I liked that there were separate sleeping spaces, affording privacy. The location was great, although it is on a big hill, and it was quite the trek to make it up as a desk-jockey (I'm otherwise a slug at my desk). But it's just blocks from the heart of Myeongdong, and my son and I had a great time walking around for coffee, hanging at the night market, and doing some shopping. It's also just a short bus ride from Seoul Station, which we used to get everywhere from Pyeongtaek to Gangnam to Suwon, and eventually to Incheon. The hosts were wonderful and friendly, eager to make sure the stay was nice. Be sure to check out the rooftop, even if just for the view. It is so nicely set up as a place to hang out when staying. The free washer and dryer were wonderful as we ended up staying there 4 nights and only packed for 3 days at a time.

The bathroom is tiny... barely room to turn around. There was a shower curtain to keep the toilet paper dry! :D But nowhere really to store bathroom toiletries. We also ended up using 2 different rooms; in one, the bathroom had a funky odor that was a mix of mildrew and air freshener. There's also nowhere really to store luggage to keep out of the way during the stay. But these inconveniences were very minor compared to the overall positive.

Room actually small for family, location not convenient. Snacks area need to improve. Room rate over price compare to hotel. We moved to another hotel on our 3rd day.

Location to N tower is brilliant. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

I was in room 401 next to the stairs and the lift. I didn’t hear the lift but heard everyone going up and down the stairs. This room is also underneath the roof area. You can hear people moving chairs and items around. The room is old and tired. Patches of holes in the walls. Blind cords were a mess to untangle, curtains off hooks, dusty. Ceiling has had water damage above one of the beds. The bathroom is narrow. To sit on the toilet was difficult. I’m 174cm, anyone taller would have had a difficult time. The shower head doesn’t stay in the holder when the water pressure is up and the hot water switches off after about 3 minutes. The water temp is either boiling hot or cold. You can feel and hear the bed springs when you move. This room isn’t luxury as advertised, at best an okay hostel room for you and your backpacker friends.

The location and the roof terrace was good, the rest not.
