The location is great. The area is not very busy but it’s 7-10 min walk from the city centre with all the shops, restaurants and the night market. The subway station is 2 min walk away from the hotel. Self check-in kiosk is very efficient. There’s no line for check-in and check-out. The room is spacious (for an Asian hotel), the bathroom is pretty good. Everything looks clean and brand new.

I messaged them on Booking and didn’t hear back. I figured out the answer to my question by myself, so it wasn’t a big deal, but still I found it strange. The sheet had a spot on my first night there. They changed the sheets after that, so I had no issues with the new sheets afterwards.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It felt very new and was relatively large for Seoul. The staff were very nice—there was even a shared kitchen with instant noodles on the reception floor for late night snacks! It also provided free umbrellas to borrow which was very convenient if you plan to visit Seoul in the summer. The hotel was within walking distance to Myeongdong shopping streets, Myeongdong station, Chungmuro station and bus stops. Our corner room even came with a washing machine so we did not need to go to the shared one.

They give you new towels and water every day but they don’t make your bed 🙁 It’s very minor but something we’ve been accustomed to with many other hotels.

Situated just far enough away from the tourist chaos of Myeondong. Quiet hotel, well designed room, plenty of storage. You can go up to the roof and see a view of Seoul that gives you some perspective on the city. Hot and powerful shower. Room was well made up every day.

The automated check in and check out system, lack of visible staff, no furniture on the roof to sit up there and relax if you wanted to, no staff in the lounge, a bar area completely abandoned - I know a lot of hotels are suffering from the same thing but there was zero atmosphere to the hotel. The room wasn’t completely clean when I arrived either, found a false eyelash right next to the sink, had to wipe up something on the bed stand, and the room was very dusty.

At first, I was particularly impressed by the professionalism of the staff at Homes Red Hotel in Seoul. Mr. Park at the reception and Shima in the restaurant stood out — both were fluent in English, extremely professional, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Their warm and friendly attitude made a big difference. Our room on the 11th floor was modern, luxurious, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered great quality for the price. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

It would be nice if they explain about google map issue. Google map is not working in Seoul and people need to use another app. The reception in 2nd floor was inconvenient. The music in front of the door was strange and a little bit annoying.

I had a really good time at this hotel for a first time in Seoul. You can do yourself the check-in/check-out process and this way it’s faster. The hotel is near both Line 4 and Line 3 Chungmuro metro station, so you can easily travel around the city. Myeong-dong and Namsan are both near. The rooms were clean, spacious and I have nothing to complain. I recommend to check out the rooftop, you have a beautiful view of Namsan Tower.

This hotel is under renovation and it's coming out great. Its super spacious, super clean, updated and the location great. Within minutes from a lot of stuff. The staff, although very little contact. were super friendly and professional. I definitely do recommend it, i would stay there again especially for the price. Its only like 2 blocks away from the station after taking arriving at Incheon Airport.

There isn't anything i did not like.

Everything was a straight up 9/10! Loved the kitchen next to the reception area specifically

For three people with 3 big suitcases the room was a bit small, was still doable regardless

Fantastic location just a 2 minute walk to Chungmuro Station and 5 minutes to Myeongdong Market. The property offers convenient self check in, and the room is equipped with a fridge and microwave.

Great amenities and location. Very modern and spacious rooms. Laundry room was helpful and very clean . Walking distance to metro, Myeongdong night markets and shopping street.
