Staff - other than messaging on the booking app, we did not meet the owner nor had any need to meet it as the apartment is as described on the website. Location - great location to go around Seoul. There are several bus lines close by and subway as well, you can go from and to airport by bus/metro as well. Close to all the main sights in Seoul and close to Namsan Tower. Palaces are 20 minutes away by bus, while the museums are a bit further away (National Museum of Korea). Apartment - it is a very nice apartment, spacious with a nice, yet very strange bathroom (the shower is above the sink and you need to figure out how to use it - no big deal though). There are enough bed linen provided and also towels. Apartment has a nice balcony, with a nice night and day view on the city center. Bed linen was perhaps really a bit rough, but at the same time they were pleasant to sleep. It is completely fine and beds are clean. There are not many pans or other cooking equipment if you want to cook something yourself. There is a water purifier, microwave and a big fridge. It has also a washing machine. WiFi - great, fast and reliable. It worked smoothly during our stay. For going for some shops, you can go to shops anywhere as the prices around are similar (and quite high - especially for vegetables and fruits). It is located on a steep hill, so be mindful of this.

It is located on a steep hill, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might struggle with it. Comparing the prices, the kitchen could offer perhaps more equipment. Other than that, I guess this is an apartment for you if most of the time is spent outdoors.

The room is spacious, all amenities are complete (towels, body wash, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste), they provide a lot of clothes hanger, adaptor, hair dryer, TV, mini fridge and warmer. The bed is clean (even though it felt a bit thin & flat?) The hot water in the bathroom works really well. You can get drinking water in the kitchen and also cooks there. There is also a washing machine near the kitchen.

The location. It literally at the hill of Namsan. It is close to N Seoul Tower cable car. But the hill is very very steep. When you hike up with big and heavy luggages, woah.. it's really hard. When you hike back down with luggage, it is also really scary (I afraid to slip and lost control of my luggages). If you are traveling light, this place would be okay. But if you bring a lot of luggages, you may want to think twice.

The room was spacious and it had a good view.

The property is at the top of a hill, very steep road which was very difficult to get to by foot especially when with a child in a push chair. Also no elevator so stairs to the 3rd floor where the room was. Typical Korean shower style? The toilet and shower were in the same room, quite small and no separation: shower head was fixed over the sink.

It has all the facilities we need. Washer, dryer, iron (the iron is very effortless i like it). Hot water is working fine, heater also working fine. We have our own private toilet. The kitchen also has hot n cold water for u to drink, coffee available. There's also vacuum if u want to use. Anyways all in all its very convenient. The location is at Myeongdong station and very near to Myeongdong streets, underground shopping, and also meetup points for day tour. We go to Myeongdong street almost every night 🥰

We only can connect to the wifi on the first day and the last day ☹️ so sad, not sure why we cannot connect to the wifi the other days. The slope before reaching the guesthouse is very steep, if you are with luggages make sure to just go there by taxi from seoul station, its hassle free. Also no elevator, we are at 3/4th floor so yeah, need to climb up the stairs, but we are okay with it, its doable with the price we paid 😇

Great location if you are in physical condition to walk up a steep block. We were able to enjoy the night market and shopping close by every evening. Very quiet area close to transportation and many restaurants a short walk away. Owner was awesome. The two bedroom+kitchen unit provided lots of space for my family. Great air conditioning and fan. The washing machine, full kitchen and unlimited cold, clean water were awesome!

I think the hill could be challenging for some traveller's, but it would be possible to take a taxi from the main street. The beds were firmer than I am used to, but so were the others at almost every other hotel I stayed at in Korea and Japan. That just might be one of the facinating things you learn about by traveling. : )

Big and spacious room. You can open up your luggages fully. Clean, not dusty room. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are good to use. Detergent provided. There are weighting scale, machine, umbrella, bathroom spray, clothes spray, ironing board etc to use. Very useful. Shampoo, body soaps, colgate was were provided and of good quality, not bad. Showers were strong too^^ water dispenser is that best! Help us save some from buying from the convenience stores. The slope up was really high. We booked 7 nights so we climbed quite a significant distance. Saw reviews to book a taxi up as we have 1 big luggage n 2 cabin size ones. Agreed to take a taxi up but a certain slope up was very slippery. It's already very very smooth road due to wear and tear. Our taxi tried 3 times ramming his engine up then succeeded. Quite dangerous and we felt scared. I feel if your luggages are bulky but not that heavy as start of the holiday, still can push up. The journey takes about 15mins from the main road. Last 5mins is the tougest~ we checked out n push all our luggages down. Slow and steady no issues. Big luggage was 20kg and 2 small ones were 10kg each. Still doable.

The check-in was very easy. I dropped off my bag in the morning and returned later once the room is ready. Host was super helpful and responsive over Whatsapp. The room is not luxury, but clean and pretty spacious. I know other guests complained about it being on a hill, but I didn't mind it at all since I travelled light. The location is really good in terms of getting to different parts of Seoul - it's really centrally located. And I took a tram ride with a friend in Seoul to the hill top and it was literally 1 min away. The neighbourhood is local, safe and quiet at night, with a nice character. It is perhaps not upscale, but who cares. if you are on a budget this is a great, great value. Thank you again!

The house is very very cute! If I were the owner, I'd give it a makeover to make it more modern and comfortable. But for the budget it is comfortable and I can live with it.

Spacious room with heater which was absolutely necessary as it was -14C! Basic room which served us well for 3 nights, no frills and pretty straightforward. We arrived at 3am and I notified the staff who gave me clear instructions on how go enter. Very helpful!

The room could've done with some modernisation, paint chipped in the bedroom in several places, marks along the wardrobe and scuffs. Just obvious signs of ware and tare! If you're not able bodied then this might not be very accessible. It was at the top of a fairly steep hill, we arrived and it was snowing (and -8C!) and quite the task to take our luggage up the hill. There also isn't a lift so worth considering these factors if you are a family or have mobility issues.

An owner is very supportive, friendly and willing to help us communicate with locals to help us arrange a cab to the airport. Also, the owner helped us store our luggages while we were traveling to different cities for a few days. Regarding the amenities, we were provided with the sufficient number of essentials during our stay. Overall, we had a good experience in the accomodation.

Easy check in and check out. I had a nice big room. Towels, dental kit, slippers were present. Shared kitchen space where you could get free water and hot water Communication with owner was easy and quick.

Beds were quite hard. It was up a hill so not great for big suitcases, no elevator as well, but I could have known that beforehand. Better suited for people who travel light. Negative point, only 1 lamp and it was very very bright.
