Excellent value for money considering the location - it takes less than five minutes to walk to Myeongdong shopping streets and Myeongdong subway station. The check in kiosk was easy to use, and the air con and wifi in the room worked very well. The bathroom was a good size and the water pressure was great, and overall the room was clean and well presented. Staff were very quick to respond when I messaged with a query.

The towels are small (they’re hand towels) but several were provided and more were readily available so it wasn’t a huge issue. Storage was a little limited, so some hooks on the walls to hang handbags, jackets, etc. would be nice.

The room had everything you could need for a holiday trip including a small fridge, hairdryer, international power sockets. The bathroom was clean and shower gel, conditioner, shampoo were also provided. Towels could be changed as needed and toilet paper was provided. The common area had an equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryers. The place was quiet and rooms are air conditioned although it was a bit hard to figure out the remote as it was in Korean a google search made it possible eventually. The beds are comfortable and clean. Location is fantastic, close by to the metro station and not far from all main tourist attractions.

The hill.. but you get used to it, and it's not that far

Great location for subway and airport limo bus. Room was reasonably clean. Bed was comfortable. Shared facilities like kitchen, washing were as expected. Note: we only realised on the last day of our stay that the TV and AC remote were in one. Easy self checkin and check out.

Bigger towels but then again they had abundance of the smaller towels available and we understand it’s more cost effective for the hotel.

The staff was very helpful, being able to call in at any time. The laundry facilities were amazing and free as well. The location was superb, right in Myeongdong and very close to the subway and busses. The room had a good shower and the airco did it's job during the sweltering summer days. Multiple charging cables were also available, which made it easy to charge all devices.

The room was a tad too small for fitting in the luggage.

Location. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillow.

The towels are to small was the only complaint I could give

Location was really good, as it was close to the Myeongdong markets, but also far enough to be calm and quiet. The path to the Seoul Tower is also very close. Staff was very friendly. Checkin and checkout were very easy. Rooms were quiet, I couldn’t hear my neighbours at all. The common was very nice as well. I got a cold during my stay in Seoul and having a tea in the common room was a blessing for my soul.

Sewage smell came out of the bathroom, and I could even hear the water flowing in the pipes. Lot of bugs were flying around in the bathroom because of that.

Location. Suggest to exit via exit 3 instead of 4 at Myeongdong station so as to use the escalator. The two exits are less than 100m away. There is a convenience store beside the hotel. Also, it is close to the heart of myeongdong.

Small towels, although you can take more from the front desk area if you need more. Noise when others close their door, but ear plugs are provided. Small room. No daily cleaning of room. Have to climb up a steep slope to get to the place.

The location can't be beat. You're in Myeongdong, shopping and dining and enjoying the finest of Seoul. Throngs of fellow tourists are there with you. We walked to a noraebang, PC bang, and took the subway to the palace. If you're a first time visitor to Seoul, this is a nice place to stay! We liked the community feel of the hotel/hostel, and were able to do laundry in the evenings when the machines were free.

The rooms sizes are small, be forewarned - as you could pay a lot more for a comfier room, but truth be told you can just spend more time outside - as we did, we stayed out from dawn until midnight having fun in the city.
