The room is small but fully equipped and clean. There is a convenient washing machine and dryer and a kitchen for simple cooking. The accommodation is very convenient, 150m from the bus station. I can go everywhere with bus and subway. From guesthouse, I can walk to Myeongdong night market, go shopping at Lotte area very close. There are buses to traditional markets like Namdeamun, Donggeamun, Gwangjang market and Noryangjin fish market… Many thanks to the host for making it so convenient for us during this stay.

If you travel with partner or small group, you can consider to stay here. All facilities are in good condition. The owner very friendly! For Muslim, in the room there is Qiblat direction, so no need to be worried. The room is clean and neat.

Location is walkable from myeongdong mrtro station. Host had provided plenty of necessary information and things such as weighing scale, power adapters, coffee, utensils, tourist guides, etc, in the common kitchen area. The room was very small but had a small fridge, kettle, etc.

If you have a problem carrying luggage on uphill (street) or on the stairs, then think again. We arrived on a wet, freezing, snowy, windy day with a young kid, very small umbrellas and large suitcases and small hand carries. We had an extremely difficult time taking luggage from the station to the property and then upstairs to the room. However, the overall experience and nicer days later made it all OK. And we won't mind booking the stay again.

This place is just great. The location is wonderful. The Veda re comfy. The shower was SO GOOD!! So much power! The room was on the small side but had everything you need. The kitchen downstairs was great, we didn’t use it but at least there was free water.

Check in was a self one but we didn’t know that so when we walked in we were trying to find someone to help without seeing there was a whiteboard on the left where you could find your name and status of the room: so do that when arriving! Staff are non existent really, a lady came to fix the aircon and a guy said bye in the morning but apart from that- no welcome / no info.

Friendly & helpful staff, washer & dryer was free to use, kitchen was great for cooking basic food and free coffee sachets were welcome, good location for Myeong Dong & Namsan areas and also metro & bus stops, local supermarket nearby and usual convenience stores, lots of restaurants & coffee shops a short walk away as well as Myeonng Dong night market, clean & comfy room

Not all window panes were covered with a blind or curtain in our room, which made it very light once the sun came up

The guest house is located near the Seoul Tower, lots of nice restaurants, cafes and shopping streets close by. Easily reachable with the airport shuttle, busses and metro. The house and the rooms are a bit old but clean and absolutely suitable for a couple of nights. Value for money is really good in a city like Seoul. Very friendly and approachable staff.

The rooms could use some minor improvements e.g. fixing loose floor tiles and the bed linens were a bit old as well.

The heater works well during winter, shower was with good water pressure and heat. It is at a very good location for place to eat, shops, train station and airport bus station. Very convenient. Kitchen well equipped for own sitting of meals, there's the microwave and the water dispenser provided. There's fridge and kettle in the room also, which was great.

Room is a bit small and just have to be prepared to go up the stairs. Not a major issue just need to be prepared for this.

This is a decent place to stay. I’m impressed with the cleanliness. Our rooms were well prep, even smell so fresh. The owner responded really quickly to our messages and they have in-house washing machine + dryer that u can use with very reasonable charge. Good wifi connection.

didnt bother me much but if others wanna book this place, these are things that you may consider. Place: on the hilly side. No lift/elevator. Only stairs. Heater: during our stay we didnt really feel the heat. Bathroom heater: the hot water went on and off though we’d follow the instruction given to get hotter water temperature. Room: not too big nor small. We (2adults+1infant) took the double room and could easily move freely. (However, i feel the double room isnt very suitable for more than 2 adults). While another 3 adults stayed cosily in bunkbed room.

The location couldn't be more perfect. Walking distance to Myeong-dong street market, Seoul Station, Namsan park, a quaint Hanok village two nearby subway stations, food options abound! The room was sufficient, bed was comfortable, and the pillow was undoubtedly for me, the best part. Going up to the rooms might be a challenge if you have a large suitcase since the staircase can be quite tight. The provided kitchen/living space in the first floor was great! I'd certainly stay here again!

Love Love this place! Location, Clean, Pantry services, Super responsive owner who always responded to my messages very promptly . Owner & mother very friendly. Will recommend everyone to check out this place. Will definitely come back to stay at this place on my next visit

Bed, pillows can be improved. A clothes hanger or mini wardbrobe will be ideal If room cleaning is provided will be an added bonus. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay at this place.
