This is a great hotel for travelers looking to explore Seoul. The location was fantastic and just right next to a train station with access to the biggest train lines. The location is also a walkable distance from Myeongdong, which I imagine a lot of visitors will want to go to. The staff also spoke a mixture of English, Chinese and Japanese! Although there weren't so many amenities, the ones that were provided were of the highest quality possible. I had a great time here!

(These are only minor criticisms) There was not so much space to put my toiletries within the bathroom itself. The shower area is not separate from the toilet/sink which meant that the floor was wet after my shower, which was slightly uncomfortable. The ironing board / iron wasn't provided to the room, instead there's a shared one in the Basement level.

Facilities are modern and very clean. Room is big enough. Has kettle and complimentary coffee, tea and water, also has a safe. Bed and pillows were comfortable, had good restful sleeps. Breakfast was nice also liked that it was served from 7am - 10am so didn't have to wake up too early. There was self laundry. Location was great! Very close to Chungmuro station exits 5, 6 and 7 - one of these exits have escalator and elevator. And lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores around.

Wifi can be improved, it drops every now and then from our room, once I go out in the hallway I get signal. It did work though when it connected, strong enough to watch YouTube. The shower heads were angled a bit odd that if you place it on the hook it would spray water against the wall and onto the floor. These weren't major issues though, still had a great stay.

I loved the location. Right outside of the hotel was a convenience store as well as the metro entrance. There were also several food spots within walking distance. It was easy to travel to from the airport shuttle stop. In my room, I loved the amenities and comfort. I had a smaller room, but as a solo female traveler, it was perfect. The bathroom was small and so the shower was right up against the sink, but I didn't mind that. I also liked that the hotel had a gym, breakfast, and. laundry. I washed clothes a few times, and it was cheap and simple. The room had a small fridge, so I could chill drinks and buy food for breakfast to save money.

No complaints really. Maybe clearer instructions for the washing machine payment but nothing really.

The hotel was so conveniently located next to the subway's entrance and within 10 mins of walking to Myeongdong. They gave me a corner room which was very spacious. I really like that it's central but still not in the really crowded area as it gave me a quieter respite from travelling. The staff were also efficient and friendly. Would stay there again!

This is not related to the hotel itself but at times next to hotel there was an unpleasant smell that seemed to come from garbage or a sewer. I am not sure if it was due to the summer humidity and there being restaurants around.

I liked how close the hotel was to a major subway station (Chungmuro Station). It made venturing out to other parts of the city relatively easy for my wife and I, and it made the location quite central overall. Plenty of convenience stores nearby including GS25 and 7-Eleven. I also liked the modern aesthetic of the hotel lobby and the rooms. The size of our room was decent.

I didn't like how warm our room got during the day. Apparently, the rooms do not have air conditioning / cooling systems, just heating. It wasn't a big deal though, as we just opened our window to let some cool air in.

Excellent location, right next to Chungmuro station and airport limousine bus stop. There is a convenient store right next to the hotel and plenty of eateries within walking distance. One stop from Myeongdong station.

The breakfast is not worth the money. Restaurant is small and in the basement. Food selection is limited. The bathtub should have a proper shower screen or curtains. Bathroom floor is wet after shower as curtain is too short.

Location was great for us, near Chungmuro station, which is one stop away from Myeongdong. A pretty quiet area. CU and GS25 nearby. Well connected to many parts of Seoul by train and bus. Airport bus is right around the corner. Room was spacious and hotel had a nice rooftop garden. There were washers and dryers in the basement, as well as a gym but we did not use them.

Housekeeping seems to be a bit haphazard. They often forget one thing every day e.g. cups not cleaned one day, did not replace used toiletries on some days, only left one set of robes when we previously had 2.

The location was good next to the underground station, near the park and lots of shops and restaurants. The room was of a good size, with tea/coffee facilities and bottled water. The staff were polite and helpful.

Breakfast was offered and we were given a voucher for a price reduction, so tried it. There was plenty of choice, but all the food that was intended to be hot was tepid and much less appetizing as a result, and we thought it was expensive compared to alternatives.

Excellent location - Chungmuro subway station is just outside, there's also a GS25 right next door, handy for snacks/water/t-money cards. Nice comfy bed and pillows, good AC in the rooms. Breakfast was pretty good too - it's not the greatest selection but it will certainly set you up for the day! Staff were pleasant and polite.
