Exceptional value. Small rooms but that's expected in Seoul. In Seoul, one needs to walk, a lot! Given this, the location of this hotel is pretty good. It is very close to Namsan Hill cable car station. Myeongdong market is 15 mins away on foot. Namdemun market is 10 mins away. Namsan Tunnel 3 bus station is close by. This is the route for people traveling to Gangnam and the other side of the river Han. Many small restaurants near the hotel. Most close early though. A quiet neighborhood for a very good night's sleep. The lobby has fresh drip coffee every day till 2pm. A water dispenser is also available. Overall, a pretty good stay.

Cons: Wonderful location! Close to a couple different bus stops and a bunch of delicious restaurants. Very quiet, tucked away on a back street away from noise and traffic. Nice soundproofing in the rooms. If its raining they leave a bucket of umbrellas out for guests to use. A/C unit was quiet and the beds were comfortable. They provide slippers to use in the room and slippers for the bathroom.

The bathroom is a wet room, when you shower the water gets everywhere (needs a bigger partition or a shower door that closes), they should also put some non-slip stuff on the shower floor, soap is slippery. The light by the door is motion detected, it would sometimes turns on if someone closed a door to hard in the hallway or if the A/C turned on. Annoying having it turn on in the middle of the night.

Hotels staff are very helpful, feiendly and accommodating especially General Manager Park. We easily learned our way around because of his assistance - taught us how to use the Seoul Metro, which stations to take/alight, also recommended nearby places to go to. Hotel location is walking distance to the Namsan Tower, Myeong-dong Market, Namdaemun Market, metro stations, Namsangol Hanok Village, etc. The room we stayed at is just the right size for a couple, air conditioning and heating works; soap, shampoo, conditioner, bottled water provided daily; there's free coffee and tea at the lobby. We had a great stay!❤️

Would be better if coffee and tea are provided in the room too. Netflix on TV would be a plus!😊

I love how accommodating the staff is especially when I asked to change clothes first before leaving our luggages for storage as we arrived before their check in time. Aside from that, I love the how clean and comfy our room is. It is just the right size that we need. The bathroom is also spacious and well-lit and has a separate shower area compared to other hotels with their shower hose attached to the sink. Most of all, it is just a walking distance to the Namsan Seoul Tower (a famous tourist spot). It is also just a few minutes walk to Hoehyeon Station which was helpful when commuting. Aside from that, it is also a bus stop away to Lotte Department Store which was a great spot for shopping and just a few minutes away from Myeongdong which is ideal for tourists like me It is also reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

The only thing that I dislike was the central heating since during our last night, the temperature sorta went up which left us feeling a bit warmer than usual while we were packing our luggages. Good thing, we stayed here during the Autumn season which was generally cooler so we had a comfortable sleep every night.

Clean and comfortable stay although room might be a bit small for some people. It's nearby to Namdaemun market, Myeongdong shopping street, and N Seoul Tower cable car and all are walkable distance. Luggage drop of before check-in time and after check-out is allowed. Reception could speak manageable English and helpful when we need to book a taxi to Seoul station at 5am.

The only minus is it's location is uphill, so if you're bringing a big luggage, it's a tedious walk up if you're planning to walk from the subway station. Or else, just grab a taxi that cost 5000-8000krw from Seoul Station. If you're on backpacks, why not get a good exercise uphill right?

The location is good for visiting Seoul. From the Seoul central train station I would advise to take the metro line 4, be careful to exit via NO 1 and after that you have to push up the hill the trolley. I found this way much better than taking the bus. The staff is very friendly. You get every day shampoo and other things for bath.

If you have a room at the ground floor, the light inside is not that great plus it is noisy from other tourists that use the elevator or stay in the lobby.

A very pleasant and clean hotel, with nice modern rooms of decent size. We appreciated how well kept were the common spaces: corridors and the lobby. Very friendly and competent staff, speaking English. There is a designated luggage storage if you’re in need of it. Good central location if you plan to visit northern part of Seoul. Overall, very good accommodation, would come back.

It had everything we needed and was relatively close to the metro - yes, there is a little bit of walking and it is on the hill, but it was totally doable. We got a very good price and the 24h reception was very good after our flight arrived in the night. Location and walking distances can easily be checked with kakao or naver (or even google) and within the room we had everything we needed and expected.

Nice larger room for good value in the center of Seoul. Walking distance to the metro. It is uphill from the station, which could be problematic with lots of luggage. Though they look close on the map, not realistically walking distance from Seoul Station; take the metro one stop instead.

The hotel was very clean but often when walking around in the hallways there was a strong cleaning agent/detergent smell.

I chose this hotel because of the location review. I reached the hotel just by walking from the nearest bus stop from Incheon airport. I can also use the nearest subway station to go around Seoul. Also, it is just a walking distance, about 10 minutes, to Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong Shopping Street. The staff was very helpful. I even asked for help charging my power bank and borrowing their handphone charger, too (because mine was not working!). And for sure, I left my luggage before check-in and after check out :)
