. The hotel's is close Myeong-dong station.It takes about 5minutes from the station. The hotel give me some towels,a locker,thick mattress.I could be refresh and deep sleeping. I was the most Impressed that they give me a breakfast servise. I could eat some bread and cheese and hams,butter,jam and coffee and boild eggs. I recomend,if you would like to be cheep. to travel.
