Very clean. Astounding location in the middle of the city. Every cool spot was maximum 15 by metro, or 60 minutes by foot. Uncomplicated Check-In an Check-Out.

Second Blanket for each bed was 22.000 Won per Day. Absolutely unacceptable! Changing of Towels was also an extra fee!

The location is easily accessible to 2 main subway stations. We can reach Chungmuro or Euljiro 3(sam)-ga stations easily. It is also close to the main tourist area, Myeongdong. For late night snack, you may just visit the GS25 or CU mart which is within walking distance from the hotel.

The room is rather small, we had difficulties in placing our 4 luggages. We also noticed that the room is rather dusty. Even when they did the 'tidy-up' we could see dust everywhere. They house cleaning team could do better to sweep or vacuum the rooms.

Location is great, in my favorite part of the city. Many convenience shops and restaurants nearby. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was great, always offering to clean and change towels. Size of the room was good, amenities all there. Power outlet already adapted to world plugs in the room. Great wifi. Water fountain in every floor. I loved it and will return for sure.

The location was great. Near Namsangol Hanok village airport limousine bus stop. Near places to eat. You can leave your luggage at the counter before check in.

Stayed with family with 2 teens, the loft ceiling is too low,. Maybe suitable for kids and small adults. Tidy up is every other day, with change of bed every 2 nights stay, but you can ask for towels.

The location is very near to Myeongdong. You can walk around 5-10minutes to Myeongdong street. There are a lot of shopping mall nearby you can explore such as Daiso 12 level, Lotte Mall, Shinsegae, Apple Store. You can choose subway Chungmuro station or Myeongdong station. The halal restaurant also nearby, Kim Seri Restaurant, Myeongdong Exit 1, Kampungku, Bakso, Halal Mart, Mari Meokja, Busan Jip. The coin laundry located on basement and pay using card. Each washing machine & dryer cost you 5,000won.

We initially had problems with the AC in our room and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They went above our expectations to help resolve the issue and made our stay so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The location and facilities made it a very comfortable stay!

The family room has a bunk style bed. The top bunk was very close to the ceiling which was ok for kids - but it was also next to the window on the 12th or 13th floor which was a bit scary.

The location is quite convenient. Around 5-7 mins walk to myeongdong mrt. Located in quite alley..not as crowded as myeongdong. Close to namsan tower. Also quite close to euljiro sam ga station. The room is quite spacious. Price is affordable

Lack of amenities. Didn't even provide toothbrush..pillow is too soft..

My room had an awkward column/wall at the foot of the bed , awkward because I can’t go through the center of a full size bed you must squeeze yourself or enter the bed at the foot side 😩🤣🙁 The reception area is so full of clients either waiting to be checked in or waiting to step out. Or they just mingling at the lobby.The space is small

Great location, 5 mins walk from airport bus 6001 and 6015. Close to subway, multiple restaurants within area. Room fairly compact but clean, comfortable and quiet, and reasonably priced. Water filters on each floor and kettle in each room. Issue with A/C was rectified efficiently and reception staff very helpful.

Shower over a tiny unusable bath, very tight space in bathroom.

Really good location. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room is spacious enough and has comfortable beds. Bathroom has separate shower area and bathtub with shelves for toiletries. Hotel also has good washing and drying machines.

Mounting height of lavatory in bathroom is too low. Dry area (water closet and lavatory) in bathroom is a little tight/crowded.
