This hostel has an exceptional location! It's super close to the 12-story Daiso building, Myeongdong Station Exit 1 (with an escalator and elevator!), and the Airport Limo Bus Stop. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They even helped us get food delivered right to the hostel. Plus, there's free-flowing cold and hot water on the ground floor, which was super convenient. The room had everything we needed - a hot shower, heated floors, and an air conditioner with a heater function. It was cozy, quiet and comfy.

The room size was on the smaller side, making it a bit hard to move around with more than two medium-sized luggage pieces. However, if you're traveling light, this won't be a major issue. There was a slight smell coming from the bathroom drain, but the hostel provides a drain cover and the exhaust system works well to counter it. Also, it's important to note that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. However, the staff are happy to help you carry your luggage upstairs. Considering the hostel's price point and great location, these minor concerns are easily manageable. Still highly recommended to stay here, especially for budget-conscious travelers.

Location, friendly and helpful staff helped to carry luggage up the stairs. Metro station with elevator and airport bus stop near by. Water, coffee, tea and a microwave in the lobby. A shared fridge in the hallway.

The room was the smallest I've ever been, but I slept well. 5 floors, no elevator. One night some customers did not follow the request of silence after 10 pm and were talking in the stairway very loudly even after request to be quiet and there is no staff at night to enforce this. I would have liked to have recommandations for near-by places for breakfast, althougt there is a convenience store round the corner.

I had a fantastic stay at Myeongdong Guesthouse Como with my family of four! The location is perfect just a short walk from the subway station and bus stops, which made getting around Seoul a breeze. It’s also surrounded by convenience stores, fast food outlets, restaurants, and shopping centers, so we had everything we needed nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile. My kids absolutely loved the place it felt cozy and welcoming for the whole family. If you’re traveling with kids and looking for a comfortable, accessible, and family-friendly spot in Myeongdong, this guesthouse is a top choice!

Really great location. Very close to the subway and loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The rooms are very small and there is no lift. The mattresses are also really hard and uncomfortable.

Safety was great. Electronic padlocks. Location is essentially what you are paying for because its across the street from central myeong-dong street. So, close to the action but quieter so you can sleep. Although the rubbish bins truck did keep me up sometimes. Friendly, helpful staff who tried their best with english. Great information in reception. Also got the airport service which was a luxurious car and efficient service, but quite expensive on a student budget. Marvin was good at communicating.

Room was incredibly small. Nowhere to put your clothes or suitcase (bed is low). Bed basically blocks access to shower so you have to hop over the bed. No towels given, had to pay 6,000 won. Personally, I did feel like the price I paid was not worth the size of the room, but I actually really enjoyed my cosy room in the end. I stayed about 5 nights.

Close to exit 1 and 2 which are exit 1 has elevator and exit 2 has escalator. That most important when travel by subway. Next, near to few halal restaurant. The staff really helpful. U can dm them in english. During mytime there is malaysian working part time so easy to communicate even i can speak english n basic korean. The room for single is just nice. Still can pray like usual. There is pantry free coffee n tea. They allow me to drop luggage one day earlier. Will choose this place again if travel to south korea. Near to daiso and shopping street

Location was great, very close to Myeongdong subway station. Room was quite small for 4 people but not unexpected as we had read the other reviews. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would likely stay here again.

- Walking distance to a 24 E-Mart! (Staff are kind; even taught me some Korean, willing to assist in fares and as a bonus they spoke English!) - Walking distance to Myeongdong Subway! - Walking distance to nearby stores (Daiso/Olive Young etc.) - Whole staff were nothing but friendly and approachable! They managed to assist me in travelling to nearby attraction! - Bathroom heater, air conditioner & floor heater was superb ❄️ A heads up for individuals who has any difficulty in walking; there's alot of uphills/stairs around the city so be mentally prepared! There's plenty of resting areas for you to take breaks!

The staff were friendly and helpful. From reading reviews I knew my single room would be very compact so it's best suited to people travelling with smallish luggage or rucksack. The building is old and could do with sprucing up a bit however I was otherwise pretty happy with the cleanliness of my room and it's bathroom. Also, excellent location both due to how close it is to Myeongdong exit 1 and a short walk away from the shopping hub and night market street.

How small the room was - but I can manage with the luggage I brought so am happy to stay there in the future though for another short stay. Also although I liked having a window, it faced onto a side road which was very noisy late at night though this seems due to the various types of rubbish collection at the time and this part of Seoul being lively.

The room and the bathroom were very clean. I was alone in a room for 4 people with private bathroom with air conditioning and a dehumidifier,but the space for suitcases was a bit little. You can have cold and hot water in the dining room and have a coffee or a tea in anytime. In the bathroom you have free products like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner even toothbrush and toothpaste. The owner was very kind and willing to help me with any problem. The best is the location because is 1 block of the subway station Myeondong (right at exit 1 there is a lift for to go up with suitcases) and near of the downtown. The area was secure and were restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. There was not breakfast, but you have coffee shops near the hostel like tous le jours and starbucks. The towels were litlle like 50*70cms, if you want a bigger towel I suggest you brings your own., because this is common in Seoul.

The bed was a bit hard for me.
